The molecular formula of the hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer is as follows:

the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film comprises, by weight, 12-14 parts of a dicyclo oxazolidine compound, 20-30 parts of an aliphatic amino resin, 18-25 parts of a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer, 8-16 parts of an aqueous solvent and 2-4 parts of an auxiliary agent.

The healthy multifunctional liquid coating film comprises, as a preferred embodiment, 13 parts by weight of a dicyclooxazole alkyl compound, 25 parts by weight of an aliphatic amino resin, 20 parts by weight of a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer, 16 parts by weight of an aqueous solvent and 3 parts by weight of an auxiliary agent.

The above-mentioned health multifunctional liquid coating film, as a preferred embodiment, the aqueous solvent is water.

The healthy multifunctional liquid coating film is characterized in that the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: pigment, dispersant, activating agent, defoaming agent, anti-settling agent and leveling agent.

The dispersant is a surfactant with two opposite properties of lipophilicity and hydrophilcity in a molecule, can uniformly disperse solid and liquid particles of inorganic and organic pigments which are difficult to dissolve in liquid, and can prevent the particles from settling and coagulating to form the amphiphilic agent required by stable suspension. In the above method for preparing a healthy multifunctional liquid coating film, as a preferred embodiment, in the step (1), the mixing and stirring temperature is 0-45 ℃, and the mixing and stirring time at the temperature is 0.1-0.5 h.

The preparation method of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film in the embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:

(1) adding a dicyclo oxazolidine compound, aliphatic amino resin and a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer into an aqueous solvent, mixing and stirring for 0.3h at the stirring temperature of 30 ℃, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

(2) and adding an auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the healthy multifunctional liquid coating.

Example 2

A healthy multifunctional liquid coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of dicyclo oxazolidine compound, 20 parts of aliphatic amino resin, 18 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer, 8 parts of water and 2 parts of auxiliary agent;

the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: pigment, dispersant, activating agent, defoaming agent, anti-settling agent and leveling agent.

The preparation method of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film in the embodiment 2 comprises the following steps:

(1) adding a dicyclo oxazolidine compound, aliphatic amino resin and a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer into an aqueous solvent, mixing and stirring for 0.2h at the stirring temperature of 35 ℃, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

(2) and adding an auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the healthy multifunctional liquid coating.

Example 3

A healthy multifunctional liquid coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13 parts of dicyclo oxazolidine compound, 25 parts of aliphatic amino resin, 20 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer, 16 parts of water and 3 parts of auxiliary agent;

the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: pigment, dispersant, activating agent, defoaming agent, anti-settling agent and leveling agent.

The preparation method of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film in the embodiment 3 comprises the following steps:

(1) adding a dicyclo oxazolidine compound, aliphatic amino resin and a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer into an aqueous solvent, mixing and stirring for 0.2h at the stirring temperature of 35 ℃, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

(2) and adding an auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the healthy multifunctional liquid coating.

Example 4

A healthy multifunctional liquid coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14 parts of dicyclo oxazolidine compound, 30 parts of aliphatic amino resin, 25 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer, 16 parts of water and 4 parts of auxiliary agent;

the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: pigment, dispersant, activating agent, defoaming agent, anti-settling agent and leveling agent.

The preparation method of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film in the embodiment 4 comprises the following steps:

(1) adding a dicyclo oxazolidine compound, aliphatic amino resin and a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer into an aqueous solvent, mixing and stirring for 0.15h at the stirring temperature of 40 ℃, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

(2) and adding an auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the healthy multifunctional liquid coating.

Example 5

A healthy multifunctional liquid coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of dicyclo oxazolidine compound, 35 parts of aliphatic amino resin, 28 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer, 20 parts of water and 5 parts of auxiliary agent;

the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials: pigment, dispersant, activating agent, defoaming agent, anti-settling agent and leveling agent.

The preparation method of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film in the embodiment 5 comprises the following steps:

(1) adding a dicyclo oxazolidine compound, aliphatic amino resin and a hexamethylene diisocyanate polymer into an aqueous solvent, mixing and stirring for 0.1h at the stirring temperature of 45 ℃, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;

(2) and adding an auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the healthy multifunctional liquid coating.

As can be seen from table 1, the volatile organic compounds and free formaldehyde contained in the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film of the present invention are within a safe range, and heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and the like are not detected, so that the health of people is not affected even when the liquid coating film of the present invention is used indoors, i.e., the liquid coating film of the present invention is a healthy and environment-friendly coating film.

2. The acid and alkali resistance of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film is detected, and the detection result is shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film provided by the invention has good corrosion resistance, and does not generate the phenomena of foaming, cracking, falling off, wrinkling, discoloration and light loss after long-term use.

3. The detection results of the aging resistance of the healthy multifunctional liquid coating film are shown in the table 3:

It can be seen from table 3 that the liquid coating film of the present invention has excellent aging resistance.

As can be seen from table 4, the liquid coating film according to the present invention has excellent mold resistance.
