Example 3

An artificial fur ball rolling machine, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, comprises a ball rolling machine body 1, a heater 2, a circulating fan 3, a water tank 4, a high-pressure pump 5 and a high-pressure atomizing nozzle 6;

a rotary roller 1.1 is arranged at the center in the ball rolling machine body 1, and artificial fur to be rolled is placed in the rotary roller 1.1; the lower part in the ball rolling machine body 1 is provided with an air return filter 1.2 for filtering fallen artificial wool; the ball rolling machine body 1 is electrically connected with a roller rotating motor 1.3 and used for controlling the rotating roller 1.1 to rotate in a reciprocating manner;

Compared with the prior art, the treatment time is shortened by 5min under the condition of the same material, the time for heating the temperature of the heater to 80 ℃ is shortened by 5min, the temperature is flexibly and accurately adjusted, the atomization water temperature is 40 ℃, the atomization water temperature is flexibly adjusted, the steam water temperature is difficult to adjust, and the energy is saved by more than 32% in batch.

Example 5
