Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of handmade soaps, in particular to a processing method of fullerene handmade soap and the obtained fullerene handmade soap.

Background

Currently handmade soaps are divided into hot, cold and regenerated soaps. The hot soap is prepared by using a thermal method, and is quickly saponified by intermittent heating when the oil and the sodium hydroxide are saponified to a thick stage, and the soap is placed for one week after being demoulded to evaporate water, so that the soap can be used. Most of the handmade soaps on the market are hot-made soaps which are soap bases left after fatty acid is industrially refined and are prepared by adding various additives. The hot soap is colorful, but the use effect is mostly limited to hand washing, and the face is tight and dry. Compared with the hot-melt method adopted by industrial soaps, the cold-making soap is characterized in that after oil and alkali solution are mixed, saponification reaction occurs, solid oil needs to be heated and melted into liquid before mixing, high-temperature heating is not needed in the soap forming process, after the reaction is finished, the soap liquid is put into a die to be naturally dried, and the die is removed after three to five months. The manufacturing time is long and the time cost is high. The manufactured handmade soap has the phenomena of crack, rancidity, soft glutinous and the like, and the forming rate needs to be improved. The regenerated soap is the secondary processing and optimization of cold soap and hot soap, various effects are publicized in the market at present, and the essential oil soap added with the essential oil and the extract belongs to the regenerated soap.

Patent 201410278294.4 relates to a soap-based soap and a method for rapidly allowing continuous saponification of fats and oils. The method specifically comprises the step of adding the grease and the fatty acid in proportion to realize the continuous saponification of the grease. Fatty acid is used as saponification accelerator. Meanwhile, the acid plate type heat exchanger and the alkali plate type heat exchanger are adopted to improve the reaction temperature of the raw materials. Finally, the saponification reaction time is 8-12 min. The type of the handmade soap in the patent is soap base type soap, and is also hot soap, so that the handmade soap is not suitable for making cold soap.

Patent 201910530068.3 relates to a handmade soap with reduced saponification time and a method for making the same. In particular to a saponification process of grease by using amino acid salt instead of traditional strong base. Through compounding, mixing, curing and drying in the sun, the saponification is finally shortened to 3-6 weeks. The patent uses amino acid salt instead of traditional strong base, and although the amino acid salt is available on the market, the use amount of the amino acid salt is not as large as that of the strong base, and the use is convenient. And still needs to be aired after the curing process. The manufacturing period is 3-6 weeks, and the time cost is still high.

The method for accelerating saponification of cold soap is not a lot. The preservation of the pure natural components of the cold-made soap needs to be improved, the phenomena of cracks, rancidity, soft glutinous and the like easily occur to the product, and the forming rate needs to be improved. Compared with the hot-melt method adopted by industrial soaps, the cold-made soap is characterized in that after oil and sodium hydroxide solution are mixed, saponification reaction occurs, solid oil needs to be heated and melted into liquid before mixing, high-temperature heating is not needed in the soap forming process, after the reaction is finished, the liquid soap is put into a mold to be naturally dried, and the mold is removed after three to five months for use. The manufacturing time is long and the time cost is high.

In summary, the prior art for preparing handmade soaps still has the following disadvantages:

(1) the product is easy to crack, rancidity, soft glutinous and the like, and the forming rate is low;

(2) the cold-made soap needs natural drying, the manufacturing time is long, and the time cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a preparation method of a purely natural handmade soap, so that the following purposes are achieved:

(1) the rancidity phenomenon of the cold-made soap is reduced, and the plasticity of the cold-made soap is increased;

(2) the saponification and aging time of the cold soap is shortened.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
