1. The double-sided knitted fabric is characterized by being manufactured by a double-sided knitting machine and comprising the following two fabric layers:

a) the front fabric layer is woven into a porous structure by terylene and is used for perspiration;

b) the back fabric layer is formed by interweaving cotton yarns and viscose yarns in a plying mode or interweaving cotton viscose blended yarns to form a coil string sleeve for absorbing moisture.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of knitted fabrics, and particularly relates to a quick moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-faced knitted fabric, and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The clothing fabric is mainly woven and knitted fabric, wherein the knitted fabric is continuous fabric with certain width formed by looping and stringing one or more composite yarns, and has the characteristics of high speed and high efficiency.

Polyester fiber, commonly known as "polyester", is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester obtained by polycondensation of organic dibasic acid and dihydric alcohol, is called PET fiber for short, and belongs to a high molecular compound. Invented in 1941, is the first major variety of current synthetic fibers. The polyester fiber has the advantages of good crease resistance and shape retention, high strength and elastic recovery capability, firmness and durability, crease resistance, no ironing and no hair sticking. The terylene is used as the fiber for clothes, and the fabric of the terylene has the effects of no wrinkle and no ironing after washing.

The Viscose yarn (spun rayon) takes Viscose fiber (Viscose) as a raw material, is one of artificial cotton yarns, has good hand feeling, is smooth and is comfortable to wear. Because of good moisture absorption, comfortable wearing and excellent spinnability, the viscose yarn is often blended and interwoven with cotton, wool or various synthetic fibers and is used for various clothes and decorative textiles.

With the improvement of living standard, the requirements of sports clothes on moisture absorption and sweat releasing are gradually improved, the existing fabric cannot usually release sweat and dry quickly when having better moisture absorption performance, and the existing fabric is easy to cling to the skin after absorbing sweat, so that the feeling of stuffiness and dampness and the feeling of constraint are caused.

For the problem of improving the moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance of the knitted fabric, the following methods are generally adopted in the prior art: chinese patent 202020055264.8 proposes to adopt three kinds of yarns to make the moisture absorption and sweat releasing woven fabric by interweaving, Chinese patent 202010676677.2 proposes to adopt AB yarn to interweave to make the moisture absorption and sweat releasing woven fabric; chinese patent 201921705397.9 adopts a woven fabric to make the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fabric, but the three still have the problems that the fabric application range is limited, the fabric is not suitable for sports clothes and the like. Patent 202010170778.2 proposes sewing a moisture-wicking undergarment using different fabrics. But still has the problems of complex tailoring, complex garment making process and the like. Patent 201810767423.4 proposes that a double-faced fabric with a one-way thread guiding function is prepared by adopting 3 different types of filaments through a double-faced knitting machine, but the problems that the filament garment coverage rate is low, the light transmission is strong, and the filament garment is not suitable for being used as close-fitting single-layer clothes and the like still exist.

Therefore, how to ensure that the knitted fabric meets the special requirements of moisture absorption and sweat releasing on the premise of the existing rapid preparation efficiency becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a double-sided knitted fabric capable of quickly absorbing moisture and releasing sweat, and a preparation method and application thereof.

The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

one object of the present invention is to provide a double-sided knitted fabric with rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing properties, which is manufactured by a double-sided knitting machine and comprises the following two fabric layers:

In the two fabric layers, the yarn formed by short fibers such as cotton yarn and viscose yarn on the reverse side provides a quick moisture absorption function. The front surface of the fabric is provided with a high-efficiency sweat-discharging function by the terylene, and the fabric has the characteristics of convenience in production and strong functionality.

Further, in the two fabric layers, the weight ratio of each fiber component is as follows: polyester: cotton yarn: viscose yarn ═ (30-45): (35-45): (20-30).

Further, the moisture permeability of the double-sided knitted fabric is 12000-13000g/m2D, air permeability of 1350-.

Further, the terylene comprises any one of terylene filament yarns and terylene ring yarns. The polyester filament yarn is a filament yarn with the length of more than kilometer made of polyester, and the fabric is smooth and has silk feeling; the polyester ring spun yarn has softer hand feeling than the filament, and a plurality of staple fibers form a unique multi-gap structure in the yarn, so the air permeability is good.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a double-sided knitted fabric capable of rapidly absorbing moisture and releasing sweat, the method comprising: a 28G double-faced knitting machine is adopted, and the rib is opposite to the needle row needles; needle insertion: the high and low heel needles 2 are arranged at intervals of 2; and the lower needle is a plain needle, high-heel needles and low-heel needles are arranged at intervals of 1, the upper needles float, the lower needles are discharged from the needle pads and are inserted into the polyester yarns, and the upper needles and the lower needles are all discharged from the needle pads and are inserted into cotton/viscose plied yarns or cotton viscose blended yarns to prepare the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric of the polyester/cotton/viscose.

The invention also aims to provide the application of the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric, in particular to the application of the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric as a garment fabric for preparing moisture absorption and sweat releasing clothes.

Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric provided by the invention has the following advantages: the invention adopts ring spinning yarns and air-jet vortex spinning yarns which are spun by cotton, viscose and polyester fibers to form double-layer needle surface fabric through knitting, thereby achieving the purposes of rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing. The front material has a unique multi-gap structure, has good air permeability and is beneficial to perspiration; the back material has good hand feeling and good moisture absorption performance, and provides smooth skin feeling while efficiently absorbing moisture.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

The present invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the specific material ratios, process conditions and results thereof described in the examples are illustrative only and should not be taken as limiting the invention as detailed in the claims.

The physical properties of the raw materials such as polyester and cotton used in the following examples were as follows: the terylene comprises any one of terylene filament and terylene ring yarn, wherein the fineness of the terylene filament is 50-150D, and the fineness of the terylene ring yarn is 40-80S; the cotton yarn is air-jet vortex spinning cotton yarn. In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the fineness of the cotton yarn, the viscose yarn and the cotton yarn and the viscose yarn in the cotton-viscose blended yarn is respectively and independently 30-60S.

Example 1

A rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing knitted fabric is characterized in that 75D polyester filament yarns form a porous layer with a circular hole as the front surface of the fabric; the 40S air-jet vortex spun cotton yarn and the 40S air-jet vortex spun viscose yarn are plied to form a loop bunch cover which is the reverse side of the fabric.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: a 28G double-faced knitting machine is adopted, and the rib is opposite to the needle row needles; needle insertion: the high and low heel needles 2 are arranged at intervals of 2; the lower needle is a flat needle, high and low heel needles 1 are arranged at intervals of 1, the upper needle floats, the lower needle is out of the needles and is padded with polyester yarns, and the upper needle and the lower needle are both out of the needles and are padded with cotton/viscose plied yarns to prepare the polyester/cotton/viscose quick moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric.

Example 2

A rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing knitted fabric is characterized in that 50D polyester filaments form a porous layer with a circular hole as the front surface of the fabric; the 50S air-jet vortex spun cotton-viscose (40/60) yarn formed a loop bunch wrap as the reverse of the fabric.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: a 28G double-faced knitting machine is adopted, and the rib is opposite to the needle row needles; needle insertion: the high and low heel needles 2 are arranged at intervals of 2; the lower needle is a plain needle, high and low heel needles 2 are arranged at intervals of 2, the upper needle floats, the lower needle is out of the needle and is padded with the polyester yarns, and the upper needle and the lower needle are both out of the needle and are padded with the cotton-viscose blended yarns to prepare the polyester/cotton/viscose quick moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-faced knitted fabric.

As shown in fig. 1, the fast moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric in the above embodiments 1 and 2 includes the following two fabric layers:

a) the front fabric layer 1 is woven by terylene into a porous structure and is used for perspiration;

b) the back fabric layer 2 is formed by interweaving cotton yarns and viscose yarns in a plying mode or interweaving cotton viscose blended yarns to form a coil string sleeve for absorbing moisture.

The related performance measurement of the fabric comprises the following steps:

(1) moisture permeability: a method for measuring the moisture permeability of GB/T12704-91 fabric;

(2) air permeability: GB/T5453-1997 determination of the air permeability of textile fabrics;

(3) moisture permeability time: the vertical capillary effect of the textile with American Standard AATCC 197 and 20133.

The moisture permeability of the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric in the example 1 is measured to be about 12000g/m2D, the air permeability is about 1450mm/s, the moisture permeability time is 2.5s, and the fabric integrates the soft and comfortable characteristics of three fibers of cotton, polyester and viscose. The moisture permeability of the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabric in the embodiment 2 is about 13000g/m2D, the air permeability is about 1350mm/s, the moisture permeability time is 2.0s, and the fabric integrates the soft and comfortable characteristics of three fibers of cotton, polyester and viscose.

It can be seen that the moisture permeability of the rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing double-sided knitted fabrics in the above examples 1 and 2 is about 12000-2D, the air permeability is about 1350-.

In conclusion, the knitted fabric capable of absorbing moisture and releasing sweat rapidly provided by the patent comprises various terylene, various cotton fibers and viscose fibers, and various front and back knitted structures. Different from the weaving alternate organization double-layer fabric manufactured by weaving equipment, the double-sided fabric of the double-sided weaving machine is prepared by adopting different equipment and weaving methods, has excellent moisture permeability and air permeability, is shorter in moisture permeability time, integrates the soft and comfortable characteristics of three cotton, polyester and viscose fibers, and is particularly suitable for being used as a garment fabric for preparing moisture absorption and sweat releasing clothes, so that the purposes of rapid moisture absorption and sweat releasing are achieved, and the wearing comfort is improved.
