The camera focusing device has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low noise, high specific thrust, high acceleration (over 20 times of gravity acceleration), high response speed (millisecond level), high transmission precision (micron level), convenience in maintenance and high reliability, and can be assembled in a small gap to avoid the assembly defect of insufficient gap in a transmission link and be used as a solution for realizing camera focusing.

A typical voice coil motor in the prior art generally includes a base, a rotor, a stator, and a housing, where the rotor is disposed on the base and can move up and down relative to the stator under the action of an ampere force generated by cutting a magnetic induction line after the coil is energized in a single direction. The coil frame of the conventional voice coil motor can generate thrust in one direction by using ampere force generated by cutting magnetic induction lines relative to the base, and the elastic body performs structural homing when the thrust generated by electromagnetism is eliminated, so that the rotor inevitably overcomes the elastic force of the elastic body and the self weight of the coil frame to drive the voice coil motor when moving up and down relative to the stator, most of the voice coil motors in the prior art use a single coil structure, which easily causes the situation of insufficient thrust, in this case, the thrust of the voice coil motor needs to be increased, the common processing way is to increase the size of a coil wound on the coil frame or a magnet, the technical path can cause the overall size of the voice coil motor to be increased, and the shell with larger volume can hardly increase the sizes of a permanent magnet and the coil arranged in the yoke, thereby causing the generated ampere force to be weakened, meanwhile, since the conventional voice coil motor mostly uses synthetic resin as a housing, if the size of the coil wound on the bobbin or the magnet is increased, the voice coil motor is more susceptible to impact and/or vibration.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a high thrust voice coil motor, which can solve the above-mentioned drawbacks in the prior art.

In the embodiment of the invention, the structure arrangement of the upper coil 9 and the upper magnetic steel 8 can obtain the effect similar to that of the voice coil motor in the prior art, but the voice coil motor in the prior art has no magnetic gathering capability, so that the problem of poor magnetic gathering effect exists, the magnetic field intensity of the coil is low, the performance of the motor is poor, and the strip-shaped magnetic steel 7 arranged on the outer side of the upper magnetic steel 8 of the magnetic yoke 6 can solve the problem; in addition, the arrangement of the lower coil 11 and the lower magnetic steel 12 can generate an axial component force in the ampere force generated after the energization, and the component force can effectively ensure the coaxiality of the rotor assembly and the stator assembly under the condition that the thrust generated by the ampere force of the voice coil motor is increased, so as to ensure the position accuracy of the movement of the camera lens 4.
