The mechanical clothing finishing device of claim 4, wherein the clothing stacking plate and the conveyor belt are equal in length and are horizontally aligned with each other at front and rear ends thereof in the conveying direction, the clothing stacking plate forms a blanking gap between a side of the front end in the conveying direction and the moving frame, and the collecting box is configured to collect the clothing dropped from the blanking gap.

In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the clothes folding mechanism 10 includes a steering engine 21, the steering engine 21 is fixed on the moving rack 3 and is arranged close to the conveying mechanism 5, an output shaft of the steering engine 21 is horizontally and radially connected with a support shaft 22, the upper surface of the support shaft 22 is connected with a clothes folding plate 23, the length of the clothes folding plate 23 is smaller than half of the length of the moving rack 3 in a direction parallel to the rotating shaft 6, and the steering engine 21 is used for driving the clothes folding plate 23 to turn over towards the conveying belt 8.

The output shaft of the steering engine 21 is horizontally arranged, the support shaft 22 is arranged perpendicular to the axial direction of the output shaft, so that when the output shaft of the steering engine 21 rotates, the support shaft 22 can be driven to rotate in a vertical plane, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, two steering engines 21 and two support shafts 22 are arranged to jointly support the clothes folding plate 23, when the clothes folding mechanism 10 operates, the clothes folding plate 23 is driven by the steering engine 21 to turn clockwise as shown in fig. 2, half of clothes are folded towards the other half, then the steering engine 21 is driven to restore the original position of the clothes folding plate 23, the steering engine 21 can be controlled by a single chip microcomputer, an infrared sensor is arranged in an area above the clothes folding plate 23 and used for detecting whether clothes are on the clothes folding plate 23, the infrared sensor is arranged as a soft switch and is in communication connection with the single chip microcomputer, when clothes are detected, the single chip microcomputer sends a signal to the single chip microcomputer and controls the steering engine 21 to rotate by a set angle, so that the clothes folding plate 23 moves to fold and return after the clothes are turned over once, and preparing for next clothes rolling.

In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the moving frame 3 is a rectangular frame structure, a middle cross bar 24 is connected to the middle of the moving frame 3 along the extending direction of the rack 4, a side cross bar 25 is connected to one side close to the rack 4 along the extending direction of the rack 4, two ends of each rotating shaft 6 are respectively connected to the middle cross bar 24 and the side stay bar through bearing blocks 26, the driving motor 18 is fixed to the side cross bar 25, the main shaft 14 is connected to the side cross bar 25 through the bearing blocks 26, the steering gears 21 are fixed to the middle cross bar 24, two rotating shafts 6 are provided, two steering gears 21 are provided, and two steering gears 21 are located between the two rotating shafts 6.

The inner area of the moving rack 3 is divided into two parts by the middle cross rod 24, the side cross rod 25 is matched to provide structural support for the rolling mechanism 11, the clothes folding mechanism 10, the clothes pushing mechanism 12 and the conveying mechanism 5, as shown in the combined drawing 1 and the drawing 4, the clothes folding mechanism 10 is located at the rear end of the left side of the moving rack 3, the conveying mechanism 5 is located at the rear end of the right side of the moving rack 3, the rolling mechanism 11 and the clothes pushing mechanism 12 are located at the front end of the right side of the moving rack 3, the rolling mechanism 11, the clothes folding mechanism 10, the clothes pushing mechanism 12 and the conveying mechanism 5 are integrally connected and mounted in the moving rack 3, and the rolling mechanism 11, the clothes pushing mechanism 12 and the conveying mechanism 5 can synchronously run only by simply pushing the moving rack 3 forwards, so that clothes can be rolled.

In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the collecting box 13 is fixed to the bottom of the outer frame 1 and is located near the front end side of the outer frame 1 in the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 5, and the bottom surface inside the collecting box 13 is disposed obliquely downward toward the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 8.

The collection box 13 is arranged to collect the clothes pushed down by the clothes pushing mechanism 12, and the cylindrical clothes roll towards the inclined bottom of the collection box 13 under the action of gravity by inclining the collection box 13 towards the rolling direction, so that the cylindrical clothes are automatically placed in close proximity.

In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, one side of the clothes folding plate 23 located at the front end in the conveying direction extends forward to exceed all the lead screws 19, and the push plate 20 is arranged higher than the output shaft of the driving motor 18.

In this embodiment, the clothes folding plate 23 is set to a length substantially covering the sum of the lengths of the conveying mechanism 5, the rolling mechanism 11 and the clothes pushing mechanism 12 in the conveying direction, and the push plate 20 is higher than the output shaft of the steering engine 21, so that the push plate 20 can be slightly higher than the position of the clothes folding plate 23 when the clothes pushing mechanism 12 pushes the cylindrical clothes away from the rolling rod 17, the cylindrical clothes can firstly fall on the clothes folding plate 23, the sum changes the position of the clothes folding plate 23 through the steering engine 21 to enable the clothes folding plate 23 to incline downwards towards the inside of the collecting box 13, and then the cylindrical clothes fall from the clothes folding plate 23 into the collecting box 13 to provide a buffer for the falling of the cylindrical clothes, so as to conveniently adjust the posture of the cylindrical clothes.

In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the length of the clothes folding plate 23 is equal to that of the conveyor belt 8, the front end and the rear end of the clothes folding plate 23 and the conveyor belt 8 in the conveying direction are respectively aligned in the horizontal direction, a blanking gap is formed between one side of the front end of the clothes folding plate 23 in the conveying direction and the moving frame 3, and the collecting box 13 is used for collecting the clothes falling from the blanking gap.

In this embodiment, a space for the cylindrical clothes to fall down is reserved at the front end of the clothes folding plate 23, the cylindrical clothes can directly fall into the collecting box 13 located right below the blanking gap for collection, the clothes folding plate 23 is arranged to be equal to the conveying belt 8, the front end and the rear end of the clothes folding plate are aligned, and the length of the clothes folding plate can be basically the same as that of one piece of clothes, so that the space is saved, the front and rear length of the moving rack 3 is smaller, the front and rear length of the outer frame 1 is reduced, the occupied volume of the whole device is favorably reduced, the length of the clothes folding plate 23 is reduced, and the weight of the whole device is reduced.

In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 1-4, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is connected to the upper end of the outer frame 1, and the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is set towards the rolling mechanism 11.

By arranging the ultraviolet disinfection lamp, the clothes are positioned in the irradiation range of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp from the clothes folding process, so that the clothes are sterilized and disinfected in the storage process, and the mechanical clothes finishing device is particularly suitable for rainy and humid areas in the south, the clothes are not dried after being dried for a long time, and bacteria are easy to breed.
