The access linear module 9 is a belt guide linear module, and spans two storage places and the transverse moving linear module 10. Specifically, the access linear module 9 uses a stepping motor 16 to drive a belt pulley to drive a synchronous belt 18 to rotate. The transverse moving linear module 10 is a screw rod guide rail linear module, is arranged on the symmetrical axis of the storage bin 6, and one end of the transverse moving linear module extends to the position below the inlet and the outlet 7. The traverse linear module 10 also comprises a guide rail pair 17 and a stepping motor 16, but the stepping motor 16 drives a screw rod pair, and the motion principle is common knowledge. The traverse linear module 10 drives the traverse table 21 to perform linear reciprocating motion on the guide rail pair 17. The traverser 21 is used to carry the carriage 2 for movement, so its top surface height needs to be identical to the bottom height of the storage bin 6. The guide rail pair 17 is provided with limit switches at the positions of the plurality of storage bins 6 and the inlet and outlet 7, so that the position is judged.

The lifting linear module 11 is also a screw rod guide rail linear module, is arranged on the rightmost side wall of the operating platform body 1, is provided with a lifting platform 20, is fixedly provided with two horizontal inserting claws 13 on the lifting platform 20, and the inserting claws 13 can be inserted into the linear empty grooves 8 and can drive the carrying frame 2 to lift.

The fresh air machine 3 is arranged on the left side in the storage layer 5 and communicated with the outside, and air purification of the storage layer 5 can be achieved.

The controller 4 can be a single chip microcomputer controller 4 with a display screen or a PLC controller 4, is electrically connected with the fresh air fan 3, the storing and taking linear module 9, the transverse moving linear module 10, the lifting linear module 11 and the tractor 12, can control the linear motion of each component through controlling a stepping motor 16 of each module, and prompts position information through a limit switch.

When the device is used specifically, the name and the state of the instrument stored in the storage bin 6 are recorded by adopting a built-in program of the controller 4. When the carrying rack needs to be taken, the transverse moving platform 21 firstly moves to the corresponding bin opening of the storage bin 6, then the access platform of the access linear module 9 drives the tractor 12 to move, the tractor 12 is started when moving to the upper part of the carrying rack 2, the carrying rack 2 is adsorbed and pulled to the transverse moving platform (21), and then the transverse moving platform (21) carries the carrying rack 2 to the lower part of the inlet and outlet 7. In the initial state, the insertion claws 13 are located in the lower part of the storage layer 5 and face the straight empty grooves 8. Thus, the insertion claws 13 are inserted into the linear recesses 8 after the traverse table 21 is transported to the position. Finally, the lifting linear module 11 drives the lifting linear module to lift and push the materials out of the inlet and outlet 7. The motion flow during storage is to reverse the taking flow.
