An automatic condensate collecting and draining system for a ship air conditioner using a cabinet air conditioner for a ship according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the automatic condensate collecting and draining system for a ship comprises a plurality of condensate collecting and draining units, each condensate collecting and draining unit comprises a plurality of cabinet air conditioners for a ship located in a corresponding unit area and a second condensate collecting device, the second condensate collecting device comprises a second water storage chamber (4), a second drainage pump (5), a second level sensor and an electric control box (6), the second water storage chamber (4) is provided with a second water inlet and a second water outlet, the second water outlet is provided with a condensate draining pipe (42) communicated with the outboard, and the second drainage pump (5) is arranged on the condensate draining pipe (42); the second drainage pump (5) and the second liquid level sensor are both connected with the electric cabinet (6); and a condensed water merging pipe (41) is arranged at a second water inlet of the second condensed water collecting device, and the condensed water merging pipe (41) is connected with the first drainage pump (34) of each cabinet air conditioner in the corresponding unit area through a condensed water branch pipe (411).

7. The automatic collecting and draining system for condensed water of air conditioners of claim 6, wherein the condensed water branch pipe (411) is provided with a stop check valve (412).

The automatic collecting and draining system for condensed water of ship air conditioners as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second condensed water collecting device comprises a supporting base (7), and the second water storage chamber (4) and the second draining pump (5) are both mounted on the supporting base (7).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of ships, and particularly relates to a cabinet air conditioner for a ship and an automatic ship condensate water collecting and discharging system.

Background

At present, condensed water generated after heat exchange of a part of marine combined air conditioners, cabinet air conditioners, fan coils, a part of armed cabinets and other devices is collected by a sewage well or an air conditioner condensed water collecting device which flows to the bottom of a cabin under the action of gravity after being combined nearby by a condensed water pipeline, and then is uniformly discharged to the outside of a ship board through a discharge pump; the rest air conditioners are directly discharged to a deck drainage port of the cabin under the influence of arrangement positions, pipeline design and the like. For the air conditioner condensed water collecting and discharging system which automatically flows under the action of gravity, the phenomena of slow discharge and congestion of condensed water, even the phenomenon that the condensed water is reversed out from a water collecting disc to immerse a cabin and the like often occur. Such a phenomenon occurs, and there are mainly the following problems:

1. in the aspect of comprehensive arrangement, due to the arrangement relationship of the cabins, an oil cabin, a water cabin and an important armed cabin are arranged below the positions of part of the air conditioners, so that a water condensation pipe of the air conditioners cannot directly penetrate through a water condensation pipeline downwards and must transversely or longitudinally extend to bypass the oil cabin, the water cabin and the important armed cabin below; the length of the water condensation pipeline is increased, the water condensation pipeline is easy to have a local climbing phenomenon, and the water condensation pipelines are easy to have the phenomena of slow discharge, congestion and water return under the influence of ship swing; 2. in the aspect of pipeline arrangement, due to the requirement of system design and arrangement, the air conditioner condensate pipeline is combined and discharged to a specified air conditioner condensate collecting and discharging device or a bilge well according to the overall design requirement, so that the condensate pipeline has an arrangement mode that the condensate pipeline extends from a port to a starboard and extends from a stern to a bow in order to combine the pipelines. Due to the characteristics of low stern part, high bow part and high midship and low broadside, when the water condensation pipe adopts the arrangement mode, the condensed water of the air conditioner has the phenomenon of local climbing, and the phenomena of slow discharge, congestion and water reversing are easy to occur;

3. in the aspect of equipment design, a condensation water accumulation disc of a combined air conditioner used on a ship is designed at an air suction opening of a fan, so that the combined air conditioner has overlarge negative pressure and very slow condensation water discharge in the operation process, and a water return phenomenon occurs when the combined air conditioner generates excessive condensation water; the special air conditioner water condensation and accumulation disc is designed at the air outlet of the fan, so that water in the special air conditioner water condensation disc and air enter the water condensation pipeline system together, the pressure of the water condensation pipeline system is increased, and further, the problem that partial condensed water of the air conditioner cannot be smoothly discharged is caused, and even a water return phenomenon occurs in a serious person; the small-size air conditioner is because by the restriction of body size, and the design height of ponding dish is lower, and the water storage capacity is limited, if the inflow is greater than displacement all the time, will certainly let the water of congealing spill over from the ponding dish, the water-back phenomenon appears.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a cabinet air conditioner for a ship and an automatic condensate water collecting and draining system for a ship air conditioner, so as to solve the problem that when the existing ship condensate water system adopts gravity drainage, a part of the condensate water pipeline is locally lifted due to the limitation of a ship cabin, and thus the condensate water is drained slowly, even reversely.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a marine cabinet air conditioner, comprising an air conditioner body, an air conditioner base located below the air conditioner body, and an air conditioner controller, wherein the air conditioner body comprises a water collecting tray, and a condensed water drain pipe is arranged at a water outlet of the water collecting tray; the air conditioner base is provided with a containing groove, and a first condensed water collecting device is arranged in the containing groove; the first condensed water collecting device comprises a first water storage cavity and a first water drainage pump positioned outside the first water storage cavity; the first water storage cavity is provided with a first water inlet and a first water outlet, the first water inlet is connected with the water outlet of the water collecting tray through a condensed water drain pipe, and the first water outlet is connected with a first water drain pump; a first liquid level sensor is arranged in the first water storage cavity; the first liquid level sensor and the first drainage pump are connected with an air conditioner controller; when the water of ponding dish gets into first water storage cavity under the pressure differential effect in, when first level sensor monitors that the water level in the first water storage cavity rises to predetermineeing the high level, start the water discharge pump and discharge the water in the first water storage cavity, make the pressure in the first water storage cavity constantly reduce, it rises to predetermineeing the low level to monitor the water level in the first water storage cavity until first level sensor, effectively avoid air conditioner negative pressure operation, the ponding dish design height is lower and boats and ships sway the condensate water that leads to and discharge not smooth, the anti-water problem.

Preferably, the first condensed water collecting device comprises a first box body, wherein a first water storage chamber and an installation chamber used for accommodating a first drainage pump are arranged in the first box body, so that the first water storage chamber and the first drainage pump are integrally installed together, and the first condensed water collecting device is convenient to disassemble, assemble and transport.

Preferably, first water inlet and first delivery port all are located the lower part of first water storage cavity, and are equipped with the hickey on the first water inlet, the first water collection device that congeals of dismouting of being convenient for.

Preferably, first drainage pump is small-size direct current suction pump, guarantees first congeal water collection device's smallclothes nature.

The invention also provides a ship air conditioner condensed water automatic collecting and discharging system adopting the ship cabinet air conditioner, and the ship air conditioner condensed water automatic collecting and discharging system comprises a plurality of condensed water collecting and discharging units, each condensed water collecting and discharging unit comprises a plurality of ship cabinet air conditioners positioned in corresponding unit areas and a second condensed water collecting device, each second condensed water collecting device comprises a second water storage cavity, a second draining pump, a second liquid level sensor and an electric cabinet, each second water storage cavity is provided with a second water inlet and a second water outlet, each second water outlet is provided with a condensed water discharging pipe communicated with the outboard, and each second draining pump is arranged on each condensed water discharging pipe; the second drainage pump and the second liquid level sensor are both connected with the electric cabinet; a second water inlet of the second condensate water collecting device is provided with a condensate water merging pipe, and the condensate water merging pipe is connected with the first drainage pump of each cabinet air conditioner in the corresponding unit area through a condensate water branch pipe; according to the invention, the second condensate water collecting devices are installed according to the number and the arrangement positions of the air conditioners on the ship in a regional, layered and graded manner to form a plurality of condensate water collecting and processing units, so that the problems of condensate water congestion and reflux of condensate water caused by local climbing of partial condensate water pipelines and positive pressure operation of the air conditioners are avoided, and the pipeline arrangement difficulty is reduced.

Preferably, a stop check valve is arranged on the condensed water branch pipe, so that the condensed water in some condensed water branch pipes can be prevented from flowing into other condensed water branch pipes in the condensed water discharging process to influence the normal discharging of the condensed water.

Preferably, the second condensed water collecting device comprises a supporting base 7, the second water storage chamber 4 and the second water discharge pump 5 are both mounted on the supporting base 7, the second water storage chamber 4 and the second water discharge pump 5 are integrated together, and the difficulty in mounting and dismounting the second condensed water collecting and discharging device is reduced.

Preferably, the electric cabinet is connected in ship control system to remind the crew of in time overhauing the second condensate collection device and not guarantee that the comdenstion water is normally arranged outboard.

As described above, the present invention has the following advantageous effects:

(1) according to the invention, the first condensate water collecting device is arranged in the base below the air conditioner body, so that the problems of negative pressure operation of the air conditioner, relatively low position of the water collecting tray and overflow of the water collecting tray caused by unsmooth condensate water discharge or backflow due to ship swing are avoided;

(2) according to the number and the installation positions of the air conditioners on the ship, the second condensed water collecting devices are arranged according to the areas, so that the difficulty and the complexity of pipeline arrangement are reduced, the problems of condensed water congestion and condensed water backflow caused by local climbing of condensed water pipelines and positive-pressure operation of the air conditioners are avoided, and the smooth discharge of the condensed water is ensured.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the marine cabinet air conditioner of the present invention includes an air conditioner body 1, an air conditioner base 2 located below the air conditioner body 1, and an air conditioner controller, wherein the air conditioner body 1 includes a water collecting tray, and a condensed water drain pipe is disposed at a water outlet of the water collecting tray; the air conditioner base 2 is provided with a containing groove, and a first condensed water collecting device 3 is arranged in the containing groove; the first condensed water collecting device 3 comprises a first water storage chamber 32 arranged in the first box body 31 and a first drainage pump 34 positioned outside the first water storage chamber 32; the first water storage chamber 32 is provided with a first water inlet 321 and a first water outlet, the first water inlet 321 is connected with the water outlet of the water collecting tray through a condensed water drain pipe, and the first water outlet is connected with the first drain pump 34; a first liquid level sensor 322 is arranged in the first water storage cavity 32; the first liquid level sensor 322 and the first drainage pump 34 are both connected with an air conditioner controller.

In order to save space and ensure beauty, the first condensate collecting device 3 needs to be accommodated in the air conditioner base 2; considering that the space in the conventional air conditioner base 2 is limited and cannot completely accommodate the first condensed water collecting device 3, the height of the air conditioner base 2 needs to be increased according to actual conditions (i.e. the height of the air conditioner base 2 is adjusted from 100mm to 200 mm); in order to avoid the influence of the overhigh height of the air conditioner on the installation and the use, the height of the air conditioner base is adjusted downwards (for example, 50mm is adjusted downwards); therefore, the overall increased height of the air conditioner is limited, and the normal installation and use of the air conditioner cannot be influenced.

The invention also provides a ship air conditioner condensed water automatic collecting and discharging system adopting the ship cabinet air conditioner, which comprises a plurality of condensed water collecting and discharging units, wherein each condensed water collecting and discharging unit comprises a plurality of ship cabinet air conditioners positioned in corresponding unit areas and a second condensed water collecting device, the second condensed water collecting device comprises a second water storage chamber 4, a second drainage pump 5, a second liquid level sensor and an electric cabinet 6, the second water storage chamber 4 is provided with a second water inlet and a second water outlet, the second water outlet is provided with a condensed water discharging pipe 42 communicated with the outboard, and the second drainage pump 5 is arranged on the condensed water discharging pipe 42; the second drainage pump 5 and the second liquid level sensor are both connected with the electric cabinet 6; a condensed water merging pipe 41 is arranged at a second water inlet of the second condensed water collecting device, and the condensed water merging pipe 41 is connected with the first drainage pump 34 of each cabinet air conditioner in the corresponding unit area through a condensed water branch pipe 411.

When the second liquid level sensor detects that the water level in the second water storage chamber 4 reaches the middle water level, the electric cabinet 6 controls the second draining pump 5 to start, the water in the second water storage chamber 4 is drained to the outboard, and the second draining pump 5 is stopped until the second liquid level sensor detects that the water level in the second water storage chamber 4 reaches the low water level; if the second liquid level sensor detects that the water level in the second water storage chamber 4 reaches a high water level, the second liquid level sensor sends a high water level alarm signal to the electric cabinet 6, and the electric cabinet 6 sends the received high water level alarm signal and other comprehensive alarm signals to a control system of a ship control room so as to remind a crew of removing faults in time.

It is understood that the air conditioners in the unit area are the air conditioners in one deck cabin or the air conditioners in two adjacent deck cabins or the air conditioners in three adjacent deck cabins, and the air conditioners in the specific containing of the several deck cabins are determined according to the specific arrangement position and number of the air conditioners on the ship.

As shown in fig. 5, a third water outlet 43 is further formed at the lower portion of the second water storage chamber 4.

As shown in fig. 4, a stop check valve 412 is provided on the condensate branch pipe 411.

As shown in fig. 5, the second condensed water collecting device includes a supporting base 7, and the second water storage chamber 4 and the second drain pump 5 are both mounted on the supporting base 7, so as to realize an integrated arrangement of the second water storage chamber 4 and the second drain pump 5.

It can be understood that the electric cabinet 6 can be installed on the supporting base 7, or can be directly fixed on the cavity of the second water storage chamber 4, so as to implement vertical installation or wall-hanging installation.

In conclusion, the first condensate water collecting device is arranged in the base below the air conditioner body, so that the problems of positive pressure operation, negative pressure operation, relatively low position of the water collecting tray and overflow of the water collecting tray caused by unsmooth condensate water discharge or backflow due to ship swing of the air conditioner are solved; in addition, according to the number and the installation positions of the air conditioners on the ship, the second condensed water collecting devices are arranged according to areas, so that the pipeline arrangement difficulty and the arrangement complexity are reduced, the problems of condensed water congestion and condensed water backflow caused by local climbing of condensed water pipelines are avoided, and the smooth discharge of the condensed water is ensured.

In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
