Technical Field

The present invention relates to a stopper member disposed at an end of a fastener element row in a slide fastener, a product with a slide fastener having the stopper member, and a slide fastener.

Background

In general, slide fasteners are widely used as opening/closing devices for products such as clothing, sundry goods for daily use, and industrial materials, and products such as various seats of automobiles, trains, and aircrafts. In general, a slide fastener for such various products has: a pair of right and left fastener element tapes in which element rows are formed on tape side edge portions of the fastener tapes; and a slider that slides along the left and right element rows.

Further, for example, international publication No. 2018/142671 (patent document 1) and international publication No. 2018/142672 (patent document 2) describe the following products with a slide fastener: the slide fastener is constituted without using a fastener tape, and the separable bottom end stop is formed at a predetermined position. In patent documents 1 and 2, an element member in which a plurality of fastener elements are attached to a string-like fixing member can be directly sewn to, for example, a garment fabric (a member to which a fastener is to be attached) of a garment, and as a result, a garment in which a fastener is integrally formed can be manufactured without using a fastener tape which is an indispensable member in a conventional fastener.

Therefore, according to patent documents 1 and 2, weight reduction and flexibility of products such as clothes having a slide fastener can be improved. In addition, in patent documents 1 and 2, since the separable bottom end stop can be provided at one end of the fastener element row, the left and right clothing materials (for example, the front body) in the clothing can be easily separated and separated. Therefore, the ease of use and convenience of the slide fastener formed directly on the product can be greatly improved.

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, although the above-mentioned patent documents 1 and 2 describe a separable bottom end stop provided at one end portion of the element row, a stopper member (also referred to as a stop) provided so as to straddle the left and right element rows at the other end portions of the element row in order to prevent the slider from falling off is not specifically disclosed.

As one of the slide fasteners, there is known a slide fastener of the following type: a separable insert is not provided, and a stopper member (also referred to as a stop) formed so as to straddle between the element rows is provided to connect the left and right element rows at both of the one end portion and the other end portion of the element rows. Since the stopper member is fixed to the fastener tape by coupling the left and right element rows, the slider can be prevented from being detached from the end of the element row and being detached therefrom. A slide fastener having such a stopper member disposed at both end portions of a fastener element row is often used for an opening portion such as a pocket of clothes.

However, in products such as clothes to which the element members are directly attached to the members to which the slide fastener is to be attached as described above, the above-mentioned patent documents 1 and 2 do not specifically disclose a stopper member that can be provided to connect the left and right element rows at one or both of the end portions of the element rows, and such a stopper member is not generally known. Therefore, in order to increase the change of products in which the element members are directly attached to the member to which the slide fastener is to be attached, it is sought to provide a new stopper member.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a stopper member which can be attached to a member (or a fastener tape) to which a slide fastener is to be attached, which is attached directly to a member (or a fastener tape) to which a slide fastener of an article such as clothing is to be attached, and which is disposed so as to straddle left and right element rows and can prevent a slider from coming off, a product with a slide fastener to which the stopper member is attached to the member to which the slide fastener is to be attached, and a slide fastener to which the stopper member is attached to the fastener tape.

Means for solving the problems

In order to achieve the above object, a stopper according to the present invention is a stopper disposed at an end of a fastener element row in a slide fastener, and is characterized in that: a storage body portion in which an end portion of the element row is insertable from an insertion opening portion of the storage body portion and is stored; and a base main body portion extending in a thin plate shape outward from the housing main body portion, the base main body portion having at least a rear base portion extending from an end portion of the housing main body portion on a side opposite to the insertion opening portion, the housing main body portion having at least: an inner space for accommodating the end portion of the element row inserted from the insertion opening; an upper plate portion and a lower plate portion arranged with the inner space therebetween; and a coupling wall portion that couples an end portion of the upper plate portion on a side opposite to the insertion opening portion and the rear side base portion of the base main body portion, wherein the housing main body portion is provided with at least 1 through-hole that communicates the inner space with a lower surface side of the base main body portion.

In particular, it is preferable that the base main body portion has lateral base portions disposed on left and right sides of the housing main body portion, and the rear base portion and the left and right lateral base portions are formed continuously.

In the stopper member according to the present invention, it is preferable that the coupling wall portion has an inclined portion inclined toward the rear base portion with respect to an upper surface of the base main body portion.

Preferably, the housing main body portion includes a partition portion that connects a widthwise central portion of the upper plate portion and a widthwise central portion of the lower plate portion in an insertion direction of the element row.

In this case, it is preferable that the upper plate portion has a narrow portion having a smaller width dimension than the lower plate portion, and the housing main body portion has left and right slit portions formed from the insertion opening portion toward the coupling wall portion on both left and right sides of the narrow portion.

In addition, it is preferable that the through-hole includes a 1 st through-hole provided on one side in the width direction with respect to the partition and a 2 nd through-hole provided on the other side in the width direction with respect to the partition, and the 1 st through-hole and the 2 nd through-hole are provided so that at least one of a dimension in the length direction and a formation position in the length direction is different from each other.

In the present invention, the storage body may have left and right side wall portions connected to left and right side edge portions of the upper plate portion and left and right side edge portions of the lower plate portion, and the 1 through-hole may be provided in a left-right symmetrical shape with respect to a center portion in a width direction of the lower plate portion.

Next, the zipper-equipped product provided by the present invention is characterized in that the zipper-equipped product comprises: a fastener element member in which a plurality of fastener elements are attached to a fixing member; a member to which a slide fastener is to be attached, to which a pair of the element members are attached; and a slider slidably attached to an element row formed by a plurality of the fastener elements, wherein the stopper member is fixed to the member to which the fastener is to be attached while accommodating at least one end portion of the element row.

Further, the slide fastener according to the present invention is characterized in that: a pair of fastener element tapes in which a plurality of fastener elements are attached to tape side edge portions of fastener tapes; and a slider slidably attached to an element row formed by a plurality of the fastener elements, wherein the stopper member receives at least one end portion of the element row and is fixed to the fastener tape.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

The stopper member for a slide fastener of the present invention comprises: a housing main body portion capable of housing an end portion of the element row in the longitudinal direction (in other words, at least 1 fastener element); and a base main body portion extending outward in a thin plate shape from the storage main body portion. The base body portion has at least a back side base portion extending from the storage body portion to a back side which is one side in the longitudinal direction.

Further, the housing main body portion of the stopper member includes: an inner space (element housing space) for receiving and holding an end portion of the element row; an upper plate portion and a lower plate portion which are arranged to face each other with the inner space therebetween; and a connecting wall portion connecting the end portion on the back side of the upper plate portion and the base portion on the back side of the base main body portion. The housing main body portion is provided with at least 1 through-hole that communicates the inner space with the space on the lower surface side of the base main body portion.

According to the stopper member of the present invention, when a pair of right and left element members to which a plurality of fastener elements are attached to a string-shaped fixing member is attached to, for example, a member to which a slide fastener is to be attached (for example, clothing material of clothes) of a product, an end portion of at least one element row (preferably, end portions of the right and left element rows) of the right and left element members can be inserted into and stored in an inner space of the storage body portion of the stopper member, and at least one fixing member (preferably, the right and left fixing members) can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the base through a through hole provided in the storage body portion. Thus, in a state where the fixing member of the element member is in contact with the lower surface of the base body portion, the base body portion of the stopper member and the fixing member of the element member can be fixed to the member to which the slide fastener is to be attached, for example, by sewing or the like.

Thus, for example, when manufacturing a product such as a garment in which the fastener element is directly attached to the garment material, the stopper member of the present invention can be easily and stably fixed to the garment material at the positions of the end portions of the left and right fastener element rows so as to connect the left and right fastener element rows. In this case, the string-like fixing member of the fastener element member can be projected through the through-hole from the inner space of the housing main body portion, and therefore, the projected fixing member can be fixed to the clothing fabric together with the base main body portion.

As a result, the state in which a part of the fastener element is stored in the storage body portion of the stopper member attached to the clothing fabric can be stably maintained. Therefore, when a product with a slide fastener is used, for example, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of such a problem that the element member is disengaged from the housing body portion of the stopper member, and to stably exhibit the function of the slide fastener directly constituting the member to which the slide fastener is to be attached of the product for a long period of time.

Further, the stopper member of the present invention can be attached to the left and right fastener tapes of the slide fastener together with the element members instead of the fastener-attached member attached to the product with the slide fastener together with the element members. Even in the case where the stopper member is attached to the fastener tape of the slide fastener in this manner, the same effects as those in the case where the stopper member is attached to the product with the slide fastener can be obtained.

In the stopper member of the present invention as described above, the base main body portion has side base portions disposed on the left and right sides of the storage main body portion. The rear base portion and the left and right side base portions of the base main body portion are continuously and integrally formed around the housing main body portion with a predetermined thickness. This can stably ensure appropriate strength of the base main body. Further, the base body portion of the stopper member can be reliably fixed to the member to which the slide fastener is to be attached or the fastener tape.

In the present invention, the coupling wall portion of the stopper member has an inclined portion inclined toward the inner base portion with respect to the upper surface of the base main body portion. Thus, when the fastener element row of the fastener element is inserted into the housing body portion of the stopper member and the fixing member of the fastener element is drawn out from the through hole of the stopper member, the fixing member can be easily drawn out from the through hole while being guided to the through hole by the inclined portion, and therefore, the workability in forming the slide fastener can be improved.

In the present invention, the housing main body portion of the stopper member has a partition portion that connects a central portion in the width direction of the upper plate portion and a central portion in the width direction of the lower plate portion. In this case, the partition portion is disposed along the insertion direction of the element row (the longitudinal direction of the stopper member) from the insertion opening portion of the housing body portion toward the connecting wall portion. By providing the housing main body portion with such a partition portion, the strength of the housing main body portion can be increased.

In this case, the upper plate portion has a narrow portion having a smaller dimension in the width direction than the lower plate portion, and the storage body portion has left and right slit portions formed from the insertion opening portion toward the coupling wall portion on both left and right sides of the narrow portion. In particular, in the present invention, it is preferable that the entire upper plate portion is formed by the narrow width portion. Thus, for example, when the stopper member is attached to a product with a slide fastener, the area (upper surface of the upper plate portion) where the stopper member is exposed in the product can be reduced, and therefore, the quality of the appearance of the product can be improved. In this case, the inner space of the storage body can be secured wide in the width direction, and therefore, the movable range of the fastener element in the width direction can be increased in the storage body. As a result, when the stopper member is provided at the end portion of the element row on the side opposite to the shoulder opening of the slider, the slider can be prevented from sliding gently until coming into contact with the stopper member due to, for example, the slider being restricted from sliding due to difficulty in moving the fastener elements in the storage body portion.

In this case, as the through-holes of the stopper member, a 1 st through-hole provided on one side in the width direction with respect to the partition portion and a 2 nd through-hole provided on the other side in the width direction with respect to the partition portion are arranged,

the 1 st through hole and the 2 nd through hole are provided so that at least one of a dimension in the longitudinal direction and a formation position in the longitudinal direction is different from each other. In the element member, the positions of the left and right fastener elements disposed at the ends of the element rows are normally offset from each other in the longitudinal direction, but by disposing the 1 st through-hole and the 2 nd through-hole of the stopper member at different lengths and/or different positions from each other as described above, the left and right fixing members can be respectively drawn out to appropriate positions from the storage body portion, and the positions of the left and right fastener elements in the storage body portion in the longitudinal direction can be stabilized.

In the present invention, the housing main body portion of the stopper member may have left and right side wall portions connected to left and right side edge portions of the upper plate portion and left and right side edge portions of the lower plate portion, and the 1 through-hole may be provided in a left-right symmetrical shape with respect to a central portion in the width direction of the lower plate portion. This makes it possible to form the storage body portion with a simple structure that is easy to mold, and to stably ensure appropriate strength of the storage body portion.

Next, the product with a slide fastener provided by the present invention has: an element member in which a plurality of fastener elements are attached to a fixing member; a member to which a slide fastener is to be attached, for a pair of element members to be directly attached; and a slider slidably attached to the element row, wherein the stopper member having the above-described structure is fixed to a member to which the slide fastener is to be attached, while accommodating at least one end of the element row.

According to the product with a slide fastener of the present invention, the slide fastener can be integrally formed with the product without using a fastener tape. Further, since the stopper member is disposed at the end of the element row so as to connect the left and right element rows, the slider can be prevented from falling off from the end of the element row.

Further, the slide fastener provided by the present invention comprises: a pair of fastener element tapes in which a plurality of fastener elements are attached to a fastener tape; and a slider slidably attached to the element row of the fastener tape, wherein the stopper member having the above-described structure receives at least one end portion of the element row and is fixed to the fastener tape. In the slide fastener of the present invention, the stopper member is disposed at the end of the element row so as to connect the left and right element rows, and therefore, the slider can be prevented from falling off from the end of the element row.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of examples. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and various modifications can be made as long as the present invention has substantially the same structure and the same operational effects as those of the present invention.

For example, in the following embodiments, although the case where the product with a zipper is a garment with a zipper is described, the product with a zipper of the present invention is not limited to the garment (clothing), and includes various products such as daily sundries such as boots and bags, products such as industrial materials, and various products such as various seats of automobiles, trains, aircrafts, and the like.

Examples

Fig. 1 is a plan view schematically showing a main part of the clothing with a slide fastener of the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is an enlarged plan view showing a part where a fastener element is attached to a clothing fabric (hereinafter, referred to as a fabric) of the clothing. Fig. 3 to 8 are schematic views of the 1 st stopper member as viewed from various directions, and fig. 10 to 15 are schematic views of the 2 nd stopper member as viewed from various directions.

In the following description, the front-rear direction refers to a longitudinal direction of the element member parallel to a sliding direction of the slider, and in particular, a direction in which the slider slides so as to engage the left and right element rows is defined as a front direction, and a direction in which the slider slides so as to separate the left and right element rows is defined as a rear direction. The left-right direction is a width direction of the element member, and is, for example, a direction perpendicular to a sliding direction of the slider and parallel to a front surface and a back surface of the cloth.

The vertical direction is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, and is, for example, a thickness direction of the element member orthogonal to the front surface and the back surface of the fabric. In particular, in the following cases, the direction of the side of the fastener element member on which the tab of the slider is disposed is set to be upward, and the direction of the opposite side thereof is set to be downward. Specifically, in the case of this embodiment, the front-rear direction is the up-down direction on the paper surface of fig. 1, and the left-right direction is the left-right direction on the paper surface of fig. 1. The vertical direction is a front-back direction on the paper surface of fig. 1, and the upper and lower directions are directions of the near side and the far side of the paper surface.

The product with a zipper of the present embodiment is a garment (garment) with a zipper, and the garment is provided with a pocket portion having an opening portion 2. The pair of right and left element members 30, the 1 st stopper member 10, and the 2 nd stopper member 20 constituting the slide fastener of the present embodiment are directly attached to the fabric 1 forming the peripheral edge portion of the opening 2 of the pocket portion. In this case, the cloth 1 of the garment serves as a member to which the fastener element member 30 is attached, and the opening 2 of the pocket portion is provided at a predetermined position of the cloth 1.

The slide fastener of the present embodiment formed at the peripheral edge portion of the opening 2 of such a garment includes: a pair of right and left element members 30 attached to opposite edges of a fabric (a member to which a slide fastener is to be attached) 1; a 1 st stopper member 10 and a 2 nd stopper member 20 disposed at one end (distal end) and the other end in the longitudinal direction of the right and left element members 30; and a slider 40 slidable along the element rows 31 of the right and left element members 30. Further, the 1 st stop member 10 and the 2 nd stop member 20 are also sometimes referred to as an upper stop and a lower stop, respectively.

In the present embodiment, the left and right element members 30 and the slider 40 are formed substantially in the same manner as the element members and the slider described in patent document 1, and the sewing portion 34 for fixing the element members 30 to the fabric 1 is also formed in the same manner as in patent document 1. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the element member 30, the slider 40, and the sewn portion 34 for fixing the element member 30 will be described in a simple manner.

The element member 30 includes 1 string-shaped fixing member 32 (also referred to as a core member) having flexibility and a plurality of individual fastener elements 33 fixed to the fixing member 32. In the present invention, the material and form of the fixing member 32 are not particularly limited as long as the plurality of fastener elements 33 can be attached.

The left and right element rows 31 are formed by arranging a plurality of fastener elements 33 at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the element member 30 on the fixing member 32. The fastener element 33 is formed integrally with the fixing member 32 by injection molding a thermoplastic resin such as polyacetal to 1 fixing member 32.

In the present invention, the material of the fastener element 33 is not limited, and for example, the fastener element 33 may be formed of a synthetic resin other than polyacetal or a metal. The element member of the present invention is not limited to the element member formed by injection molding the fastener element 33 on the fixing member 32 as described above, and includes, for example, an element member formed by fixing a fastener element formed in a predetermined shape to a fixing member by welding, adhesion, or the like, and an element member formed by plastically deforming a metal fastener element by caulking or the like and attaching the element to a fixing member.

Each fastener element 33 of the present embodiment has: an element body 33a that houses the fixing member 32; an element neck portion 33b that extends from the element body portion 33a so as to be narrowed; an engagement head 33c extending further from the element neck 33b and having a substantially oblong shape in a plan view; and a pair of shoulder portions 33d projecting forward and backward from the element neck portion 33 b. Further, a recessed portion into which the shoulder portion 33d of the fastener element 33 on the coupling target side is inserted when the left and right element rows 31 are coupled is formed at the tip end portion of the coupling head portion 33 c.

The left and right fastener elements 30 in the present embodiment as described above are attached to the opposite edge portions facing each other with the opening 2 of the fabric 1 of the garment interposed therebetween. In this case, the sewing portion 34 of the sewing thread has a fixing sewing portion 34a formed in a zigzag shape and an auxiliary sewing portion 34b formed in a straight line shape, and as shown in fig. 1, the left and right element members 30 are arranged at positions adjacent to each other on the outer sides in the width direction with respect to the opposite edge portions of the fabric 1, and are fixed by the fixing sewing portion 34a and the auxiliary sewing portion 34b fastened so as not to loosen the fixing sewing portion 34 a.

The fixing sewn portion 34a is formed by sewing with a zigzag lockstitch sewing machine, and is formed by bending a flat seam in a zigzag shape with respect to the longitudinal direction. Further, the upper thread and the lower thread of the stitch forming the flat seam intersect (are interlaced) at a piercing position where the fixing sewn portion 34a pierces the fabric 1 and a position where the upper thread and the lower thread contact the outer peripheral surface of the fixing member 32. The auxiliary sewn portion 34b is formed by a flat seam along the longitudinal direction. The upper thread and the lower thread of the fixing sewn portion 34a are pressed toward the fabric 1 by the auxiliary sewn portion 34 b.

In the present embodiment, the fixing sewn portion 34a and the auxiliary sewn portion 34b are continuously formed in the longitudinal direction region of the element row 31 except for the front end portion received in the 1 st stopper member 10 and the rear end portion received in the 2 nd stopper member 20. In other words, each fastener element 33 housed in the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 is not directly fixed to the fabric 1 by the fixing sewn portion 34a and the auxiliary sewn portion 34b, but is held in the inside space 11e of the 1 st stopper member 10 or the 2 nd stopper member 20 by the fixing member 32 that fixes the element member 30 by the stopper member sewn portion to be discussed later.

In the present invention, the range of the element member 30 that is not fixed to the fabric 1 by the sewn portion 34 (the number of fastener elements 33) is not particularly limited. For example, in the case where the first stopper member 10 is provided with the left and right slit portions 11d as described later, a part of the element row 31 accommodated in the tip end portion of the first stopper member 10 may be fixed to the cloth 1 by the fixing sewn portion 34a and the auxiliary sewn portion 34 b. On the other hand, for example, a portion of the element row 31 adjacent to the portion housed in the 1 st stopper member 10 may be directly fixed to the fabric 1 without using the fixing sewn portion 34a and the auxiliary sewn portion 34b, similarly to the housed portion.

The slider 40 of the present embodiment has a slider body 41 and a pull tab 42. The slider body 41 has: an upper wing plate 43; a lower wing plate disposed in parallel to and apart from the upper wing plate 43; a connecting column for connecting the front end of the upper blade 43 and the front end of the lower blade (shoulder end); upper and lower flange portions disposed at left and right side edge portions of the upper wing plate 43 and the lower wing plate; and a tab attaching portion 44 disposed on an upper surface of the upper paddle 43. Left and right shoulder openings are provided at the front end of the slider body 41 so as to sandwich the coupling post. A rear opening is provided at a rear end of the slider body 41. A substantially Y-letter shaped element guide path is formed between the upper blade 43 and the lower blade to communicate the left and right shoulder openings and the rear opening.

The 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 of the present embodiment are formed of a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer. In the present invention, the material of the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 is not particularly limited, and the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 may be formed using an elastomer or a synthetic resin other than a polyester elastomer, for example.

As shown in fig. 3 to 8, the 1 st stopper member 10 of the present embodiment includes: a 1 st storage body 11 for storing the distal end portions of the left and right element rows 31; and a 1 st base body 12 in a thin plate shape extending from the 1 st storage body 11 in a direction including lateral sides and an outer side in front. In this case, the upper surface and the lower surface of the 1 st base body 12 are arranged so as to be orthogonal to the vertical direction of the slide fastener. Further, left and right 1 st insertion openings 11a into which the left and right element rows 31 are inserted in a spaced state are formed in the rear end portion of the 1 st housing body portion 11 toward the rear.

In the case of the 1 st stopper member 10 according to the present embodiment, the 1 st insertion opening 11a is provided at the rear end portion of the 1 st storage body 11, and therefore, the front end portion of the 1 st storage body 11 on the opposite side of the 1 st insertion opening 11a in the longitudinal direction thereof is the end portion on the rear side of the storage body. Further, a forward direction along the longitudinal direction away from the 1 st insertion opening 11a is a direction toward the rear side of the 1 st stopper member 10.

The 1 st housing body 11 includes: an upper plate portion 14; a lower plate portion 15 disposed at a position apart from the upper plate portion 14 in parallel with the upper plate portion 14; a coupling wall portion 16 that couples the upper plate portion 14 and a front side base portion 12a, discussed later, of the 1 st base main body portion 12; a partition portion 17 connecting the upper plate portion 14 and the lower plate portion 15; left and right side walls 18 extending upward from left and right side edges of the lower plate 15 and connected to the 1 st base body 12; and a reinforcement portion 19 formed to protrude from the upper surface of the 1 st base body portion 12.

Further, the 1 st housing body 11 includes: left and right inner spaces 11e formed so as to be sandwiched between an upper plate portion 14 and a lower plate portion 15 that face each other; a left through-hole (1 st through-hole) 11b and a right through-hole (2 nd through-hole) 11c disposed in the front end side lower half of the 1 st storage body 11; and left and right slit portions 11d arranged on both left and right sides of the upper plate portion 14 and having a shape cut forward from the 1 st insertion opening portion 11 a. In this case, the left and right inner spaces 11e are formed so as to communicate with the left and right 1 st insertion openings 11a, respectively, and communicate with the left through-hole 11b and the right through-hole 11c, respectively.

The upper plate portion 14 of the 1 st storage body portion 11 is formed in a flat plate shape, and is disposed above the upper surface of the 1 st base body portion 12 in the height direction of the 1 st stopper member 10. As shown in fig. 1, the upper plate portion 14 and the connecting wall portion 16 formed continuously from the front end portion of the upper plate portion 14 are portions exposed to the outside through the opening 2 provided to the cloth 1 when the 1 st stopper member 10 is attached to the cloth 1 of the slide fastener clothing. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the upper plate portion 14 and the connecting wall portion 16 have the same width dimension (width-direction dimension) and are formed to be narrower in width dimension than the lower plate portion 15 of the first housing body portion 11 by the provision of the left and right slit portions 11 d. That is, the entire upper plate portion 14 and the connecting wall portion 16 is formed as a narrow portion having a width smaller than the width of the lower plate portion 15. Thus, when the 1 st stopper member 10 is attached to the fabric 1, the portion of the 1 st stopper member 10 exposed to the outside can be made to look thin (small in the width direction).

In this case, the width of the upper plate portion 14 and the connecting wall portion 16 is preferably set to be larger than 100% of the width of the entire left and right element rows 31 to be engaged (in other words, the maximum width of the left and right elements 33 in the engaged state), and to be 150% or less of the width. Thus, when the left and right element members 30 and the 1 st stopper member 10 are attached to the fabric 1 of the garment, the zipper-equipped garment can be processed so that the apparent relative sizes of the element rows 31 and the 1 st stopper member 10 are matched or close to each other, and a good appearance can be obtained.

The lower plate portion 15 of the 1 st storage body portion 11 is formed in a flat plate shape, and is disposed below the lower surface of the 1 st base body portion 12 in the height direction of the 1 st stopper member 10.

As shown in fig. 6, the upper plate portion 14 and the lower plate portion 15 of the 1 st storage body portion 11 are disposed so as to be inclined with respect to the upper surface and the lower surface of the 1 st base body portion 12 such that the front end portions of the upper plate portion 14 and the lower plate portion 15 are lowered downward with respect to the rear end portions.

Thus, when the element member 30 is inserted into the inner space 11e from the 1 st insertion opening 11a of the 1 st housing body 11, the fixing member 32 can be easily drawn out from the through-holes 11b and 11 c. Further, the position of the distal end of the top plate portion 14 exposed to the outside can be made closer to the top surface of the 1 st base body 12. Thus, when the first stopper member 10 is attached to the cloth 1 of the garment, for example, as shown in fig. 9, the height position of the upper surface of the tip portion of the upper plate portion 14 can be made closer to the height position of the upper surface of the cloth 1. As a result, the appearance and the skin touch of the 1 st stopper 10 in the clothing can be improved, and the 1 st stopper 10 attached to the fabric 1 can be less likely to be caught by, for example, a finger or another object.

The connecting wall portion 16 of the 1 st housing body portion 11 connects the front end portion of the upper plate portion 14 and the front base portion 12a of the 1 st base body portion 12. The connecting wall portion 16 is formed of an inclined portion inclined downward so as to approach the 1 st base main body portion 12 forward. Thus, when the element row 31 of the element member 30 is inserted into the 1 st housing body portion 11 of the 1 st stopper member 10, the fixing member 32 of the element member 30 can be guided to the through-holes 11b, 11c by the inner wall surface of the connecting wall portion 16, and the fixing member 32 can be easily inserted into the through-holes 11b, 11 c. The connecting wall 16 may be formed so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

The partition 17 of the 1 st storage body 11 is disposed at the center in the width direction of the 1 st storage body 11. The partition 17 is connected to the inner wall surface of the upper plate 14, the inner wall surface of the lower plate 15, and the inner wall surface of the connecting wall 16, and defines the left and right inner spaces 11 e. By disposing the partition portion 17, the strength of the 1 st housing body portion 11 can be effectively increased, and for example, the upper plate portion 14 can be prevented from being bent or rolled up so as to be separated from the lower plate portion 15.

The left and right reinforcing portions 19 of the 1 st storage body portion 11 are formed to bulge from the upper surface of the 1 st base body portion 12, and are connected to the connecting wall portion 16 and the front base portion 12a and the left and right side base portions 12b of the 1 st base body portion 12. By providing such a reinforcing portion 19, the strength of the 1 st storage body 11 can be increased, and for example, a damage such as a crack from the slit portion 11d can be made less likely to occur in the 1 st storage body 11.

The through-hole 11b provided to the left side and the through-hole 11c provided to the right side of the 1 st receiving body portion 11 are formed in a size that allows the fixing member 32 of the element member 30 to pass therethrough and restricts the passage of the fastener element 33. The left through-hole 11b and the right through-hole 11c are formed so that the rear end positions in the longitudinal direction of the through-holes 11b and 11c are aligned, but the openings are formed to have different sizes.

Accordingly, the respective fixing members 32 of the left and right element members 30 can be drawn out to appropriate positions from the inner space 11e of the 1 st housing body 11 to the outside through the left and right through-holes 11b and 11c, respectively, and thus the position of the fastener element 33 in the 1 st housing body 11 in the longitudinal direction can be stabilized. In this embodiment, the left through-hole and the right through-hole may be formed in the same size and at different positions in the longitudinal direction.

In the 1 st stopper member 10 of the present embodiment, a recessed portion 13 is formed at the rear end portion of the 1 st receiving body portion 11, to which the slider 40 abuts, and is cut into a concave shape corresponding to the shape of the shoulder opening side end portion of the slider 40 when the 1 st stopper member 10 is viewed from above or from below. Since the 1 st stopper member 10 has the recessed portion 13, it is possible to make it difficult to form a gap between the slider 40 and the 1 st stopper member 10 when the shoulder opening side end portion (tip end portion) of the slider 40 is brought into contact with the 1 st stopper member 10.

The 1 st base body 12 of the 1 st stopper member 10 is formed in a thin plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and is attached to the cloth 1 of the garment so as to be in contact with (or face) the back surface of the cloth 1. The thickness dimension (dimension in the thickness direction) of the 1 st base body 12 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the 1 st base body 12 can secure appropriate strength, and that a sewing machine needle can pierce the 1 st base body 12 when the 1 st stopper 10 is sewn to the cloth 1 by sewing, for example, as will be described later.

The 1 st base main body portion 12 includes: a front base portion 12a extending forward from a front end portion of the 1 st storage body portion 11; a side base portion 12b extending outward in the width direction from the left and right side wall portions 18 of the 1 st storage body portion 11; and left and right coupling bases 12c that couple the front base 12a and the side bases 12 b. Each coupling base portion 12c is formed to have a substantially quarter-circle shape in a plan view of the 1 st stopper member 10 (fig. 4). In this case, the extension length of the 1 st base body 12 from the 1 st storage body 11 to the front and left and right sides is not particularly limited as long as the sewing process with the fabric 1 can be smoothly performed.

In the case where the 1 st stopper member 10 of the present embodiment is attached to the cloth 1 of the garment together with the left and right element members 30, first, the left and right element members 30 are sewn to the cloth 1 to a predetermined extent in the longitudinal direction as described above, and then, the distal end portions of the left and right element members 30 which are not sewn to the cloth 1 are inserted from the left and right 1 st insertion opening portions 11a of the 1 st stopper member 10 and are stored in the left and right inner spaces 11e of the 1 st storage body portion 11.

In the left and right element members 30, the fixing member 32 extending further forward than the fastener element 33 disposed at the foremost end is drawn outward from the inner space 11e of the 1 st housing body 11 through the left and right through-holes 11b and 11c, and the drawn left and right fixing members 32 are stacked on the lower surface of the 1 st base body 12. This enables the right and left element members 30 and the 1 st stopper member 10 to be combined.

Next, the 1 st stopper member 10 to which the left and right element members 30 are assembled is held at one end of the opening 2 of the cloth 1 provided to the garment. At this time, the upper surface of the 1 st base body 12 and the upper surface of the reinforcing portion 19 of the 1 st stopper member 10 are held in contact with the back surface (lower surface) of the fabric 1, and at least the upper plate portion 14 of the 1 st stopper member 10 is exposed from the opening 2 of the fabric 1 to the upper surface side. As a result, the left and right fastener elements 30 and the 1 st stopper member 10 can be arranged with respect to the fabric 1 of the garment as schematically shown in fig. 9, for example.

Then, the cloth 1, the element members 30, and the 1 st stopper member 10 placed as shown in fig. 9 are sewn by a sewing machine to form the 1 st stopper member sewing portion 5 as shown in fig. 1, and the 1 st stopper member 10 is fixed to the cloth 1 by the 1 st stopper member sewing portion 5. In this case, the 1 st stopper member sewn portion 5 is formed by a flat seam so as to surround the front side, the left side, and the right side of the upper plate portion 14 in an inverted letter U shape in a plan view of the 1 st stopper member 10.

The 1 st base body 12 of the 1 st stopper member 10 and the cloth 1 are sewn directly by the 1 st stopper member sewing portion 5. Further, the fixing member 32 superimposed on the lower surface of the 1 st base body 12 is formed so that the 1 st stopper sewing portion 5 crosses the fixing member 32, and therefore, can be fixed to the back surface of the cloth 1 together with the 1 st base body 12.

By performing the above-described attachment operation of the first stopper member 10, the first stopper member 10 can be reliably fixed to the distal end portion of the opening 2 in the fabric 1 in a state where a part of the left and right element rows 31 is inserted into the first storage body portion 11 of the first stopper member 10. In this case, since the fixing member 32 protruding from the 1 st storage body 11 is fixed to the fabric 1 together with the 1 st base body 12 at a position outside the 1 st storage body 11, it is possible to prevent a part of the left and right element rows 31 stored in the 1 st storage body 11 from coming off downward, and to stably maintain the stored state of the element rows 31.

As shown in fig. 10 to 15, the 2 nd stopper member 20 of the present embodiment includes: a 2 nd storage body 21 for storing the rear end portions of the left and right element rows 31; and a 2 nd base body part 22 in a thin plate shape extending from the 2 nd housing body part 21 in a direction including the left and right sides and the outside of the rear side (the rear side direction in the longitudinal direction). The upper surface and the lower surface of the 2 nd base body 22 are arranged orthogonal to the vertical direction of the slide fastener.

Further, a 2 nd insertion opening portion 21a into which the left and right element rows 31 are inserted in a meshed state is formed in the front end portion of the 2 nd storage body portion 21 toward the front, and the 2 nd insertion opening portion 21a has a rectangular shape when the 2 nd stopper member 20 is viewed from the front side (see fig. 14). In this case, the width and height (height dimension) of the 2 nd insertion opening 21a are preferably set to be 100% to 150% of the width and height of the entire engaged left and right element rows 31. This allows a part of the left and right element rows 31 to be smoothly inserted into and stored in the 2 nd storage body 21, and also allows the element rows 31 to be stably positioned with respect to the 2 nd storage body 21.

In the present embodiment, the front end surface of the 2 nd accommodating main body portion 21 and the front end surface of the 2 nd base main body portion 22 are formed so as to be arranged on a single plane having no step. This enables the rear opening side end (rear end) of the slider 40 to stably abut against the 2 nd stopper member 20.

The 2 nd housing body 21 includes: a flat plate-like upper plate portion 24 disposed above the 2 nd base main body portion 22 in the height direction; a lower plate portion 25 disposed below the 2 nd base body portion 22 apart from the upper plate portion 24 and disposed parallel to the upper plate portion 24; a coupling wall portion 26 that couples the upper plate portion 24 and a later-discussed rear-side base portion 22a of the 2 nd base main body portion 22; and left and right side wall portions 28 coupled to left and right side edge portions of the upper plate portion 24 and left and right side edge portions of the lower plate portion 25, and also coupled to the 2 nd base body portion 22.

The 2 nd storage body 21 is formed in a relatively simple form having a shape close to a rectangular parallelepiped as a whole. Therefore, when the 2 nd stopper member 20 is molded, the mold used for the molding can be manufactured with a simple structure.

The 2 nd housing body 21 includes: 1 inner space 21e disposed so as to be sandwiched between the upper plate portion 24 and the lower plate portion 25 and communicating with the 2 nd insertion opening portion 21 a; and 1 through-hole 21b disposed in the rear end side lower half of the 2 nd accommodating body portion 21. The through hole 21b of the 2 nd stopper member 20 is formed in a rectangular shape when the 2 nd stopper member 20 (fig. 12) is viewed from below. Further, recessed portions 21c recessed with respect to the lower surface of the 2 nd base body portion 22 are provided behind and on the left and right sides of the through hole 21b, and the fixing members 32 of the left and right element members 30 can be easily drawn out from the inside of the 2 nd housing body portion 21 to the lower surface side of the 2 nd base body portion 22 through the through hole 21b by the recessed portions 21 c.

The upper plate portion 24 and the lower plate portion 25 of the 2 nd receiving body portion 21 are arranged in parallel with the upper surface and the lower surface of the 2 nd base body portion 22, and are formed to have the same width dimension as each other. In this case, the upper plate portion 24 and the lower plate portion 25 of the 2 nd storage body portion 21 are formed to have the same width dimension as the width dimension of the upper plate portion 14 of the 1 st stopper member 10 described above.

The coupling wall 26 of the 2 nd housing body 21 extends continuously from the rear end of the upper plate 24 and is coupled to the rear base 22a of the 2 nd base body 22. For example, as shown in fig. 13, the connecting wall portion 26 includes: an inclined portion 26a disposed to be inclined downward from the upper plate portion 24 toward the 2 nd base main body portion 22; and a vertical portion 26b extending from the tip of the inclined portion 26a and arranged in a direction orthogonal to the upper plate portion 24. By providing the inclined portion 26a in the coupling wall portion 26, the fixing member 32 of the element member 30 can be easily inserted into the through-hole 21b, as in the case of the 1 st stopper member 10. The connecting wall 26 may be formed only by the vertical portion 26b without providing the inclined portion.

The 2 nd base main body portion 22 of the 2 nd stopper member 20 is formed in a thin plate shape having a predetermined thickness. The 2 nd base body 22 includes: a rear base portion 22a extending rearward from a rear end portion of the 2 nd storage body portion 21; a side base portion 22b extending outward in the width direction from the left and right side wall portions 28 of the 2 nd storage body portion 21; and a coupling base portion 22c having a quarter-circle shape in a plan view of the 2 nd stopper member 20 so as to couple the rear base portion 22a and the side base portion 22 b.

The 2 nd stopper member 20 of the present embodiment is formed by the same predetermined attaching work as the 1 st stopper member 10 described above with respect to the cloth 1 of the garment by the stitch of the flat seam, and the 2 nd stopper member sewing portion 6 as shown in fig. 1 is formed, and the 2 nd base body portion 22 of the 2 nd stopper member 20 and the fixing members 32 of the left and right fastener elements 30 can be sewn to the back surface of the cloth 1 by the 2 nd stopper member sewing portion 6.

Thus, in a state where a part of the left and right element rows 31 is inserted into the 2 nd storage body portion 21 of the 2 nd stopper member 20, the 2 nd stopper member 20 can be reliably fixed to the rear end portion of the opening 2 in the fabric 1. Further, the left and right element rows 31 stored in the 2 nd storage body 21 are prevented from partially coming off upward, and the storage state of the element rows 31 can be stably maintained.

According to the clothing with a slide fastener of the present embodiment described above, since the fabric 1 of the clothing can be used as a fastener tape in a conventional slide fastener, a slide fastener integrated with the fabric 1 can be formed without using a fastener tape. This can reduce the manufacturing cost of the clothes with the zipper. In addition, the weight of the garment can be reduced, and the flexibility of the garment can be improved. Further, the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 are disposed at the front end portion and the rear end portion of the left and right element rows 31 so as to connect the left and right element rows 31, and therefore, the slider 40 can be prevented from falling off from the element rows 31.

In the above embodiment, the 1 st stopper member 10 is attached to the front end portion of the element row 31 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 is attached to the rear end portion of the element row 31, but in the present invention, the 2 nd stopper member 20 may be attached to both the front end portion and the rear end portion of the element row 31 to form a slide fastener. Even in the case of the clothes with a zipper having the second stopper members 20 attached to the both end portions of the element rows 31, the same effects as those of the clothes with a zipper of the above embodiment can be obtained

In the present invention, for example, the 2 nd stopper member 20a of a modification shown in fig. 17 may be used instead of the 2 nd stopper member 20 described in the embodiment. In the 2 nd stopper member 20a shown in fig. 17, lateral slit portions 21d formed in the longitudinal direction from the distal end portion (the end portion on the 2 nd insertion opening portion 21a side) are formed in the left and right side wall portions 28 of the 2 nd receiving body portion 21. The 2 nd stopper member 20a shown in fig. 17 is formed in the same manner as the 2 nd stopper member 20 described in the embodiment except that the lateral slit portion 21d is provided.

By using the 2 nd stopper member 20a of this modification, when the 2 nd stopper member 20a is attached to one end portion or both end portions of the element row 31, the cloth 1 of the garment can be inserted into the left and right lateral slit portions 21d of the 2 nd stopper member 20 a. Thus, when the end of the element row 31 is inserted into and stored in the 2 nd storage body 21 of the 2 nd stopper member 20a, interference between the cloth 1 of the garment and the 2 nd storage body 21 can be suppressed, and the insertion operation of the element row 31 can be easily performed.

In this case, the fastener element 33 of the element member 30 housed in the 2 nd housing body 21 can be fixed to the fabric 1 by the fixing sewn portion 34a and the auxiliary sewn portion 34 b. That is, even if all the fastener elements 33 of the element member 30 are fixed to the fabric 1, a part of the fabric 1 can be inserted into the lateral slit portion 21d of the 2 nd stopper member 20a, and therefore, the fastener elements 33 fixed to the fabric 1 can be smoothly inserted into and stored in the 2 nd storage body portion 21. This enables the fastener element member 30 and the 2 nd stopper member 20a to be more reliably fixed to the fabric 1 of the garment.

In the above-described embodiment, as means for fixing the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 to the fabric 1 of the garment, the 1 st stopper member sewn portion 5 and the 2 nd stopper member sewn portion 6 formed of sewing threads by sewing with a sewing machine are used, and in the present invention, the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 may be welded to the fabric 1 of the garment by using welding means, and the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 may be adhered to the fabric 1 of the garment by using an adhesive instead of forming these sewn portions 5 and 6.

In the above-described embodiment, the left and right element members 30 and the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 are directly fixed to the fabric 1 of the garment, and the slide fastener is formed integrally with the fabric 1, but in the present invention, the left and right element members 30 and the 1 st stopper member 10 and the 2 nd stopper member 20 may be fixed (sewn) to a fastener tape used for a general slide fastener, instead of the member to which the slide fastener is to be attached, which is a product fixed (sewn) to the fabric 1 of the garment, to form a slide fastener including a pair of left and right fastener tapes which can be used independently.
