Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of rubber processing, in particular to an antistatic odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge rubber material and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

Generally, in the manufacturing process of rubber shoes, rubber sponge used as a key component of rubber shoe damping is usually manufactured by one-time vulcanization molding or mold vulcanization (disulfide for short), and the sponge used for the anti-static rubber shoes is mainly one-time vulcanization sponge. The once-vulcanized sponge rubber has low product grade and is not fashionable due to the limitation of process conditions, and the beautiful requirements of people cannot be met. In the prior art, the secondary vulcanization antistatic sponge has high hardness and poor elasticity, and is not favorable for wearing comfort. As workers with the anti-static protection requirement, comfortable high-grade anti-static rubber shoes meeting aesthetic requirements do not exist, and the invention of the anti-static odorless light high-elastic rubber sponge meeting the fashion requirement at the front becomes a new era requirement of the historical process.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the anti-static odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge rubber material and the preparation method and application thereof solve the technical problems of high hardness, low elasticity and low wearing comfort of disulfide sponge used for anti-static rubber shoes, and overcome the defects of the prior art.

The invention is realized by the following steps: the antistatic odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge sizing material comprises, by weight, 90-110 parts of standard rubber, 1.4-1.8 parts of sulfur, 4.5-5 parts of vulcanization accelerator, 20-22 parts of active agent, 5.4-5.8 parts of foaming agent, 18-20 parts of conductive carbon black, 2.8-3.2 parts of anti-aging agent, 25-30 parts of rubber lubricating oil and 0.8-1.2 parts of rubber internal release agent.

More preferably, the rubber composition comprises, by weight, 100 parts of standard rubber, 1.6 parts of sulfur, 4.8 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 21 parts of an activator, 5.6 parts of a foaming agent, 19 parts of conductive carbon black, 3.0 parts of an anti-aging agent, 27 parts of rubber lubricating oil and 1 part of a rubber internal mold release agent.

The standard rubber is SCR5 natural rubber.

The rubber lubricating oil is 5# spindle oil. Each 21 parts of active agent consists of 5 parts of nano zinc oxide and 16 parts of odorless stearic acid.

The vulcanization accelerator is composed of 0.8 part of accelerator M, 3.2 parts of accelerator DM, 0.5 part of accelerator D and 0.3 part of accelerator TT every 4.8 parts of vulcanization accelerator.

The preparation method of the antistatic odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge rubber material comprises the following steps of 1) preparing a master batch by taking the following components in parts by weight: plasticating 1/2 standard rubber on an open rubber mixing mill at a temperature of not higher than 50 ℃ until the Weibull plasticity is 0.63-0.68 to obtain plasticated rubber; adding plasticated rubber into internal mixing, adding 16 parts of stearic acid, an internal release agent and conductive carbon black, adding 12 parts of rubber lubricating oil after refining for 6 minutes, after loading the internal mixer, adding the rest of rubber lubricating oil after refining for 1 minute, after loading the rubber mixer, refining for 3 minutes to enable the rubber lubricating oil to be completely contained in the rubber, discharging the rubber to an open rubber mixer, uniformly turning and refining the rubber at a roll distance of 5-6 mm, discharging, naturally cooling to room temperature, and standing for 24 hours for later use; 2) preparing a plasticated rubber: plasticating the rest standard rubber on an open rubber mixing mill at the temperature of not higher than 50 ℃ until the Weibull plasticity is 0.63-0.68 to obtain plasticated rubber; 3) preparing a rubber compound: and (3) putting the plasticated rubber prepared in the step 2), a vulcanization accelerator, nano zinc oxide, a foaming agent and sulfur into a rubber mixing mill, mixing for 1.5 minutes, adding master batch, mixing for 5 minutes, discharging to an open rubber mixing mill, mixing the plasticated rubber uniformly under the condition that the roll spacing of the open rubber mixing mill is 4-5 mm, cooling the discharged rubber with water, detecting and correcting to ensure that the vulcanization starting point of the plasticated rubber is 3 min 40 sec-3 min 50 sec and the plasticity is 0.52-0.58, thus obtaining the finished product of the antistatic odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge rubber material.

Applying the anti-static odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge sizing material, namely discharging the anti-static odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge sizing material on an open mill, wherein the thickness of the discharged sheet is 3-3.5 mm, and cutting the sheet into corresponding rubber sheets according to the shape of a mold; and (3) sticking the cut rubber sheet to the rubber surface of the base fabric in the cut anti-static rubber shoe sponge, measuring the weight of the rubber sheet, putting the rubber sheet in a disulfide sponge mold cavity at 160-170 ℃ to enable the cloth surface to face downwards and the rubber surface to face upwards, vulcanizing for 3.5-4.5 minutes under the condition of 5MPa of pressure, trimming off edge rubber, and obtaining the anti-static odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge product.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the rubber shoe is simple and easy to implement, low in cost and capable of improving the wearing comfort of the applied rubber shoe product, namely light weight, high elasticity and no odor. Vulcanizing the obtained rubber compound for 3.5min at 165 ℃ under the condition of working pressure of 5MPa to obtain the anti-static odorless light high-elasticity rubber sponge rubber material, wherein the resistance of the rubber sponge rubber material meets the requirements of anti-static products.

Detailed Description

The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the antistatic tasteless light high-elasticity rubber sponge rubber material comprises, by weight, 100 parts of No. 1 standard rubber, 1.6 parts of sulfur, 4.8 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 21 parts of an active agent, 5.6 parts of a foaming agent, 19 parts of conductive carbon black, 27 parts of rubber lubricating oil and 1 part of a rubber internal release agent; wherein, every 4.8 parts of vulcanization accelerator consists of 0.8 part of accelerator M, 3.2 parts of accelerator DM, 0.5 part of accelerator D and 0.3 part of accelerator TT.

The optimum formula dosage obtained by table 2 is: 100 parts of No. 1 standard rubber, 1.6 parts of sulfur, 4.8 parts of vulcanization accelerator, 5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 16 parts of stearic acid, 5.6 parts of pore former H, 19 parts of conductive carbon black, 27 parts of rubber lubricating oil and 1 part of rubber internal release agent.

The best vulcanization conditions of the antistatic, odorless, light and high-elastic rubber sponge are shown in the test data in Table 4 as follows: the working pressure of the vulcanizing machine is 5MPa, the vulcanizing temperature is 165 ℃, and the vulcanizing time is 3.5 min.

As can be seen from table 5, the optimum ratio of the accelerator is: every 4.8 parts of vulcanization accelerator consists of 0.5 part of accelerator M, 1.2 parts of accelerator DM and 0.2 part of accelerator TMTD.
