Here, the third spring 21 is in a deformed state, the restoring force of the third spring 21 generates an outward pushing force on the push rod 20, the push rod 20 generates an outward pushing force on the moving shaft 22, the moving shaft 22 generates an outward pushing force on the pressing cylinder 23, so that the pressing cylinder 23 is attached to the conveyor belt 16, the workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt 16, then the workpiece is pushed to move between the pressing cylinder 23 and the conveyor belt 16, the workpiece drives the pressing cylinder 23 to move upwards, the pressing cylinder 23 drives the moving shaft 22 to move upwards, the moving shaft 22 drives the push rod 20 to move upwards, the push rod 20 drives the third spring 21 to compress, thereby further deforming the third spring 21, the restoring force of the third spring 21 generates a downward pushing force to the push rod 20, thereby generating a pushing force on the pressing cylinder 23, so that the pressing cylinder 23 and the conveyor belt 16 clamp the workpiece, thereby drive the work piece under the effect of frictional force and carry out the conveying to make the work piece convey and polish under grinding mechanism.

As shown in fig. 1, in order to realize polishing, the polishing mechanism includes a driving assembly and a polishing assembly, the driving assembly includes a motor 24 and a driving shaft 25, the motor 24 is horizontally disposed on the bracket, the driving shaft 25 is installed on the motor 24, the polishing assembly includes a positioning cylinder 26, a fixed cylinder 27 and a polishing belt 28, the fixed cylinder 27 is sleeved on the driving shaft 25, the fixed cylinder 27 is in key connection with the driving shaft 25, the positioning cylinder 26 is disposed above the fixed cylinder 27, the polishing belt 28 is sleeved on the fixed cylinder 27 and the positioning cylinder 26, the fixed cylinder 27 and the positioning cylinder 26 are in transmission connection through the polishing belt 28, the polishing belt 28 is located right above the conveying belt 16, the moving cylinder 3 is located between the positioning cylinder 26 and the fixed cylinder 27, and the moving cylinder 3 abuts against the polishing belt 28.

The motor 24 is operated, the motor 24 drives the drive shaft 25 to rotate, the drive shaft 25 drives the fixed cylinder 27 to rotate, and the polishing belt 28 is tightened by the moving cylinder 3 and the positioning cylinder 26, so that the polishing belt 28 moves, and the polishing belt 28 polishes a workpiece below.

When the device is used, the moving cylinder 3 is pulled to enable the moving cylinder 3 to move to a position between the positioning cylinder 26 and the fixed cylinder 27, then the polishing belt 28 is sleeved on the positioning cylinder 26, the fixed cylinder 27 and the moving cylinder 3, at the moment, the first spring 4 is in a deformation state, the restoring force of the first spring 4 generates a pulling force on the moving block 1, the moving block 1 generates a pulling force on the moving cylinder 3 to enable the moving cylinder 3 to pull the polishing belt 28 to move, so that the moving cylinder 3 tensions the polishing belt 28, the polishing belt 28 is tightened, the positioning cylinder 26, the fixed cylinder 27 and the moving cylinder 3 have enough friction force to drive the polishing belt 28 to move, when the sizes of the polishing belts 28 are different, the polishing belts 28 with different sizes are tightened by adjusting the moving cylinder 3, the practicability is improved, and after the polishing belts 28 are installed, pressing the press block 5, the press block 5 drives the threaded rod 6 to move, the threaded rod 6 is positioned in the threaded pipe 7, so that the threaded pipe 7 rotates, the threaded pipe 7 drives the gear 8 to rotate, the gear 8 drives the two racks 9 to move, the racks 9 drive the clamping rods 10 to move, so that the clamping rods 10 are clamped into the corresponding clamping grooves, so that the clamping rods 10 are locked, so that the moving block 1 and the sliding block 2 are locked, so that the moving cylinder 3 is locked, so that the grinding belt 28 is kept in a tightened state, then the lock rods 11 are clamped into the grooves, so that the lock rods 11 are clamped between the limit blocks 13 and the lock blocks 12, at the moment, the second springs 15 are in a deformed state, restoring force of the second springs 15 generates outward thrust on the limit rods 14, the limit rods 14 generate outward thrust on the limit blocks 13, so that the limit blocks 13 generate thrust on the lock rods 11, so that the limit blocks 13 push the lock rods 11 to move, so that the locking block 12 is clamped into the locking groove on the locking rod 11, thereby locking the pressing block 5, thereby locking the clamping component, thereby locking the adjusting component, thereby locking the polishing belt 28, the installation and locking of the polishing belt 28 can be realized by simple pressing, the operation is simple and convenient, and the manpower is saved, the motor 24 is operated, the motor 24 drives the driving shaft 25 to rotate, the driving shaft 25 drives the fixing barrel 27 to rotate, here, the polishing belt 28 is tightened through the moving barrel 3 and the positioning barrel 26, thereby the polishing belt 28 is moved, simultaneously, the driving shaft 25 drives the rotating wheel 29 connected with the driving shaft to rotate, the rotating wheel 29 drives another rotating wheel 29 to rotate through the belt, the other rotating wheel 29 drives the moving shaft 22 to rotate, the moving shaft 22 drives the pressing barrel 23 to rotate, here, the third spring 21 is in a deformation state, the restoring force of the third spring 21 generates outward thrust on the push rod 20, the push rod 20 generates outward thrust to the moving shaft 22, the moving shaft 22 generates outward thrust to the pressing cylinder 23, so that the pressing cylinder 23 is attached to the conveyor belt 16, the workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt 16 and then is pushed to move between the pressing cylinder 23 and the conveyor belt 16, the workpiece drives the pressing cylinder 23 to move upwards, the pressing cylinder 23 drives the moving shaft 22 to move upwards, the moving shaft 22 drives the push rod 20 to move upwards, the push rod 20 drives the third spring 21 to compress, so that the third spring 21 is further deformed, the restoring force of the third spring 21 generates downward thrust to the push rod 20, so that the pressing cylinder 23 generates thrust to the pressing cylinder 23, so that the pressing cylinder 23 and the conveyor belt 16 clamp the workpiece, so that the workpiece is driven to be conveyed under the action of friction force, so that the workpiece is conveyed to the right below of the grinding belt 28 to be ground, and the operation of the grinding mechanism and the clamping conveying mechanism is realized through one output end, the energy is saved.
