referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a technical solution: an in-machine diesel oil macromolecule cracking device comprises a cracking box 1, wherein the inside of the cracking box 1 is of a hollow structure and has no lower surface, the upper end of the cracking box 1 is fixedly connected with an oil supply pipe 2 communicated with the inside of the cracking box, and the upper end of the cracking box 1 is fixedly connected with a discharge pipe 3 communicated with the inside of the cracking box;

the ends of the oil supply pipe 2 and the discharge pipe 3, which are not in contact with the cracking box 1, are fixedly connected with connecting flanges 4, the lower end of the cracking box 1 is in threaded connection with a bottom cover 6, and the bottom cover 6 is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the cracking box 1;

a cracking device is arranged in the cracking box 1, a catalytic bin 501 is arranged on the discharge pipe 3, a catalyst 502 is arranged in the catalytic bin 501, and the catalyst 502 is granular;

through the arranged oil supply pipe 2, the oil supply pipe 2 is communicated with an external oil inlet pipe, so that external diesel oil enters the cracking box 1 through the oil supply pipe 2, then macromolecule cracking is carried out on the diesel oil through a cracking device in the cracking box 1, the combustion of the diesel oil is more sufficient, the emission is reduced, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved;

through the arranged heat dissipation fins 103, the heat generated by the heater 102 can be quickly diffused into the cracking box 1, so that the heating efficiency is improved, and the efficiency of diesel cracking is improved;

referring to fig. 1-6, on the basis of the first embodiment, the cracking apparatus includes a cracking cylinder 701 disposed inside a cracking box 1, the inside of the cracking cylinder 701 is hollow, a rotating rod 7 is fixedly connected to a lower end of the cracking cylinder 701, one end of the rotating rod 7, which is not in contact with the cracking cylinder 701, is rotatably connected to the inside of a bottom cover 6, a tapered driving block 702 is fixedly connected to an upper end of the cracking cylinder 701, the driving block 702 is communicated with the inside of the cracking cylinder, a driving plate 705 having a spiral step shape is fixedly connected to the inside of the driving block 702, and an upper end of the driving block 702 is perpendicular to and attached to an oil supply pipe 2;

through the arranged cracking cylinder 701, diesel enters the inside of the driving block 702 through the oil supply pipe 2, at the moment, impact force generated when the diesel enters the inside of the driving block 702 acts on the driving plate 705 which is in a spiral step shape in the driving block 702, so that the driving plate 705 is acted by the impact force to drive the driving block 702 to rotate, the driving block 702 rotates to drive the cracking cylinder 701 and the rotating rod 7 to rotate, the diesel entering the inside of the cracking cylinder 701 is discharged through the dispersion holes 706 to form small particles, at the moment, the dispersion rods 707 rotate along with the rotation of the cracking cylinder 701, and the diesel discharged from the dispersion holes 706 collides again, so that the diesel is cracked again, the cracked area of the diesel is enlarged, and the cracking efficiency of the diesel is improved;

further, the surface of the rotating rod 7 is fixedly connected with an auxiliary rod 703, the auxiliary rod 703 is fixedly connected with a scraper 704, the scraper 704 is triangular, the scraper 704 is mutually attached to the inner wall of the cracking box 1, and the scraper 704 is made of an elastic material;

A method for cracking macromolecules of diesel oil in an engine comprises the following steps: an oil supply pipe 2 is connected with an external oil inlet pipe through a connecting flange 4, a discharge pipe 3 is connected with an engine combustion chamber, diesel oil enters the interior of a driving block 702 through the oil supply pipe 2, the driving block 705 is acted by impact force to drive the driving block 702 to rotate, the driving block 702 rotates to drive a cracking cylinder 701 and a rotating rod 7 to rotate, therefore, the diesel oil entering the interior of the cracking cylinder 701 is discharged through a dispersion hole 706 to form small particles, at the moment, a dispersion rod 707 rotates along with the rotation of the cracking cylinder 701, therefore, the diesel oil discharged from the dispersion hole 706 is collided again, therefore, the diesel oil is cracked again, a catalyst 502 flows out of the interior of a catalytic cabin 501 through a through hole 504, at the moment, the catalyst 502 is positioned between a supporting plate 503 and a grinding plate 505, when diesel oil cracking substances are discharged through the discharge pipe 3, the impact force acts on a fan blade 507, therefore, the fan blade 507 drives the rotating shaft 506 and the grinding plate 505 to rotate, the friction generated between the grinding plate 505 and the support plate 503 causes the catalyst 502 to be formed into a powder form, thus causing the catalyst 502 to be mixed with the diesel soot.

The working principle is as follows: through the arranged cracking cylinder 701, diesel enters the inside of the driving block 702 through the oil supply pipe 2, at the moment, impact force generated when the diesel enters the inside of the driving block 702 acts on the driving plate 705 which is in a spiral step shape in the driving block 702, so that the driving plate 705 is acted by the impact force to drive the driving block 702 to rotate, the driving block 702 rotates to drive the cracking cylinder 701 and the rotating rod 7 to rotate, the diesel entering the inside of the cracking cylinder 701 is discharged through the dispersion holes 706 to form small particles, at the moment, the dispersion rods 707 rotate along with the rotation of the cracking cylinder 701, and the diesel discharged from the dispersion holes 706 collides again, so that the diesel is cracked again, the cracked area of the diesel is enlarged, and the cracking efficiency of the diesel is improved;

through the through hole 504 arranged on the supporting plate 503, the catalyst 502 flows out of the interior of the catalytic cabin 501 through the through hole 504, and at this time, the catalyst 502 is located between the supporting plate 503 and the grinding plate 505, so that when the diesel fuel cracking substances are discharged through the discharge pipe 3, the impact force acts on the fan blade 507, and the fan blade 507 drives the rotating shaft 506 and the grinding plate 505 to rotate, so that the friction force generated between the grinding plate 505 and the supporting plate 503 causes the catalyst 502 to be powdered, so that the catalyst 502 and the diesel fuel cracking substances are mixed, and the combustion efficiency is improved.
