The equipment and process technology of the thin cigarette in the industry is mainly improved aiming at the cigarette packing equipment, at present, the common quality problems of single cigarette weight, large fluctuation of suction resistance, uneven distribution of cigarette density and the like exist in the thin cigarette processing process in the tobacco industry, mainly because the structure of the thin cigarette tobacco shred is one of the important factors of the physical indexes of the cigarette, however, in the processing process of the thin cigarette, on one hand, the structure of the tobacco shred is uneven, the long tobacco shred is wound, the filament rate is higher, on the other hand, the tobacco shred is generally slender, the tobacco shred is curled after being dried, the tobacco shred is mutually hooked and often forms a mass filament, when the tobacco shred is mixed and blended, the different tobacco shreds are often poor in compatibility and are not easy to be mixed uniformly, the stability and uniformity of the quality of the cigarette product cannot meet the requirements, and the operation efficiency of the processing equipment is also greatly influenced.

In actual production, along with the continuous updating of cigarette equipment and the continuous emergence of high-speed cigarette making machines, the influence of higher tobacco shred filament rate on quality indexes such as weight standard deviation, hardness, suction resistance, end shred dropping quantity and the like of a single cigarette after a thin cigarette is made and the operation efficiency of the cigarette making machine equipment is more and more obvious. Theoretically, when tobacco leaves are cut into tobacco shreds, the lengths of the cut tobacco shreds are different due to the irregular shape of the tobacco leaves, and if the tobacco shreds are directly used for cigarettes, the quality of the cigarettes is undoubtedly influenced. In the prior art, screening of the tobacco flake processing process is primarily accomplished by a tobacco flake processing device, for example, patent document CN2016101562950 discloses a tobacco flake processing device for reducing the length of tobacco shreds, which comprises a large screening device, a conveying device and a large processing device, although the large tobacco sheets are reprocessed before shredding, the filament rate after shredding can be improved to a certain extent, but does not relate to the regulation and control of the structure of the cut tobacco, the long tobacco and the mass tobacco still need to be picked out manually in the later period, the rest cut tobacco is subjected to cigarette operation, the manual selection of the tobacco shreds has large labor amount and low efficiency, and the continuous filaments and the agglomerated filaments are difficult to be completely selected, the tobacco shred specification customizing system based on long tobacco shred reprocessing is needed to be developed and designed to ensure the quality of cigarettes, and the uniformity of the tobacco shred structure of the thin cigarette is improved to meet the requirement of the thin cigarette production.

2. referring to fig. 1 again, after the cut tobacco enters the filament sorting device through the conveying of the belt 9 conveyor during processing, the middle and short cut tobacco falls into the vibrating screen classifier from the gap of the needle roller I2, the long and group filaments continue to advance on the needle roller I2 of the filament sorting device and enter the filament breaking device, the filament breaking treatment is realized through the needle roller II 3, the processed cut tobacco falls into the vibrating screen classifier, the remaining un-broken long and group filaments continue to advance and finally enter the group filament cutting device, the secondary treatment is carried out through the needle roller III 4, meanwhile, the speed of the needle roller I2 of the filament sorting device is adjustable in frequency conversion, the driving mechanism II of the filament breaking device and the driving mechanism III of the group filament cutting device are independently arranged, the direction and the speed of the needle roller corresponding to the filament breaking device and the group filament cutting device are easily adjustable, and therefore, by changing the rotating direction of the needle roller corresponding to the filament breaking device and the group filament cutting device, not only the tearing and cutting treatment of the tobacco shreds is realized, but also the scattering and refining effects are realized; the whole process simulates the selection of both hands of a person, the tobacco shreds are thrown up by both hands, so that the long, medium and short tobacco shreds are loose and separated, the medium and short tobacco shreds fall down from finger gaps, the long tobacco shreds are conveyed to the next procedure on hand, and compared with manual selection of the tobacco shreds, the efficient separation of the clustered tobacco shreds, the long tobacco shreds and the medium tobacco shreds is realized.
