Detailed Description

The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.

As shown in figures 1-3, a chemical adding and stirring integrated device applied to farmland management comprises,

the device comprises a rack 1, wherein the rack 1 is mounted on a mobile device;

the axis of the stirring barrel 2 is horizontally arranged on the frame 1, and the axis of the stirring barrel 2 is vertical to the advancing direction of the frame 1;

the reciprocating rotation device 3 is arranged in the stirring barrel 2, the axis of the reciprocating rotation device 3 is collinear with the axis of the stirring barrel 2, and the working end of the reciprocating rotation device 3 linearly reciprocates in a rotary manner along the axis of the stirring barrel 2;

the stirring component 4 is arranged on the working end of the reciprocating rotating device 3, and the stirring component 4 is used for stirring the medicines used for treating the farmland pollution in the stirring barrel 2;

the axial locking assemblies 5 are arranged at two ends of the working end of the reciprocating rotating device 3, and the axial locking assemblies 5 are used for axially locking the stirring assembly 4 and the working end of the reciprocating rotating device 3;

the pesticide spraying device 6 is arranged on the cambered surface of the bottom end of the stirring barrel 2, the pesticide spraying device 6 is provided with a plurality of working ends which are communicated with the interior of the stirring barrel 2 and are uniformly distributed along the axis of the stirring barrel 2, and the pesticide spraying device 6 is used for uniformly spraying pesticide on farmlands;

the plowing device 7 is installed at the front end of the rack 1, and the plowing device 7 is used for turning over the land of a farmland before spraying so as to improve the spraying effect;

the dosing device 8 is mounted on the rack 1, the output end of the dosing device 8 is communicated with the inside of the stirring barrel 2, and the dosing device 8 is used for introducing medicines into the stirring barrel 2;

pressure control device 9, pressure control device 9 are connected with agitator 2, and pressure control device 9 is used for spraying medicine device 6 through the cooperation of the inside atmospheric pressure of control agitator 2 and realizes evenly spraying the medicine.

The stirring component 4, the pesticide spraying device 6, the plowing device 7, the pesticide adding device 8 and the pressure control device 9 are all electrically connected with the controller. The working personnel mount the frame 1 on a mobile device which is a common agricultural tractor and other machines. The controller sends a signal to the dosing device 8, and the dosing device 8 guides the pesticide to be stirred into the stirring barrel 2 after receiving the signal. The controller sends a signal to the reciprocating rotation device 3, and after the reciprocating rotation device 3 receives the signal, the working end of the reciprocating rotation device drives the stirring component 4 to do circumferential rotation motion while performing linear reciprocating motion in the stirring barrel 2 along the axis direction, so that the medicines in the stirring barrel 2 can be fully and uniformly stirred and mixed. The working ends of the stirring component 4 and the reciprocating rotation device 3 are fixed through the axial locking component 5, and when the stirring component 4 needs to be replaced and maintained, the stirring component can be conveniently disassembled and assembled. The worker moves forward in the farmland to be sprayed by actuating the moving device with the frame 1 and the components on the frame 1. The controller sends a signal to the plow assembly 7. The plowing device 7 receives the signal and then the working end contacts with the soil of the farmland, and then the soil of the farmland is crushed, so that the medicine sprayed in the subsequent steps can quickly permeate into the deep soil of the farmland. The controller sends a signal to the pressure control device 9, and the pressure control device 9 receives the signal and then controls the pressure inside the stirring barrel 2. Controller send signal for spouting medicine device 6, spout medicine device 6 and receive and open a plurality of work ends simultaneously behind the signal, the pressure of 2 insides of agitator leads to the even medicine of stirring in the farmland with the same speed blowout to guarantee to spout the degree of consistency of medicine.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the reciprocating rotary device 3 includes,

the screw rod 3a is installed in the stirring barrel 2, the axis of the screw rod 3a is collinear with the axis of the stirring barrel 2, and two ends of the screw rod 3a are rotatably connected with two ends of the stirring barrel 2;

the spiral guide rod 3b is of a double-spiral structure, the spiral guide rod 3b is arranged around the screw rod 3a, and two ends of the spiral guide rod 3b are fixedly connected with two ends of the stirring barrel 2;

the center of the sliding block 3c is in threaded connection with the lead screw 3a, two sides of the sliding block 3c are in sliding connection with the spiral guide rod 3b, the sliding block 3c and the axis of the stirring component 4 are connected with each other in a collinear manner, two ends of the sliding block 3c are connected with the axial locking component 5, and the sliding block 3c is used for driving the stirring component 4 to move;

the rotary driver 3d is installed at the end of the stirring barrel 2, an output shaft of the rotary driver 3d is fixedly connected with one end of the lead screw 3a, a main line of the rotary driver 3d is collinear with an axis of the lead screw 3a, and the rotary driver 3d is used for controlling the lead screw 3a to rotate around the axis of the rotary driver 3 d.

The rotary driver 3d is a servo motor electrically connected to the controller. The controller sends a signal to the rotary driver 3d, and the rotary driver 3d drives the screw rod 3a to rotate after receiving the signal. The slider 3c receives an axial component force generated by the screw connection of the screw shaft 3a and a guide limit action of the screw guide rod 3b, and thus moves in the axial direction of the screw shaft 3a while performing a rotational movement in the screw direction of the screw guide rod 3 b. Thereby bringing the agitating members 4 fixed to the outer walls thereof into synchronous motion. This motion makes the medicine in the agitator 2 receive axial and circumference's stirring simultaneously to improve the degree of consistency of mixing greatly, finally improve the effect that finally spouts the medicine even.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the stirring assembly 4 includes,

the connecting sleeve 4a is sleeved on the outer wall of the working end of the reciprocating rotation device 3, the axis of the connecting sleeve 4a is collinear with the axis of the working end of the reciprocating rotation device 3, and two ends of the connecting sleeve 4a are abutted against the inner side of the axial locking component 5;

the spline groove 4b is formed in the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 4a along the axial direction of the connecting sleeve 4a and penetrates through two ends of the spline groove 4 b;

the spline 4c is axially arranged on the outer wall of the working end of the reciprocating rotation device 3, and the spline 4c is in sliding fit with the spline groove 4b in the axial direction;

a plurality of stirring rods 4d are arranged, and the stirring rods 4d are uniformly and vertically arranged on the peripheral wall of the connecting sleeve 4a around the axis of the connecting sleeve 4 a;

stirring fan blade 4e, stirring fan blade 4e are equipped with a plurality of, and stirring fan blade 4 e's quantity corresponds with puddler 4d quantity, and stirring fan blade 4e is used for stirring the medicine in the agitator 2.

When the slide block 3c of the reciprocating rotation device 3 moves in the stirring barrel 2, the connecting sleeve 4a drives the stirring rod 4d and the stirring fan blades 4e to synchronously move along with the slide block, so that the medicine in the stirring barrel 2 is uniformly stirred. The spline grooves 4b on the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 4a and the splines 4c on the outer wall of the sliding block 3c are mutually fixed in the circumferential direction through sliding connection, and the axial locking component 5 is matched for limiting the two ends, so that the connecting sleeve 4a and the sliding block 3c mutually fixedly realize synchronous motion.

As shown in fig. 7, the axial locking assembly 5 comprises a first jaw 5a and a second jaw 5 b; the first clamping piece 5a and the second clamping piece 5b are identical in structure, the first clamping piece 5a and the second clamping piece 5b are respectively fixed at two ends of the working end of the reciprocating rotation device 3, the axes of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are collinear, and the inner sides of the first clamping piece 5a and the second clamping piece 5b are abutted to two ends of the stirring assembly 4.

The first clamping piece 5a and the second clamping piece 5b are connected to two ends of the sliding block 3c through bolts and then abut against two ends of the connecting sleeve 4a of the stirring assembly 4, so that the connecting sleeve 4a is locked on the sliding block 3c in the axial direction, and the connecting sleeve 4a and the sliding block 3c are prevented from sliding relatively in the axial direction.

As shown in fig. 4, the spraying device 6 includes,

the medicine outlet pipes 6a are arranged, the medicine outlet pipes 6a are uniformly distributed on the arc surface at the bottom of the stirring barrel 2 along the axial direction of the stirring barrel 2, the top ends of the medicine outlet pipes 6a are communicated with the inside of the stirring barrel 2, and the medicine outlet pipes 6a are used for guiding out the medicine stirred in the stirring barrel 2;

the atomizing nozzles 6b are provided with a plurality of atomizing nozzles 6b, the number of the atomizing nozzles 6b corresponds to the number of the medicine outlet pipes 6a, the atomizing nozzles 6b are installed at the output ends of the medicine outlet pipes 6a, the working direction of the atomizing nozzles 6b faces the ground, and the atomizing nozzles 6b are used for atomizing and spraying the medicine led out from the medicine outlet pipes 6 a;

the synchronous opening and closing assembly 6c is arranged on the inner wall of the stirring barrel 2, the synchronous opening and closing assembly 6c is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the stirring barrel 2 along the axis direction of the stirring barrel 2, when the synchronous opening and closing assembly 6c is located at two extreme positions, one end of the medicine outlet pipe 6a extending into the stirring barrel 2 is opened and closed respectively, and the synchronous opening and closing assembly 6c is used for controlling the opening and closing of one end of the medicine outlet pipe 6a extending into the stirring barrel 2;

the linear driving device 6d is installed at one end of the stirring barrel 2, the output end of the linear driving device 6d is fixedly connected with one end of the synchronous opening and closing component 6c, and the linear driving device 6d is used for controlling the synchronous opening and closing component 6c to slide in the stirring barrel 2.

The linear driving device 6d is electrically connected to the controller. When the pressure in the stirring barrel 2 reaches a set value, the controller sends a signal to the linear driving device 6d, and the linear driving device 6d receives the signal and then controls the synchronous opening and closing assembly 6c to slide to the limit position on the inner wall of the stirring barrel 2 along the axis direction of the stirring barrel 2, so that one ends of all the medicine outlet pipes 6a extending into the stirring barrel 2 are synchronously opened. The medicine is sprayed out through the medicine outlet pipe 6a and the atomizing nozzle 6b by the pressure in the stirring barrel 2. When medicine spraying is stopped, the controller sends a signal to the linear driving device 6d, and the linear driving device 6d controls the synchronous opening and closing component 6c to reversely slide to the other limit position, so that one end of the medicine outlet pipe 6a extending into the stirring barrel 2 is closed. Realize a plurality of play pencil 6a through above-mentioned structure and open or close synchronously to guarantee the degree of consistency of spouting the medicine.

As shown in fig. 8, the synchronizing opening and closing member 6c includes,

the chute 6c1 and the chute 6c1 are arranged on the arc-shaped inner wall of the bottom of the stirring barrel 2 along the axis of the stirring barrel 2, and the bottom of the chute 6c1 is communicated with the top ends of the medicine outlet pipes 6 a;

the sliding seal 6c2, the sliding seal 6c2 and the chute 6c1 are connected in a sliding way along the axial direction of the stirring barrel 2, and one end of the sliding seal 6c2 is fixedly connected with the output end of the linear driving device 6 d;

through hole 6c3, through hole 6c3 are equipped with a plurality ofly, and the quantity of through hole 6c3 corresponds with the quantity of play medicine pipe 6a, and through hole 6c3 evenly distributed along the length direction of slide seal 6c2, the interval distance of through hole 6c3 is the same with the interval distance of play medicine pipe 6a, can make through hole 6c3 and the butt joint of the top opening of play medicine pipe 6a when slide seal 6c2 slides to extreme position.

The linear driving device 6d controls the slide weather strip 6c2 to slide along the slide groove 6c 1. When the through hole 6c3 on the sliding sealing strip 6c2 is communicated with the top end of the medicine outlet pipe 6a, all the medicine outlet pipes 6a are synchronously in an open state; when the through hole 6c3 on the sliding seal strip 6c2 completely slides out of the top end of the medicine outlet pipe 6a, all the medicine outlet pipes 6a are closed at the same time.

As shown in fig. 8, the linear driving device 6d includes,

the sliding block 6d1, the sliding block 6d1 and the end of the stirring barrel 2 are in clearance fit, one end of the sliding block 6d1 inside the stirring barrel 2 is fixedly connected with the movable end of the synchronous opening and closing component 6c, and the sliding block 6d1 is used for controlling the movement of the movable end of the synchronous opening and closing component 6 c;

a mounting bracket 6d2, the mounting bracket 6d2 being mounted at the end of the stirring barrel 2;

the linear driver 6d3, the linear driver 6d3 is installed on the mounting bracket 6d2, the output shaft of the linear driver 6d3 is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding block 6d1 far away from the stirring barrel 2, the driving direction of the linear driver 6d3 is arranged along the axial direction of the stirring barrel 2, and the linear driver 6d3 is used for controlling the linear motion of the sliding block 6d 1.

The linear actuator 6d3 is a servo cylinder electrically connected to the controller. The controller sends a signal to the linear driver 6d3, and the linear driver 6d3 receives the signal and drives the sliding block 6d1 to do linear motion along the axis direction of the stirring barrel 2 by taking the mounting frame 6d2 as a support, so as to drive the sliding sealing strip 6c2 of the synchronous opening and closing assembly 6c to slide in the sliding groove 6c 1.

As shown in fig. 9, the plowing device 7 comprises,

the rotary plough 7a is arranged at the front end of the stirring barrel 2 in a lifting way, and the lifting device 7b is used for crushing the land of a farmland;

the lifting device 7b is installed at the front end of the stirring barrel 2, the working end of the lifting device 7b is fixedly connected with the rotary plough 7a, the driving direction of the lifting device 7b is arranged along the vertical direction, and the lifting device 7b is used for controlling the lifting of the rotary plough 7 a.

The rotary plough 7a and the lifting device 7b are both electrically connected with the controller. The rotary plow 7a is a conventional hydraulic lifting structure, and the lifting device 7b is a plowing structure driven by a rotary motor, which will not be described herein. The height of the rotary plough 7a is adjusted through the lifting device 7b, so that the rotary plough 7a can be conveniently collected and released when acting on different depths of farmland soil.

As shown in fig. 10, the drug adding device 8 comprises,

a medicine box 8a, wherein the medicine box 8a is arranged on the frame 1, and the medicine box 8a is used for storing medicines for treating farmlands;

a communicating pipeline 8b, one end of the communicating pipeline 8b is connected with the medicine box 8a, the other end of the communicating pipeline 8b is communicated with the interior of the stirring barrel 2, and the communicating pipeline 8b is used for guiding the medicines in the medicine box 8a into the stirring barrel 2;

a pressurizing pump 8c, the pressurizing pump 8c being connected in series to the communication pipe 8b, the pressurizing pump 8c being for supplying power for the medicine in the medicine box 8a to flow into the agitation tank 2.

The pressure pump 8c is electrically connected to the controller. The pressurizing pump 8c is a centrifugal pump. The controller sends a signal to the pressure pump 8c, and the pressure pump 8c receives the signal and introduces the medicine in the medicine box 8a into the stirring barrel 2 through the communication pipe 8 b. Each subassembly of charge device 8 can set up the multiunit simultaneously to together leading-in agitator 2 with multiple medicine, avoid the trouble of batching in advance.

As shown in fig. 10, the pressure control device 9 includes an air compressor 9a, a pressure gauge, and a relief valve; air compressor machine 9a installs in frame 1, and air compressor machine 9 a's output and 2 inside intercommunications of agitator, install the filter additional on air compressor machine 9 a's the output, and pressure gauge and relief valve are installed on agitator 2, and the pressure gauge is used for detecting 2 internal pressure of agitator, and the relief valve is used for in time discharging the unnecessary gas in the agitator 2.

The air compressor 9a, the pressure gauge and the pressure relief valve are all electrically connected with the controller, and the pressure gauge and the pressure relief valve are not shown in the figure. The air compressor 9a cooperates with the filter to introduce clean air into the agitating barrel 2 to increase the pressure inside the agitating barrel 2. Through the pressure condition in the pressure gauge real-time supervision agitator 2 and send signal for the controller, the inside pressure of 2 accurate control agitators from this guarantees then that the working effect of spouting medicine device 6 can be stable and even. The safety in the stirring barrel 2 is ensured by arranging the pressure relief valve, and redundant gas is discharged in time.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:

firstly, a worker mounts the rack 1 on a mobile device, wherein the mobile device is a machine such as a common agricultural tractor.

And step two, the controller sends a signal to the dosing device 8, and the dosing device 8 guides the pesticide to be stirred into the stirring barrel 2 after receiving the signal.

And step three, the controller sends a signal to the reciprocating rotation device 3, and after the reciprocating rotation device 3 receives the signal, the working end of the reciprocating rotation device drives the stirring component 4 to do circumferential rotation motion while performing linear reciprocating motion in the stirring barrel 2 along the axis direction, so that the medicines in the stirring barrel 2 can be fully and uniformly stirred and mixed.

Step four, the working ends of the stirring component 4 and the reciprocating rotation device 3 are fixed through the axial locking component 5, and when the stirring component 4 needs to be replaced and maintained, the stirring component can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.

And step five, the worker drives the rack 1 and all the components on the rack 1 to move forwards together in the region to be sprayed with the pesticide in the farmland by starting the moving device.

And step six, the controller sends a signal to the plowing device 7. The plowing device 7 receives the signal and then the working end contacts with the soil of the farmland, and then the soil of the farmland is crushed, so that the medicine sprayed in the subsequent steps can quickly permeate into the deep soil of the farmland.

And seventhly, the controller sends a signal to the pressure control device 9, and the pressure control device 9 receives the signal and then controls the pressure inside the stirring barrel 2.

Step eight, controller send signal for spouting medicine device 6, spout medicine device 6 and receive and open a plurality of work ends simultaneously behind the signal, the inside pressure of agitator 2 leads to the medicine of stirring to spout in the farmland with the same speed to guarantee to spout the degree of consistency of medicine.
