The invention aims to provide a water flow regulating valve to solve the problems that the water flow is controlled by the rotation of the regulating valve in the use process at present, although the water flow is controlled, the rotation angle needs to be controlled by a user through experience, and the use is troublesome.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a water flow regulating valve which comprises a valve body, wherein two ends of the valve body are respectively communicated with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, a plurality of groups of water delivery channels are arranged inside the valve body, each group of water delivery channels comprises two water delivery pipes, two groups of ball valves are correspondingly arranged in the two water delivery pipes, the two groups of ball valves are driven to rotate by a first rotating piece and a second rotating piece which are correspondingly arranged in a driving box, the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece are respectively coaxially provided with a rotating wheel I and a rotating wheel II, the rotating wheel I and the rotating wheel II are in transmission connection, the first rotating piece is fixedly connected with the rotating wheel I, the second rotating piece and the rotating wheel II form a ratchet structure, and the ratchet structure is used for being matched with the first rotating piece to drive the second rotating piece to rotate along a preset rotating direction.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a water flow regulating valve includes a valve body 3, two ends of the valve body 3 are respectively communicated with a water inlet pipe 1 and a water outlet pipe 2, a plurality of groups of water delivery channels are arranged inside the valve body 3, each group of water delivery channel comprises two water delivery pipes, two groups of ball valves 4 are correspondingly arranged in the two water delivery pipes, the two groups of ball valves 4 are driven to rotate by a first rotating piece and a second rotating piece which are correspondingly arranged in a driving box 5, the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece are respectively coaxially provided with a rotating wheel I512 and a rotating wheel II 521, the rotating wheel I512 is in transmission connection with the rotating wheel II 521, the first rotating piece is fixedly connected with the rotating wheel I512, the second rotating piece and the rotating wheel II 521 form a ratchet structure, the ratchet structure is used for matching the first rotating piece to drive the second rotating piece to rotate along a preset rotating direction.

The water delivery channels selected in the invention are two groups, and can be increased or decreased to one group or three groups according to actual conditions in actual design, and the like, the water delivery channels of different groups can independently control the opening and closing of the water delivery channels, and the combined water delivery operation is carried out through the cooperation of a plurality of groups of water delivery channels.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of explanation of the embodiment, a water delivery channel located at an upper side is exemplified, in the water delivery channel, the first rotating member is a first rotating shaft 51, the second rotating member is a second rotating shaft 52, the first rotating shaft 51 and the second rotating shaft 52 are arranged in parallel, and the water delivery channels are laterally offset from each other, so as to prevent the second rotating shaft 52 from passing through the first water delivery tank;

meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 51 controls the first ball valve 41 in the first water pipe 31, the second rotating shaft 52 controls the second ball valve 42 in the second water pipe 32, and the first ball valve 41 and the second ball valve 42 are turned to realize the communication of the water pipes.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a wrench 511 is mounted on the first rotating shaft 51 to act on the outer side portion of the driving box 5, and this can be used to control the rotation of the first rotating shaft 51 by rotating the wrench 511.

Meanwhile, the above embodiment is further supplemented, as shown in fig. 3, an identification arrow is arranged on one side of the wrench 511, and the identification arrow is matched with the numbers arranged on the driving box 5 to display the communication quantity of the water pipes.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a rotating wheel i 512 and a rotating wheel ii 521 are both installed on a first rotating shaft 51 and a second rotating shaft 52, extend out of a valve body 3 and act on a portion of a driving box 5, the rotating wheel i 512 and the rotating wheel ii 521 are in transmission connection through a transmission belt 6, the rotating wheel i 512 rotates to drive the rotating wheel ii 521 to rotate, and a ratchet structure is formed between the rotating wheel ii 521 and the first rotating shaft 51, such that when the rotating wheel i 512 drives the rotating wheel ii 521 to rotate along a preset rotating direction, the rotating wheel ii 521 can only rotate along the second rotating shaft 52, whereas when the rotating wheel i 512 drives the rotating wheel ii 521 to rotate along a preset rotating direction opposite to the preset rotating direction, the rotating wheel ii 521 cannot rotate along the second rotating shaft 52, and by designing the ratchet structure, whether to control the second rotating shaft 52 to rotate can be realized through different rotating directions of the first rotating shaft 51, thereby controlling whether the second water delivery pipe 32 is opened to cooperate with the first water delivery pipe 31 to carry out water delivery operation.

As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, fixing rings are disposed at the connection positions of the valve body 3, the water inlet pipe 1 and the water outlet pipe 2, the fixing ring i 101 is disposed at the position of the water inlet pipe 1 for easy distinguishing, the fixing ring ii 201 is disposed at the position of the water outlet pipe 2, and the pipeline at the connection position is fixed and sealed by designing the fixing rings.

Compared with the prior art, the ball valve 4 is driven to rotate by the two rotating shafts respectively, the two rotating shafts are in transmission connection through the transmission belt 6, the ratchet structure is arranged between the driven rotating shaft (namely the second rotating shaft 52) and the transmission belt 6, the driving rotating shaft (namely the first rotating shaft 51) drives the driven rotating shaft to rotate along the preset rotating direction through the ratchet structure, otherwise, the driven rotating shaft cannot be driven to rotate when the driving rotating shaft rotates along the preset opposite direction, so that the driving rotating shaft can control the communication of the two water pipes through different rotating directions to realize water flow regulation control, and simultaneously, the flow control of the water inlet and outlet pipe 2 is realized through the matching of a plurality of groups of water conveying channels, the problem that the water flow is controlled through the rotation of the regulating valve at present usually is avoided, but the water amount needs a user to control the rotating angle through experience, the use is troublesome.
