Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in this example, the aeration assembly 41 includes a plurality of aeration discs 411, aeration pipes 413 and air pipes 412, the aeration pipes 413 are fixedly installed on the inner wall of the brine tank 424, the aeration discs 411 are installed on the top of the aeration discs 411 in a communicating manner, every two aeration discs 411 are distributed at equal intervals, one end of each air pipe 412 is communicated with the aeration pipe 413, the other end of each air pipe 412 penetrates through the outer side of the brine tank 424 and is connected to an external aerator, by arranging the aeration assembly 41, when the alkali fog enters the brine tank 424, the air pipes 412 externally connected with the aerator convey the air into the aeration pipes 413, and then the alkali fog and the brine undergo an aeration reaction through the aeration discs 411, so that the alkali fog and the brine fully react, and the effect of fully reacting and purifying can be achieved.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in this example, the spraying component 43 includes a liquid suction pipe 431, a liquid suction pump 432, a liquid transfer pipe 433 and a spraying pipe 434, the liquid suction pump 432 is fixedly installed on the top of the spraying box 423 through a support, one end of the liquid suction pipe 431 is communicated with the liquid suction pump 432, the other end of the liquid suction pipe 431 is communicated with an external saline pool for liquid suction, one end of the liquid transfer pipe 433 is communicated with the liquid suction pump 432, the other end of the liquid transfer pipe 433 is communicated with an inner cavity of the spraying box 423, one end of the liquid transfer pipe 433 close to the spraying pipe 434 is communicated with the spraying pipe 434, the spraying pipe 434 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the spraying box 423, the bottom of the spraying pipe 434 is communicated with a plurality of atomizing nozzles for atomizing and spraying, by arranging the spraying component 43, when the alkali mist enters the spraying box 423, the liquid suction pump 432 is started, the saline is transferred into the liquid transfer pipe 433 through the liquid suction pipe 431 and then enters the spraying pipe 434, at this moment, the salt water mist sprayed out by the atomizing nozzle at the bottom of the spraying pipe 434 and the alkali mist are subjected to combined reaction to carry out preliminary purification, so that the effect of preliminary reaction purification and filtration is achieved.

Referring to fig. 1, 8 and 9, in this example, there is also provided an environmentally friendly cold rolled steel shower door with a sound damping sliding structure, comprising: cold rolling steel door plant 9, amortization slide 10, mount pad 11, amortization cushion 12 and amortization pulley 13, amortization cushion 12 fixed mounting is in the inside of amortization slide 10, the top and the amortization pulley 13 contact of amortization cushion 12, the bottom and the amortization pulley 13 of mount pad 11 are fixed, mount pad 11 is used for the fixed cold rolling steel door plant 9 of installation to pass through amortization slide 10, amortization cushion 12 and amortization pulley 13's cooperation is used, cold rolling steel door plant 9 is when sliding, drive the removal of amortization pulley 13 through mount pad 11, amortization pulley 13 when sliding on the amortization cushion 12 of amortization slide 10 installation, because amortization pulley 13 and amortization cushion 12 are made by the rubber material, consequently, the production of frictional noise has been avoided when removing.

s2: the alkali fog is generated when the surface treatment of the rolled steel strip 6 is carried out, and the alkali fog is adsorbed by the adsorption mechanism 3;

s3: the smoke adsorbed by the adsorption mechanism 3 is conveyed to the purification mechanism 4 for purification treatment, and harmless gas after treatment is discharged;

s4: and finally, winding is carried out through the conveying mechanism 7 sleeved with the winding roller.

In summary, the following steps: the invention provides an environment-friendly cold rolled steel bath door with a silencing sliding structure and a production process thereof, wherein a rolled steel strip 6 is clamped on a conveying mechanism 7, a wind-up roll of the rolled steel strip 6 is clamped on the conveying mechanism 7 at the other side, two rotating rods 75 can be driven to rotate through an output shaft of a double-shaft same-direction motor 76 in the conveying mechanism 7, so that a second gear 78 is driven to rotate, the second gear 78 synchronously drives a first gear 71 meshed with the second gear to rotate, so that a rotating rod 72 can be driven to rotate, the rotating rod 72 drives the wind-up roll of the rolled steel strip 6 through a clamping block 73, and a steel rolled strip 6 wound on the surface of the wind-up roll synchronously rotates, so that the rolled steel strip 6 is driven to move, when the steel rolled strip 6 moves into a storage box 82 for storing pickling solution, the surface of the steel rolled strip 6 reacts with the pickling solution to perform surface treatment, after the treatment, the alkali fog is moved into a storage tank 82 for storing purified water for washing, a large amount of alkali fog is generated in the process, the alkali fog is adsorbed into an adsorption cover 31 by starting an adsorption pump 35, then the alkali fog is conveyed into a fixed pipe 33 by an adsorption pipe 32, then the alkali fog is conveyed into a connecting pipe 36 by a mist conveying pipe 34, the alkali fog in the connecting pipe 36 enters a fog storage box 421 and is conveyed into a spraying box 423 by a mist conveying pipe 422, a liquid suction pump 432 is started at the moment, brine is conveyed into a liquid conveying pipe 433 by a liquid suction pipe 431 and then enters a spraying pipe 434, the brine fog sprayed by an atomizing nozzle at the bottom of the spraying pipe 434 is subjected to combined reaction with the alkali fog for preliminary purification, water drops formed by the combination enter an inner cavity of the brine tank 424 through a water leakage hole formed at the bottom of the spraying box 423 and are subjected to further reaction treatment with the brine tank 424, and meanwhile, a gas conveying pipe 412 externally connected with an aerator conveys gas into an aeration pipe 413, then carry out aeration reaction through aeration dish 411, make alkali fog and salt solution carry out abundant reaction, and the gas after the reaction drifts to in discharging fume 443, carry to the inner chamber of water purification case 441 through discharging fume 443 and absorb the filtration, then discharge harmless gas through row fog pipe 442, can realize absorbing alkali fog comprehensively, and it is effectual to alkali lye purifying effect, can do the dilution absorption to the harmful gas that the reaction process produced.
