Background

The horizontal screw machine is a processing equipment widely used in solid-liquid separation application, and its working principle is that the rotary drum and screw material-pushing device are rotated at a certain differential rotation speed in the same direction and high speed, the fluid suspended substance formed from liquid and solid is continuously introduced into the interior of screw material-pushing device by means of feeding pipe, and accelerated and fed into the rotary drum, under the action of centrifugal force the heavy solid matter is deposited on the wall of the rotary drum to form a sediment layer, the screw material-pushing device can continuously push the deposited solid matter into the conical rotary drum, and discharge it from the slag outlet, and the clear liquid produced therewith can be flowed into another end of the rotary drum, and discharged from overflow outlet. The rotary drum and the input shaft are respectively driven by the main motor and the auxiliary motor through belt pulleys, and the rotating speed of the rotary drum and the spiral conveyor, namely the differential rotating speed, can be adjusted by changing the running rotating speed of the motors, so that the separation effect is adjusted.

The invention aims to provide a torque detection device of a horizontal screw machine and a control method thereof, which aim to solve the problem that the operation efficiency of the machine is influenced due to undefined torque load in the operation process of the horizontal screw machine.

step 2, adjusting the flow of a solid-liquid mixture introduced into the horizontal screw machine through observation and tests, and observing the separation effect of a solid phase and a liquid phase at the same time to obtain an optimal flow and a corresponding optimal torque value; from this, a safe torque range (90% -110% of the optimum torque value) can be determined, and once the torque exceeds this range and reaches the warning value 1 (130% of the optimum torque value), the feed pump is turned off and the differential speed is increased until the torque decreases, the feed pump is turned on after the torque decreases, and if the torque continues to increase to the warning value 2 (150% of the optimum torque value), the horizontal screw machine is turned off and the check is stopped.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the device can detect and monitor the torque of the spiral material pusher of the single-motor horizontal screw machine in real time, and automatically control the feeding pump and the horizontal screw machine according to the torque, so that the differential mechanism is prevented from being damaged by overlarge torque, and the horizontal screw machine is prevented from being blocked and damaged.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a schematic structural view, and includes a torque arm 13, the torque arm 13 is fixedly connected to an input shaft 15 of the differential 1, and transmits the torque of the screw conveyor through a key 14. The lever arm 9 is rotatably mounted on a pin 10 and is restrained in both directions by the pin 6 and the pin 7 so as to be held in a fixed position without rotation, the pin 10 and the pin 6 and the pin 7 being welded to a support block 8 fixed to the frame 2.
