By adjusting the nut 18, the invention can change the bending degree of the clamping degree adjusting bolt to the bending part 16, thereby changing the size of the cloth gap 6 between the clamping pieces 5 and further changing the clamping pressure.

In the using process of the invention, the cloth can be cut by the cutting knife 1, and the electric heating plate 7 of the edge unsealing device 2 can be synchronously opened for preheating to the set temperature in the cutting process. After the cutting and the preheating are finished, the broken ends of the cloth are straightened, and the cloth is stretched into the cloth crack 6, so that the broken ends of the cloth are contacted with the electric heating plate 7. And then sliding the edge sealing device 2 along the broken end of the cloth to enable the broken end of the cloth to be in contact with the electric heating plate 7, and performing edge sealing treatment on the end of the cloth by using the high temperature of the electric heating plate 7.
