1. A preparation method of a high-strength bulletproof fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1, weighing raw materials in proportion;

step 2, preparing a fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer;

step 3, coating a metal coating on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and drying;

step 4, covering the surface of the metal coating with a high-strength impact-resistant material;

step 5, covering a buffer layer on the high-strength impact-resistant material;

and 6, drying, heating and shaping to obtain the high-strength bulletproof fabric.

2. The method for preparing a high-strength bulletproof fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer is a multilayer structure formed by compounding a plurality of unidirectional cloths, and the number of layers is 10-15.

3. The method for preparing a high-strength bulletproof fabric according to claim 2, wherein the unidirectional fabric is made of one or more of aramid fibers, high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, high molecular weight polypropylene fibers, aramid fibers and PBO fibers.

4. The method for preparing the high-strength bulletproof fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal coating is an impact-resistant coating, and is coated on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and the coating thickness is 300 and 400 nm.

The method for preparing a high-strength bulletproof fabric according to claim 4, wherein the metal coating comprises, by weight, 35 to 40 parts of strontium carbonate, 40 to 49 parts of aluminum oxide, 2.5 to 3.1 parts of europium oxide, 2.5 to 3.1 parts of boric acid, 0.1 to 0.2 part of ammonium salt, and 2.5 to 2.8 parts of dysprosium oxide.

6. The method for preparing high-strength bulletproof fabric according to claim 1, wherein the high-strength impact-resistant material is a high polymer material, a polyurea high polymer material is adopted, the VOC content is 50-150g/L, and the thickness is 2-4 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a multifunctional high-strength fabric and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a high-strength bulletproof fabric and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Body armor is a kind of clothes used for protecting the injury of warheads or shrapnel to human bodies, and is mostly equipped in explosion-proof policemen and special forces, thereby protecting the personal safety and reducing the number of actual combat casualties. The types of body armor are various, and from the material point of view, the body armor can be divided into three types, namely soft body, hard body and soft-hard composite body. The material of the soft body armor mainly comprises high-performance textile fibers which are far higher than the energy absorption capacity of common materials, so that the body armor is endowed with the bulletproof function, and the body armor generally adopts the structure of textiles, so that the body armor has quite flexibility; the hard body armor takes metal materials such as special steel plates, super-strong aluminum alloy and the like or hard nonmetal materials such as aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and the like as main body armor materials, and the armor made by the method generally has no flexibility; the softness of the soft-hard composite body armor is between the two types, the soft material is used as an inner lining, the hard material is used as a panel and a reinforcing material, and the composite body armor is formed.

The hard body and soft and hard body composite body armor has higher bulletproof grade, but the material lacks flexibility, and the weight and the like can not be controlled, so the armor can only be used as key parts for armor, and is not suitable for the protection of the whole body.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional high-strength fabric and a preparation method thereof, the prepared fabric has good flexibility, reduced weight and strong bulletproof capability, and can be used for manufacturing various high-strength bulletproof clothes.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing a high-strength bulletproof fabric, wherein the method comprises: step 1, weighing raw materials in proportion; step 2, preparing a fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer; step 3, coating a metal coating on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and drying; step 4, covering the surface of the metal coating with a high-strength impact-resistant material; step 5, covering a buffer layer on the high-strength impact-resistant material; and 6, drying, heating and shaping to obtain the high-strength bulletproof fabric.

In the preparation method of the high-strength bulletproof fabric, the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer is of a multilayer structure formed by compounding a plurality of unidirectional cloths, and the number of layers is 10-15.

In the preparation method of the high-strength bulletproof fabric, the unidirectional fabric adopts one or more of aramid fiber, high molecular weight polyethylene, high molecular weight polypropylene, aramid fiber and PBO fiber.

The preparation method of the high-strength bulletproof fabric comprises the step of coating the metal coating on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer by using an impact-resistant coating layer, wherein the thickness of the coating layer is 300-400 nm.

The preparation method of the high-strength bulletproof fabric comprises the following components, by weight, 35-40 parts of strontium carbonate, 40-49 parts of aluminum oxide, 2.5-3.1 parts of europium oxide, 2.5-3.1 parts of boric acid, 0.1-0.2 part of ammonium salt and 2.5-2.8 parts of dysprosium oxide.

The preparation method of the high-strength bulletproof fabric comprises the steps of preparing a high-strength impact-resistant material, preparing a polyurea high-molecular material, and preparing the high-strength bulletproof fabric with the VOC content of 50-150g/L and the thickness of 2-4 mm.

In the preparation method of the high-strength bulletproof fabric, the buffer layer is made of any one or more of high polymer D3O, EVA silica gel and TPU elastic foam, and the thickness is 2-4 mm.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention.

The invention provides a preparation method of a high-strength bulletproof fabric, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, weighing raw materials in proportion; step 2, preparing a fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer; step 3, coating a metal coating on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and drying; step 4, covering the surface of the metal coating with a high-strength impact-resistant material; step 5, covering a buffer layer on the high-strength impact-resistant material; and 6, drying, heating and shaping to obtain the high-strength bulletproof fabric.

The fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer is a multilayer structure formed by compounding a plurality of unidirectional cloth, and the number of layers ranges from 10 to 15. Each layer is provided with a piece of unidirectional cloth, and the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer is compounded by coating resin outside the multilayer structure. Preferably a plurality of unidirectional cloth resin layers.

The unidirectional cloth adopts one or more of aramid fiber, high molecular weight polyethylene, high molecular weight polypropylene, aromatic polyamide and PBO (poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) fiber.

The metal coating is an impact-resistant coating and is coated on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and the thickness of the coating is 300-400 nm.

The high-strength impact-resistant material is a high-molecular polymer material, adopts a polyurea high-molecular material, has the VOC (volatile organic compounds) content of 50-150g/L and the thickness of 2-4 mm.

Polyurea is an elastomeric material formed by the reaction of an isocyanate component and an amino compound component. The polyurea is divided into pure polyurea and semi-polyurea, the performances of the pure polyurea and the semi-polyurea are different, and the most basic characteristics of the polyurea are corrosion resistance, water resistance, wear resistance and the like.

The buffer layer is made of any one or more of high molecular polymer D3O, EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) silica gel and TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) elastic foam, and the thickness is 2-4 mm.

D3O belongs to the class of expandable foams, which are impact resistant unitary materials consisting of "smart molecules" (viscose and a polymer) that exhibit two mechanically similar states (hard and soft) under different gravitational impacts.

And 6, drying, heating to 130-150 ℃, and shaping for 3-5min to obtain the high-strength bulletproof fabric.

The high-strength bulletproof fabric prepared by the method is composed of four layers of structures, wherein the first layer from outside to inside is a fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, the second layer is a metal coating, the third layer is a high-strength impact-resistant material layer, and the fourth layer is a buffer layer.

Example 1

The fiber adopted by the unidirectional cloth is aramid fiber.

And 3, coating a metal coating on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and drying.

The metal coating is an impact-resistant coating and is coated on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and the thickness of the coating is 300-400 nm.

The metal coating comprises, by weight, 35 parts of strontium carbonate, 40 parts of aluminum oxide, 2.5 parts of europium oxide, 2.5 parts of boric acid, 0.1 part of ammonium salt and 2.5 parts of dysprosium oxide.

The metal coating is an impact-resistant coating and is coated on the surface of the fiber unidirectional cloth resin layer, and the thickness of the coating is 300-400 nm.

The metal coating comprises 36 parts by weight of strontium carbonate, 42 parts by weight of aluminum oxide, 2.6 parts by weight of europium oxide, 2.6 parts by weight of boric acid, 0.1 part by weight of ammonium salt and 2.6 parts by weight of dysprosium oxide.

And step 6, drying, heating to 130-150 ℃, and shaping for 3-5min to obtain the high-strength bulletproof fabric.

The metal coating comprises, by weight, 40 parts of strontium carbonate, 49 parts of aluminum oxide, 3.1 parts of europium oxide, 3.1 parts of boric acid, 0.2 part of ammonium salt and 2.8 parts of dysprosium oxide.

The multifunctional high-strength fabric has the advantages of good flexibility, reduced weight and strong bulletproof capability, and can be used for manufacturing various high-strength bulletproof clothes. The clothes made of the multilayer fabric have better bulletproof performance and light weight of 30 percent.
