1. A spool integrated trim panel mounting assembly, comprising:

the conduit pipe decorating plate mounting assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first decorating plate is fixedly connected with the wall body through at least one fixing member, and the second decorating plate is fixedly inserted into the fixing member through at least one inserting fastener.

The structure of the decorative board according to claim 7, further comprising a wiring bottom box fixedly connected to the wall, wherein a wire passing hole is formed in a side wall of the wiring bottom box, the wire passing hole is aligned and abutted to one end of the insertion groove for a cable to pass through, and a mounting hole is formed in the decorative board corresponding to the wiring bottom box.

An installation method for a decorative board structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein, when the fastener comprises a first inserting section, a fixed section and a second inserting section, the ends of which are vertically connected in sequence, the first inserting section and the second inserting section are both located on the same side of the fixed section and are arranged at intervals to form the fastening slot, and the first inserting section and the second inserting section are located in the inserting slot and are respectively attached and fixed with the first vertical section and the second vertical section, the installation method comprises:

installing a fixing component: fixing at least one fixing component on the inner side surface of the first decorative plate, enabling the side surface of the first decorative plate close to the second decorative plate to be flush with the inner side surface of the second vertical section facing the first vertical section, then enabling the first decorative plate to be close to the wall body, enabling the first parallel section to be attached to the wall body, and then fixing the fixing component on the surface of the wall body;

Background

The decoration panel is used for surface decoration of the wall body or the roof of a house, is a common indoor decoration mode at present, can build colorful artistic images of an interior decoration space through different decoration panels, and is one of important parts of indoor decoration.

At present, when the decoration panel with surface decoration layer is installed on the surface of wall body or roof, at first can be on the wall fixed keel of interval or location structure, through modes such as other combination pendants afterwards, with the decoration panel fixed keel or the location structure to predetermineeing position department.

However, in the installation process of the decorative plate, because the distance between two adjacent keels or positioning structures needs to correspond to the width of the decorative plate, especially when seam gaps exist between the installed decorative plates, the installation position of the keels or the positioning structures has higher precision requirements, so that the fixed distance of the keels needs to be accurately measured on site, time and tooling are wasted, and the assembly efficiency is very low; and when need lay heavy current or light current cable, still need additionally install between decorative board and wall and be used for wearing to establish the spool or the trough of laying wire of cable, further reduced the assembly efficiency of decorative board.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a decorative plate mounting assembly, a decorative plate structure and a mounting method of an integrated line pipe, which are beneficial to improving the mounting efficiency of a decorative plate during mounting while integrating a wiring space.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the present application adopts the following technical solutions:

Optionally, the fixing member includes a first vertical section, a first parallel section, a second vertical section and a second parallel section, the ends of which are vertically connected in sequence, the first vertical section and the second vertical section are located on the inner side surface of the first parallel section and are arranged at intervals to form an insertion groove, and the first parallel section and the second parallel section are respectively located at two opposite ends of the second vertical section;

the outer side face, opposite to the inner side face, of the first parallel section is used for being attached to and attached to a wall body, and the outer side face, far away from the first parallel section, of the second parallel section is used for being attached to and connected with a first decorative plate.

installing a fixing component: fixing at least one fixing component on the inner side surface of the first decorative plate, enabling the side surface of the first decorative plate close to the second decorative plate to be flush with the inner side surface of the second vertical section facing the first vertical section, enabling the first decorative plate to be close to the wall body, enabling the first parallel section to be attached to the wall body, and then fixing the fixing component on the surface of the wall body;

and cable laying: cables are arranged in the insertion groove along the extension direction of the insertion groove;

Optionally, the decorative board structure further comprises a wiring bottom box, the side wall of the wiring bottom box is provided with a wire passing port, the wire passing port is aligned with one end port of the insertion groove and abutted against the end port of the insertion groove and used for penetrating a cable, the wiring bottom box is fixedly connected with the wall body, and the mounting method further comprises the following steps of:

the preparation method comprises the following steps: mounting openings are formed in the preset positions of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate;

As shown in fig. 1, the line pipe integrated trim panel mounting assembly includes a fixing member 1 and a grommet 2.

The two opposite sides of the fixing member 1 are respectively used for connecting with the wall 4 and the first decorative plate 31; usually, the first decorative plate 31 is connected and fixed to the wall 4 by at least one fixing member 1, and the fixing member 1 is further formed with an insertion groove 11.

It should be noted that, in the decorative plate structure provided by the embodiment of the application, in the installation process, the decorative plates on the surface of the wall 4 are sequentially installed and fixed from left to right, from right to left, from bottom to top, or from top to bottom; at the joint position of any two adjacent decorative boards 3, the first decorative board 31 is a decorative board which needs to be installed and fixed firstly, and the second decorative board 32 is a decorative board which needs to be installed and fixed later. As shown in fig. 3, the decorative panels 3 are installed in the horizontal direction from right to left, and the same decorative panel 3 is connected by the middle break line, but at the next joint position on the left side, the second decorative panel 32 at the joint position on the right side is the first decorative panel 31, the other is the second decorative panel 32, and so on.

In addition, when the decorative plate 3 is installed and fixed, the opening of the fastening groove 21 faces the fixing member 1 and is fixedly connected with the insertion groove 11 in an insertion manner, and the fastening groove 21 on the insertion fastener 2, the insertion groove 11 and/or the wall 4 enclose a wiring space for the cable 5 to penetrate through.

In the embodiment of the present application, a section of fixing member 1 may be installed only at two ends of the edge of the first decorative plate 31 close to the second decorative plate 32, as shown in fig. 10, after the fixing member 1 is installed on the wall 4, and the opening side of the fastening groove 21 is inserted into the insertion groove 11 and fixed toward the wall 4, at this time, the fastening groove 21 and the wall 4 or the fastening groove 21 and the wall 4 and the insertion groove 11 together enclose a wiring space; in addition, a fixing member 1 with the same length as the first decorative plate 31 may be disposed on the edge of the first decorative plate 31 close to the second decorative plate 32, so that the length of the fixing member 1 is equal to the length of the inserting and fastening member 2, and thus, after the inserting and fastening member 2 is inserted and mounted, the fastening groove 21 may directly enclose a wiring space with the inserting and fastening groove 11, which is not limited herein.

For example: when the fixing member 1 is connected and fixed on the wall 4, the opening direction of the insertion groove 11 is parallel to the wall 4, at this time, a structure for connecting the second decorative plate 32 may be provided on the insertion fastener 2, and the opening side of the fastening groove 21 faces the bottom wall of the insertion groove 11 (i.e., the direction parallel to the wall 4), and then the fastening groove 21 is inserted into the insertion groove 11, so that the two side walls of the fastening groove 21 are inserted and fixed with the two side walls of the insertion groove 11, at this time, the length of the insertion groove 11 of the fixing member 1 is the same as that of the insertion fastener 2, and the fastening groove 21 and the insertion groove 11 enclose a wiring space; in addition, the opening side of the fastening groove 21 may face the surface of the wall 4 (i.e. the opening direction of the fastening groove 21 is perpendicular to the wall 4), and the fastening member 2 may be inserted into the insertion groove 11 along the direction parallel to the wall 4, so that the fastening groove 21 and the sidewall of the insertion groove 11 and/or the wall 4 enclose a wiring space.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in another embodiment, when the fixing member 1 is connected and fixed to the wall 4, the opening direction of the inserting groove 11 is perpendicular to the wall 4, at this time, the second decorative board 32 is connected and fixed to the outer side of the bottom wall of the fastening groove 21, and the opening side of the fastening groove 21 is inserted into the inserting groove 11 in the direction perpendicular to the wall 4, while the decorative board 3 is installed, the fastening groove 21, the inserting groove 11 and/or the wall 4 enclose a wiring space, because the inserting part 2 is inserted into the inserting groove 11 in the direction perpendicular to the wall 4, the position of the second decorative board 32 far from the outer surface of the wall 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the insertion depth, so that the outer surface of the decorative board 3 can be adjusted to be favorable for increasing the decorative effect of the decorative board 3.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the fixing member 1 includes a first vertical section 12, a first parallel section 13, a second vertical section 14 and a second parallel section 15, which are vertically connected in sequence at the ends, the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14 are located at the inner side of the first parallel section 13 and are spaced apart to form the insertion groove 11, and the second parallel section 15 and the first parallel section 13 are located at the opposite ends of the second vertical section 14 and are spaced apart and parallel to each other.

Obviously, the opening direction of the inserting groove 11 is perpendicular to the first parallel section 13; based on this, after the outer side face of the first parallel section 13 opposite to the inner side face is used for being attached and fixed with the wall body 4, the opening direction of the insertion groove 11 is simultaneously vertical to the wall body 4; and the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15, which is far away from the first parallel section 13, is used for being attached to the first decorative plate 31, so that the first decorative plate 31 is arranged on the surface of the wall 4 in parallel.

Based on above-mentioned structure, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, the buckle piece 2 includes the first plug section 22, the fixed section 23 and the second plug section 24 that the tip connects gradually, and first plug section 22 and second plug section 24 all are located the medial surface of fixed section 23, and the interval sets up and forms catching groove 21. At this time, the outer side surface of the fixing section 23 opposite to the inner side surface is provided for being attached to the second decorative plate 32, and the first inserting section 22 and the second inserting section 24 are located in the inserting groove 11 and attached to the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14 respectively, so as to insert and fix the fastening groove 21 in the inserting groove 11.

In some embodiments, when the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14 are parallel to each other, and the first plugging section 22 and the second plugging section 24 are parallel to each other, a distance between an outer side surface of the first plugging section 22 away from the second plugging section 24 and an outer side surface of the second plugging section 24 away from the first plugging section 22 is defined as a, a distance between an inner side surface of the first vertical section 12 facing the second vertical section 14 and an inner side surface of the second vertical section 14 facing the first vertical section 12 is defined as b, a ═ b may be set, where the inner side surface of the first vertical section 12 is in abutting contact with the outer side surface of the first plugging section 22, and the inner side surface of the second vertical section 14 is in abutting contact with the outer side surface of the second plugging section 24, and the plugging and fixing of the plugging and buckling member 2 and the plugging and buckling groove 11 is achieved by friction force between the abutting surfaces.

In order to further increase the fastening degree of the inserting and fixing of the inserting and fastening piece 2 and the inserting and fixing groove 11, the friction force between the abutting surfaces can be increased. For example: a can be set to be slightly larger than b, so that the outer side surface of the side wall (the first insertion section 22 and the second insertion section 24) of the buckle slot 21 is in interference fit with the inner side surface of the side wall (the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14) of the insertion slot 11, and the friction force between the fitting surfaces is increased by increasing the extrusion force between the fitting surfaces, so that the firm degree of insertion and fixation is increased; in addition, a plurality of micro-protrusion structures may be further disposed on the outer side surfaces of the side walls (the first insertion section 22 and the second insertion section 24) of the fastening groove 21 and the inner side surfaces of the side walls (the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14) of the insertion groove 11, so as to increase the friction force between the attachment surfaces by increasing the friction coefficient between the attachment surfaces, thereby increasing the firmness of insertion and fixation, wherein the micro-protrusion structures may be cylindrical protrusions, saw-toothed protrusions, or any other micro-protrusion structures capable of increasing the plane friction coefficient, which is not specifically limited herein.

In some embodiments, a clamping structure may be further disposed between the abutting surfaces, so as to increase the fastening degree of the insertion fastening piece 2 and the insertion groove 11, as shown in fig. 7, a first reinforcing rib 61 is disposed on the first vertical section 12, and a second reinforcing rib 62 clamped with the first reinforcing rib 61 is disposed on the first insertion section 22; and/or, a third reinforcing rib 63 is arranged on the second vertical section 14, and a fourth reinforcing rib 64 correspondingly clamped with the third reinforcing rib 63 is arranged on the second inserting section 24.

Through the setting of strengthening rib, when increasing the structural strength of catching groove 21 lateral wall (first grafting section 22 and second grafting section 24) and inserting groove 11 lateral wall (first vertical section 12 and second vertical section 14), joint complex strengthening rib is used for realizing that the joint between catching groove 21 and the inserting groove 11 is fixed, and it is fixed to connect through the card, has further increased the firm degree of being connected between eye splice spare 2 and the fixed component 1.

In the embodiment of the present application, for the specific arrangement mode of the reinforcing rib, such as the protruding direction and the extending direction, only the clamping fixation between the fastening groove 21 and the inserting groove 11 needs to be realized, and no specific limitation is made herein; furthermore, it is also possible to provide reinforcing ribs on the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14, respectively, or on the first plug section 22 and the second plug section 24, respectively, only for reinforcing the structural strength of the fixing member 1 and the plug 2.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, when the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14 are parallel to each other and the first plugging section 22 and the second plugging section 24 are parallel to each other, along a direction parallel to the first parallel section 13 and the first vertical section 12, the first vertical section 12 protrudes toward a direction away from the second vertical section 14 to form a first reinforcing rib 61, the first plugging section 22 protrudes toward a direction away from the second plugging section 24 to form a second reinforcing rib 62, and the second reinforcing rib 62 is used for being clamped and attached to the first reinforcing rib 61; similarly, in the direction parallel to the first parallel section 13 and the second vertical section 14, the second vertical section 14 protrudes toward the direction away from the first vertical section 12 to form a third reinforcing rib 63, the second inserting section 24 protrudes toward the direction away from the first inserting section 22 to form a fourth reinforcing rib 64, and the fourth reinforcing rib 64 is used for being in clamping fit with the third reinforcing rib 63. Wherein the length direction of the reinforcing bars extends in a direction parallel to the first parallel section 13 and the first vertical section 12.

With the arrangement, after the inserting fastener 2 is inserted into the inserting groove 11 of the fixing component 1 and clamped and attached in place, the length extension direction of the reinforcing rib is parallel to the first parallel section 13 (equivalent to the wall body 4), so that the clamping force is completely used for preventing the inserting fastener 2 from being separated from the fixing component 1, and the clamping force is very effective; in addition, the arrangement mode that the reinforcing ribs protrude towards the outer side of the side wall of the buckling groove 21 ensures the clamping effect and does not occupy the internal wiring space of the buckling groove 21.

In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the second parallel section 15 is located at the other end of the second vertical section 14 away from the first vertical section 12, and the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15 is disposed coplanar with the outer side surface of the fixed section 23. In this way, after the second decorative plate 32 is attached to the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15 and the first decorative plate 31 is attached to the outer side surface of the fixed section 23, as shown in fig. 1, since the thicknesses of the decorative plates 3 are all consistent, the outer decorative surface of the first decorative plate 31 far away from the fixed member 1 and the outer decorative plate 3 of the second decorative plate 32 far away from the fixed member 1 are coplanar, so that the decorative surfaces of the decorative plates 3 mounted on the wall 4 are in the same plane, and the decorative effect is improved.

Illustratively, in the case where the length of the first vertical section 12 is less than or equal to the length of the second vertical section 14 and the length of the first plugging section 22 is less than or equal to the length of the second plugging section 24 in the direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 13, the sum of the length of the second vertical section 14 (excluding the thickness portion of the first parallel section 13) and the thickness of the second parallel section 15 is set to be greater than the sum of the length of the second plugging section 24 and the thickness of the fixing section 23, so that the position of the plugging member 2 can be adjusted in the plugging groove 11 in the direction perpendicular to the first parallel section 13 so that the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15 is coplanar with the outer side surface of the fixing section 23.

Furthermore, it is also possible to directly set the sum of the length of the second vertical section 14 (excluding the thickness of the first parallel section 13) and the thickness of the second parallel section 15 equal to the sum of the length of the second plug section 24 and the thickness of the fixed section 23, so that, during the insertion of the fastener 2, the end of the second plug section 24 remote from the fixed section 23 is directly brought into abutment with the first parallel section 13, in which case the outer side of the second parallel section 15 is necessarily coplanar with the outer side of the fixed section 23.

It should be noted that, when the fixing member 1 and the fastening piece 2 are respectively provided with the reinforcing ribs for joint, attachment and clamping, the positions of the reinforcing ribs need to be adjusted, so that when the first reinforcing rib 61 is jointed and attached to the second reinforcing rib 62 in a clamping manner, and the third reinforcing rib 63 is jointed and attached to the fourth reinforcing rib 64 in a clamping manner, the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15 is coplanar with the outer side surface of the fixing section 23. Thus, the installation efficiency and the decorative effect of the decorative plate 3 are improved.

Further, since the inner side surface of the first vertical section 12 is attached to the outer side surface of the first inserting section 22, when the first decorative plate 31 and the second decorative plate 32 are installed, as shown in fig. 2, the side wall of the first decorative plate 31 facing the second decorative plate 32 is aligned with the inner side surface of the second vertical section 14, and the side wall of the second decorative plate 32 facing the first decorative plate 31 is aligned with the outer side surface of the second inserting section 24, so that, as shown in fig. 1, under the condition that the inserting and fastening member 2 is inserted and fixed in the inserting and fastening groove 11, because the inner side surface of the second vertical section 14 is attached to the outer side surface of the second inserting section 24, the first decorative plate 31 is attached to the second decorative plate 32, thereby minimizing the gap between the two adjacent decorative plates 3 after installation and fixation, and further improving the decorative effect.

In the embodiment of the present application, in order to simplify the structure, the first vertical section 12, the first parallel section 13, the second vertical section 14 and the second parallel section 15 of the fixing member 1 are all flat plate structures, and the first inserting section 22, the fixing section 23 and the second inserting section 24 of the inserting and fastening member 2 are also all flat plate structures. Under the condition of guaranteeing fixed component 1 and 2 structural strength of eye-splice spare, the thickness of above-mentioned flat structure is unanimous, according to the difference of material, can select between 0.8 ~ 5mm in a flexible way.

For the manufacturing materials of the fixing member 1 and the fastening member 2, it is only necessary to ensure the structural strength thereof, and there is no specific limitation, for example: the manufacturing material can be any one of metal, plastic or wood plastic material and the like. For example: the fixing component 1 and the inserting and buckling component 2 are respectively made into plastic components through integral molding and injection molding, and can also be molded through metal casting; in addition, when the fixing member 1 and the fastening member 2 are made of metal (such as iron, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy), they may be made separately by welding or may be formed integrally by bending in a punching process.

Illustratively, the distance between the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14 is 20-50 mm, and the distance between the outer side surface of the first parallel section 13 and the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15 is 15-40 mm, so that a sufficient space for laying the cables 5 in a wiring space can be maintained, a small distance between the decorative plate 3 and the wall body 4 can be maintained, and the occupancy rate of the indoor space in the installation process of the decorative plate can be reduced.

Generally, the fixing member 1 and the fastening member 2 are made of metal materials (such as galvanized iron, stainless steel or aluminum alloy), and the thickness of each part of the fixing member 1 and the fastening member 2 is 1mm, because the two ends of the first parallel section 13 in the width direction are respectively and vertically provided with the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14 which are parallel to each other, the width of the first parallel section 13 is set to be 30mm, and thus the width of the inner wall of the insertion groove 11 is 28 mm; based on this, because the two ends of the fixed section 23 in the width direction are respectively and vertically provided with the first insertion section 22 and the second insertion section 24 which are parallel to each other, the width of the fixed section 23 is set to be 28mm, and thus the width of the inner wall of the catching groove 21 is 26 mm; and the distance between the outer side surface of the first parallel section 13 and the outer side surface of the second parallel section 15 which are parallel to each other and respectively positioned at two ends of different side surfaces of the second vertical section 14 is 15mm, so that the internal distance between the fixed section 23 and the first parallel section 13 is 13mm, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the cables 5; in addition, in order to facilitate the connection and fixation of the first decorative plate 31, the width of the second parallel section 15 is set to be 20 mm.

In some embodiments, the decorative plate structure further includes a connection bottom box 7, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, a wire passing port is provided on a side wall of the connection bottom box 7, the connection bottom box 7 is connected and fixed to the wall 4, and the wire passing port is aligned and abutted with one end port of the insertion groove 11, a mounting port is correspondingly provided at a position of the decorative plate 3 corresponding to the connection bottom box 7, and obviously, an opening of the connection bottom box 7 corresponds to the mounting port; thus, before the plug buckle 2 is plugged and fixed, the cable 5 is firstly laid along the extending direction of the plug groove 11, one end of the cable 5 passes through the wire passing port and extends into the wiring bottom box 7, and then the plug buckle 2 is plugged and fixed in the plug groove 11, so that the cable 5 is positioned in the wiring space. The operation of extending the connection of the cable 5 can then be carried out in the back box 7, or a socket or switch can be mounted in the back box 7, which is very convenient.

In the above embodiment, the junction box 7 is usually located between the first decorative plate 31 and the wall 4 together with the second decorative plate 32, so that a part of the mounting opening is opened in the first decorative plate 31 and another part of the mounting opening is opened in the second decorative plate 32. Because the degree of depth of the end box 7 of working a telephone switchboard is generally greater than 40mm, consequently, in order to guarantee that the end box 7 of working a telephone switchboard is kept away from the open surface of wall body 4 and the lateral surface parallel and level of fixed segment 23, the mounting groove needs to be seted up to the preinstallation position on wall body 4, make a part of end box 7 of working a telephone switchboard inlay to locate in wall body 4, and connect the lateral wall and the wall body 4 of end box 7 of working a telephone switchboard through right angle mounting 8, thereby accomplish the installation of end box 7 of working a telephone switchboard, in addition, also can bond end box 7 of working a telephone switchboard and wall body 4 through gypsum or glue.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the right-angle fixing member 8 is an L-shaped structure, and includes two fixing plates perpendicular to each other, one of the fixing plates is fixedly connected to the side wall of the junction box 7 by a rivet, and the other fixing plate is attached to the wall 4, and may be fixed by bonding or may be fixed by screws.

In addition, a line passage hole 71 (not shown) may be provided in the first plug section 22 and/or the second plug section 24. Illustratively, the buckle 2 is installed in the vertical direction, that is, the cable 5 is laid in the vertical direction, but the direction of the cable 5 can be changed through the wire passing hole 71, so that the cable can be laid leftwards or rightwards, which is more convenient.

It should be noted that the application of the conduit-integrated trim panel mounting assembly and the junction box 7 is not limited to the fixed mounting at the joint of two trim panels 3. In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the first parallel section 13 may also be directly attached and fixed to the surface of the wall 4, and the inserting and fastening component 2 is directly inserted and fixed in the inserting and connecting groove 11, which is not required to be connected and fixed with the decorative plate 3; at this time, the fixing member 1 and the inserting and fastening member 2 only function to enclose a wiring space, similar to a wire duct, but can simultaneously support the decoration board 3 attached to the fixing section 23 and the second parallel section 15 in a direction perpendicular to the wall 4 because the thickness of the decoration board mounting assembly of the integrated wire duct is uniform, thereby increasing the application range. At this time, the mounting opening corresponding to the terminal box 7 on the decorative plate 3 is opened only on one decorative plate 3.

On the other hand, the embodiment of the present application further provides an installation method for the decorative panel structure in the above aspect, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in a case that the fastening member 2 includes a first inserting section 22, a fixed section 23, and a second inserting section 24, ends of which are sequentially and vertically connected, the first inserting section 22 and the second inserting section 24 are both located on the same side of the fixed section 23, and are arranged at intervals to form the fastening groove 21, and the first inserting section 22 and the second inserting section 24 are located in the inserting groove 11 and are respectively attached and fixed to the first vertical section 12 and the second vertical section 14, as shown in fig. 14, the installation method includes:

mounting a fixing member step S100: at least one fixing component is fixed on the inner side face of the first decorative plate, the side face, close to the second decorative plate, of the first decorative plate is flush with the inner side face, facing the first vertical section, of the second vertical section, then the first decorative plate is close to the wall body, the first parallel section is attached to the wall body, and then the fixing component is fixed on the surface of the wall body.

Cabling step S200: and cables are arranged in the insertion groove along the extension direction of the insertion groove.

Mounting a fastener step S300: at least one fastener is fixed at the medial surface of second decorative board, and the lateral surface parallel and level that first grafting section was kept away from to the side that makes the second decorative board be close to first decorative board and second grafting section, insert the inserting groove with fastener afterwards in, and make the lateral surface (the veneer promptly) of wall body and the lateral surface (the veneer promptly) parallel and level that the wall body was kept away from to first decorative board and second decorative board.

According to the installation method of the decorative plate structure, in the process of installing the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate, accurate measurement on the installation fixing positions of the fixing components and the inserting and fastening components is not needed, only when the decorative plates are installed, the side walls of the decorative plates are adjusted to be respectively aligned with the corresponding fixing components and the inserting and fastening components, and the outer decorative surfaces of adjacent decorative plates are aligned, so that seamless and flush installation of the decorative plates can be achieved, the decorative effect of the decorative plates is guaranteed, meanwhile, a large amount of measurement and positioning time can be saved, and the installation efficiency of the decorative plates is greatly improved; and a wiring space is further enclosed between the inserting fastener and the wall body and/or the fixing component to accommodate the cables which are arranged in the inserting groove in advance, so that an additional wire groove installation procedure is not needed, and the installation efficiency of the decorative plate during the arrangement of the cables is further improved.

It should be noted that, the fixing member 1 and the fastening member 2 may be fixedly connected to the decorative plate 3, or the fixing member 1 may be fixedly connected to the wall 4 by an adhesive, or may be fixed by a bolt or a screw, so as to achieve the effect of mounting and fixing, which is not limited herein.

Wherein, when carrying out fixed connection with decorative board 3, compare in carrying out grooved mounting means at decorative board 3 double-phase to the lateral wall, this scheme need not to carry out extra processing (if fluting or slotting process) to decorative board 3, only need be used for decorative board 3 to align with the medial surface of wall body 4 respectively with the laminating of second parallel segment 15 and canned paragraph 23, after the grafting completion of fastener 2, can realize the seamless concatenation between decorative board 3, when guaranteeing 3 installation effectiveness of decorative board, can also further improve the fixed efficiency of installation of decorative board 3, and can not produce fitment rubbish.

Compared with a bonding and fixing mode, the fixing component 1 and the inserting component are respectively fixedly installed through the screws, the fixed connection strength is guaranteed, meanwhile, the pollution of bonding glue (containing formaldehyde) is avoided, and the construction and living environment is more environment-friendly and healthier; therefore, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, through holes are provided in the fixing member 1 and the insert 2, respectively, and the fixing member 1 is fixedly connected to the wall 4 and the first decorative plate 31, respectively, through the through holes using screws, and the insert 2 is fixedly connected to the second decorative plate 32 using screws.

Illustratively, a plurality of through holes are respectively formed on the first parallel section 13, the second parallel section 15 and the fixed section 23; the plurality of through holes on the first parallel section 13 are used for fixedly connecting the fixing member 1 and the wall 4, the plurality of through holes on the second parallel section 15 are used for fixedly connecting the fixing member 1 and the first decorative plate 31, and the plurality of through holes on the fixing section 23 are used for fixedly connecting the inserting and fastening piece 2 and the second decorative plate 32. In this case, when the fixing member 1 and the clip 2 are attached, attachment may be performed by an adhesive method, or attachment may be performed by a bolt or screw method, and this may be flexibly selected according to actual conditions.

It should be noted that, when the wall 4 and the decorative plate 3 are fixedly connected by screws or bolts, if the decorative plate 3 needs to be replaced or removed, the inserting and fastening piece 2 is firstly pulled out from the inserting and connecting groove 11, and then the second decorative plate 32 can be taken down; then, the fixing screws between the fixing member 1 and the wall body 4 are removed, so that the fixing structure of the first decorative plate 31 and the wall body 4 is removed; repeating the steps to sequentially disassemble the decorative plates 3 from the surface of the wall 4; and finally, the fixing screws between the fixing component 1 and the inserting and buckling piece 2 as well as the decorative plate 3 are removed, so that the disassembly construction of the decorative plate 3 is completed, and the disassembly process is very convenient.

Through the disassembly process, the fixing component 1, the inserting and buckling piece 2, the decorative plate 3 and the screw can be reused; meanwhile, by combining the embodiment, in the process of installing and dismantling the decorative plate 3, additional decoration garbage can not be generated through a screw fixation dry construction mode, a garbage disposal recovery process is not needed, and a green and environment-friendly decoration idea is achieved.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 11, the decorative plate structure further includes a bottom connection box 7, a side wall of the bottom connection box 7 is provided with a wire passing hole, the wire passing hole is aligned and abutted with a section of port of the insertion groove 11 for passing through the cable 5, the bottom connection box 7 is fixedly connected to the wall 4, and when the decorative plate 3 is provided with an installation hole corresponding to an opening of the bottom connection box 7, as shown in fig. 15, the installation method specifically includes:

preparation step S100': and mounting openings are formed in the preset positions of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate.

Mounting a fixing member step S200': at least one fixing component is fixed on the inner side face of the first decorative plate, the side face, close to the second decorative plate, of the first decorative plate is flush with the inner side face, facing the first vertical section, of the second vertical section, then the first decorative plate is close to the wall body, the first parallel section is attached to the wall body, and then the fixing component is fixed on the surface of the wall body.

Cabling step S300': and laying a cable in the insertion groove abutted against the wire passing port, and enabling one end of the cable to pass through the wire passing port to be positioned in the junction box.

Step S400' of mounting a terminal bottom case: and aligning and abutting the wire passing port of the wiring bottom box with one end port of the fixing component, and fixedly connecting the wiring bottom box with the wall body.

After the decorative plate structure is installed by using the installation method, wiring of the wire slot and fixed installation of the junction box can be completed simultaneously, and then, connection extension operation of a cable can be performed in the junction box, or a socket or a switch can be installed in the junction box in a connected mode, so that the installation method is very convenient.

It should be noted that the installation method of the decorative plate structure in the embodiment of the present application is only an installation and fixation scheme of the decorative plates at the joints of two adjacent decorative plates, and under the condition that a plurality of decorative plates need to be installed, the assembling method of the decorative plate gap structure only needs to be repeatedly executed in sequence according to the installation sequence of the decorative plates.

In addition, in practical applications, due to the limitation of the precision of the equipment or the installation error, the absolute parallel or perpendicular effect is difficult to achieve; in the present application, the description on vertical, parallel, same direction or coplanar is not an absolute limiting condition, but means that the structural arrangement of vertical, parallel, same direction or coplanar can be realized within a preset error range, and a corresponding preset effect is achieved, so that the technical effect of limiting the features can be realized maximally, the corresponding technical scheme is convenient to implement, and the high feasibility is achieved.
