The data show that the raw material structure mainly comprising the waste paper raw material is derived in the paper making industry of China, and the proportion of the waste paper raw material is nearly 60%. (2) With the improvement of the national standard of living, the requirement on the paper quality is higher and higher, the fiber strength of domestic waste paper is greatly reduced after the domestic waste paper is continuously recycled, and the national waste fiber can not meet the quality requirement even if the current situation of the quality requirement on the base paper is maintained.

To meet the challenge, paper making companies are seeking new materials to replace waste paper materials. Sawdust fiber, also called wood fiber raw material, has a great price advantage and belongs to the category of leftover waste, and thus, the sawdust fiber is paid attention to paper making research and development personnel.

At present, the use research of the wood chip fiber is less, the wood chip fiber is only limited to direct application of the wood chip fiber, and the use effect is poor.
