The material has excellent flexibility at room temperature and low temperature, and excellent flex crack resistance, high elasticity, stress relaxation resistance and creep property.

Preferably, the through holes are uniformly arranged on the plate surface of the elastic base plate body. This setting can guarantee that its deformation is even when the atress of elastic backing plate body, can provide stable and even elasticity output.
