An adsorption type demoulding device is characterized in that: the demolding mechanism comprises a fixed support (10) and a demolding mechanism arranged above the fixed support (10), wherein the demolding mechanism comprises a fixed rod (11) and a turntable (20), the turntable (20) is rotatably arranged on the outer surface of the fixed rod (11), and the fixed rod (11) is a hollow fixed rod; the outer ring of the turntable (20) is arc-shaped and concave; and a cutting knife (21) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the outer ring of the turntable (20).

2. The adsorptive stripping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the fixing rod (11) is provided with a first through hole (12) and a second through hole (13) which are communicated with the middle part of the fixing rod (11).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of food processing and production, in particular to an adsorption stripping device.

Background

Sausage food is deeply loved by people due to unique flavor, and sausage food is processed into long-strip sausage food through a sausage filling machine in the processing process, the sausage food is steamed and then sliced and processed into products, and the sliced products are frozen and packaged after being processed, but a plastic film for sausage needs to be torn off before slicing, and the existing film tearing mode is generally manual film tearing, so that the labor cost is increased, and the production efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an adsorption type demoulding device to replace the traditional manual demoulding production mode, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency and the sanitary safety problem.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an adsorption stripping device comprises a fixed support and a stripping mechanism arranged above the fixed support, wherein the stripping mechanism comprises a fixed rod and a turntable, the turntable is rotatably arranged on the outer surface of the fixed rod, and the fixed rod is a hollow fixed rod; the outer ring of the turntable is arc-shaped and concave; and a cutting knife is fixedly arranged in the middle of the outer ring of the turntable.

In one embodiment, the fixing rod is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole which are communicated with the middle part of the fixing rod.

In one embodiment, the outer ring of the turntable is further provided with a third through hole and a fourth through hole or a fifth through hole and a sixth through hole which can be overlapped with the first through hole and the second through hole.

In one embodiment, the hollow fixing rod is connected with a suction device at two ends.

In one embodiment, the third and fourth through holes or the fifth and sixth through holes are located at both sides of the cutting burr.

In one embodiment, one end of the rotating disc is provided with a rotating motor for driving the rotating disc to rotate.

Further, the fixed support 10 is provided with symmetrical guide roller columns 7, so that the two guide roller columns 7 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed support 10, and the enema 5 can be guided on the fixed support 10 and prevented from shifting when moving in the left-to-right direction.

The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that in this embodiment, the fixing rod 11 has holes at both ends, and the fixing rod 11 is provided with a first through hole 12 and a second through hole 13 which are communicated with the holes at both ends of the fixing rod; therefore, after the rotary table 20 rotates, when the third through hole 22 and the fourth through hole 23 or the fifth through hole 24 and the sixth through hole 25 of the rotary table 20 coincide with the first through hole 12 and the second through hole 13 on the fixing rod 11, and through the operation of the air suction devices at the two ends of the fixing rod 11, the sausage 5 of the fixing support 10 can be adsorbed on the outer ring of the rotary table 20, and the outer film of the sausage is cut through the cutting knife on the outer ring of the rotary table 20, so that the demoulding of the sausage is realized.

Example 4

The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that a slide rail is further arranged on the fixed support 10, and the demoulding mechanism is slidably arranged on the slide rail, so that the demoulding mechanism can perform demoulding treatment on the sausage under the condition that the sausage is not moved through sliding of the demoulding mechanism on the slide rail.
