Background

The coarse cereal puffing process integrates mixing, crushing, heating, pressure difference, puffing and forming, can improve the taste of coarse cereals, passivate bad factors and improve the digestibility of protein; the scheme adopted by the conventional puffing equipment is that an upper die and a lower die are heated and pressurized for puffing; fixing the lower die to be used as a female die; the upper die is a male die, the male die moves downwards, and the raw materials in the female die are pressurized and heated; then, the male die moves upwards, the raw materials in the female die are decompressed, puffed and jump out, the raw materials can be automatically jumped out after being puffed only by using engineering rice carried by a manufacturer, and the problem that the product is not easy to demould when common coarse cereals are puffed; therefore, a new puffing machine is needed to solve the above problems.
