Background

The road marking machine is a road surface construction machine which is widely applied to roads, high and whole highways, parking lots, squares and runways and marks with different restriction, guidance, warning and other rules on flat ground.

According to different marking requirements, different types of road marking machines are required to be used, such as: when will drawing unevenness's lines, need accomplish through vibrating road line printer, and vibrate road line printer and often promote the hopper through the cylinder, open and close the discharge gate of hopper through the circulation, draw unevenness's lines.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the motor vibration device 5 may further include a connecting rod 54, the connecting rod 54 may be fixedly mounted with a positioning rod 541, and the positioning rod 541 may be slidably connected to the base 1, such as: a protrusion may be integrally formed at a rear surface of the positioning rod 541, and a sliding groove may be provided at a corresponding position of the base 1, so that the positioning rod 541 may move the connecting rod 54 along the base 1. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the lower end of the rack 53 may be connected to the right end of the connecting rod 54, the left end of the connecting rod 54 may be connected to the hopper 4, and when the rack 53 moves, the connecting rod 54 may be driven to move, so that the opening at the lower end of the hopper 4 may be opened and closed.

More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the hopper 4 may be provided with a connection frame 41, the connection frame 41 is disposed on the periphery of the hopper 4, the left end of the connection rod 54 may be fixedly connected to the front end of the connection frame 41, and the middle positions of the left and right sides of the connection frame 41 are rotatably connected to the left and right sides of the hopper 4, respectively, so that the connection frame 41 may rotate around the left and right sides of the hopper 4, the rear end of the connection frame 41 is rotatably connected to a push rod 42, that is, the upper end of the push rod 42 is rotatably connected to the rear end of the connection frame 41, the lower end of the push rod 42 may be rotatably connected to an opening plate 43, and by integrally forming a protrusion on the upper side surface of the opening plate 43, a slide rail may be integrally formed at a corresponding position on the bottom surface of the hopper 4, the protrusion may move along the slide rail, so that the opening plate 43 can only move in a horizontal plane, and an opening is formed on the lower bottom surface of the hopper 4, so that the opening plate 43 can cyclically open and close the opening at the lower end of the hopper 4. In other embodiments, a layer of fixing plate may be disposed below the bottom surface of the hopper 4, and the opening and closing plate 43 may be disposed on the fixing plate through a rail, and the opening and closing plate 43 may also be moved along the rail, so that the opening at the lower end of the hopper 4 may be opened and closed cyclically.

When the rack 53 in this embodiment moves, the front end of the connecting frame 41 can be driven to move, the rear end of the connecting frame 41 can correspondingly drive the push rod 42 to move, and the push rod 42 can drive the opening plate 43 to move, so as to open and close the opening at the lower end of the hopper 4.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the front end of the base 1 is integrally formed with the accommodating case 11, the motor vibration devices 5 may be mounted in the accommodating case 11, and the accommodating case 11 may serve to fix and support the motor vibration devices 5. In other embodiments, the housing case 11 may be a separate part as long as the housing case 11 functions to fix and support the motor vibration device 5.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a discharge port 21 may be integrally formed on the barrel 2, a guide plate 22 is installed at the discharge port 21, and the marking material melted by the heating device 3 may come out of the discharge port 21, enter the guide plate 22, and fall into the hopper 4 through the guide plate 22.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a pushing handle 12 is integrally formed at the rear end of the base 1, a rolling wheel 13 may be installed below the base 1, the present invention may be pushed by the pushing handle 12, and the present invention may be moved more conveniently by the rolling wheel 13.

As shown in fig. 1, a housing 14 is mounted on the susceptor 1, and the heating device 3 is mounted in the housing 14. Thus, the case 14 may function to fix the heating device 3.

The following is a detailed description of the overall working process of the present invention:

opening the cover of the charging basket 2, putting the marking material into the charging basket 2, starting the heating device 3, heating the marking material by the heating device 3, when the marking material is heated to a molten state, opening the discharge port 21 of the charging basket 2, the marking material in the molten state falls into the hopper 4 from the guide plate 22, starting the motor 51, driving the gear 52 to rotate by the motor 51, when the gear 52 drives the rack 53 to move upwards, the front end of the connecting frame 41 moves upwards, the rear end of the connecting frame 41 moves downwards, at the moment, the rear end of the connecting frame 41 drives the pushing rod 42 to move downwards, the pushing rod 42 pushes the opening plate 43 to move forwards, the opening of the hopper 4 is basically closed, the marking material in the hopper 4 falls out in a small amount, otherwise, when the gear 52 drives the rack 53 to move downwards, the front end of the connecting frame 41 moves downwards, the rear end of the connecting frame 41 moves upwards, the rear end of the connecting frame 41 drives the push rod 42 to move upwards, the push rod 42 pushes the opening plate 43 to move backwards, the opening of the hopper 4 is opened, the scribing materials in the hopper 4 fall out in a large amount, and uneven lines can be scribed through continuous work of the motor 51.

According to the invention, the gear 52 can be driven to rotate by the motor 51, the rack 53 is driven to move when the gear 52 rotates, the rack 53 can finally circularly open and close the opening at the lower end of the hopper 4, and uneven lines can be marked in the process of circularly opening and closing the opening at the lower end of the hopper 4.

Because the whole mass of the motor 51, the gear 52 and the rack 53 is far less than that of the air compressor, the air compressor has the advantages that the whole air compressor is light, the power consumption of the motor 51 is less compared with that of the air compressor, the air compressor can continuously work for a long time, frequent charging is not needed, and the air compressor is more convenient to use.

The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.
