Detailed Description

The biscuit production equipment provided by the invention is provided with five flour pressing devices 1 as shown in figure 1, every two flour pressing devices are arranged on a machine table 2, the feeding end of the first flour pressing device 1 is connected with a feeding device 3 through a conveying belt, and flour scattering machines 4 are arranged on the feeding device 3 and the first flour pressing device 1. The last dough pressing device 1 is independently arranged on a machine table 2 and also comprises a cutting device and two disc dividing devices; the blanking end of each dough pressing device 1 is sequentially connected with the feeding end of the next dough pressing device 1 through a conveyor belt, the blanking end of the last dough pressing device 1 is connected with a first cutting group 51, a second cutting group 52, a flour cleaning brush 53, a flow dividing device 7 and two third cutting groups 54 which are arranged in parallel are sequentially arranged behind the first cutting group 51, and the two disc dividing devices respectively correspond to the third cutting groups 54.

The noodle pressing device 1 shown in fig. 2 comprises a fixed roll shaft 11, an adjustable roll shaft 12 and a distance adjusting module; the fixed roll shaft 11 and the adjustable roll shaft 12 are arranged in parallel and correspondingly, the distance adjusting module is connected with the adjustable roll shaft 12 to drive the adjustable roll shaft 12, and the distance between the adjustable roll shaft 12 and the fixed roll shaft 11 is adjusted. And the disc separating device is arranged behind the third cutting group 54 and is used for automatically loading the cut dough sheets.

The tray dividing device comprises a differential transmission belt 81; the discharge end of the third cutting group 54 is connected with one end of the differential transmission belt 81; the other end of the differential conveyor belt 81 is a pull-back end, the pull-back end is provided with a pull-back rod 82, and the pull-back rod 82 is used for driving the pull-back end to be recovered to the other end; the lower part of the pull-back end is used for placing a subpackaging disc.

When the invention is implemented, firstly, an operator operates the screw rod 13 of each flour pressing device 1 according to actual requirements, the distance between the adjustable roller shaft 12 and the fixed roller shaft 11 is adjusted, the roller spacing of the five flour pressing devices 1 is required to be gradually reduced, then the operator puts the dough on the conveying belt of the feeding device 3, the conveying belt of the feeding device 3 is also provided with a pre-pressing roller shaft 31, when the dough passes through the flour scattering machine 4 on the feeding device 3, the flour scattering machine 4 automatically scatters flour to the dough to prevent the dough from sticking to the equipment, then the pre-pressing roller shaft 31 carries out pre-pressing operation on the dough scattered with flour, when the pre-pressed dough enters the first flour pressing device 1 through conveying, the flour scattering machine 4 on the flour pressing device 1 scatters flour again to the dough, and further prevents the dough from sticking to the equipment when being pressed, and the dough is difficult to clean. Through the sequential action of the five noodle pressing devices 1, the uniformity of noodle pressing can be effectively improved, and the number of the noodle pressing devices 1 can be further increased or reduced according to the production thickness requirement of the biscuit, so that the application range of the biscuit production equipment is expanded.

In the embodiment of the invention, the specific number of the blades on the first cutting group 51 and the second cutting group 52 can be set according to the width requirement and the number requirement of biscuits, the cutting device is arranged on the conveyor belt, the dough sheet sequentially passes through the first cutting group 51 and the second cutting group 52 to be cut in length through the conveyor belt, then passes through the flour cleaning brush 53, the flour cleaning brush 53 rotates to clean redundant flour on the dough sheet, then the tubular conveyor belt 71 is shifted to be combined according to the width requirement and the number requirement of the biscuits, the tubular conveyor belt 71 conveys the dough sheet cut in the length direction to the third cutting group 54, the third cutting group 54 equally cuts the dough sheet in the width direction, finally the cut dough sheet passes through the differential conveyor belt 81, the pull rod 82 of the differential conveyor belt 81 regularly pulls the pull end of the differential conveyor belt 81 back towards the other end for a fixed distance, therefore, the dough sheet on the pull-back path just falls into the sub-tray below the pull-back end, and the automatic tray loading of the dough sheet is realized. Here too the dispensing discs can be transported in turn by means of a conveyor belt below the pull-back end. In order to ensure that the wrappers automatically fall into the proper position of the sub-packaging tray and optimize the automatic packaging effect, limiting devices 83 are respectively arranged on two sides of the feeding end of the differential transmission 81, as shown in fig. 3, the limiting devices 83 are a group of obliquely arranged rollers, and the positions of the rollers can be adjusted when the wrappers exceed the range.
