the shock absorber support comprises a clamp hoop (2) and a U-shaped lining frame (3), wherein the clamp hoop (2) comprises an annular fixed seat (21) with an opening, and a first connecting plate (22) and a second connecting plate (23) which are arranged at two ends of the opening;

the U-shaped lining frame (3) is positioned between the first connecting plate (22) and the second connecting plate (23);

the U-shaped lining frame (3) comprises a base plate (31), and a third connecting plate (32) and a fourth connecting plate (33) which are arranged on two sides of the base plate (31), wherein the base plate (31) is positioned at the opening, and the third connecting plate (32) and the fourth connecting plate (33) both extend outwards to the outer sides of the first connecting plate (22) and the second connecting plate (23);

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an automobile, a front suspension system and a connecting structure of a steering knuckle and a shock absorber of the front suspension system.

Background

In modern vehicle suspension constructions, the vehicle shock absorber takes on the task of shock mitigation and absorption, which is usually mounted between the subframe and the knuckle, the lower part being fixed by the knuckle. The steering knuckle bears the load of the automobile, supports and drives the wheels to rotate around the main pin, so that the automobile is steered.

The shock absorber is typically mounted to the knuckle by a clip, typically a clip that is welded to the bracket by a cylindrical opening. The connection between the shock absorber and the axle must be reliable, otherwise the automobile can generate abnormal sound, and vibration can be generated under severe conditions, and finally the shock absorber is damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides an automobile, a front suspension system and a connecting structure of a steering knuckle and a shock absorber of the front suspension system.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a connecting structure of a steering knuckle and a shock absorber of an automobile, including: the linkage arm 4 is arranged on the steering knuckle, the shock absorber support is used for connecting the shock absorber 1, the fixing and fastening assembly is used for connecting the linkage arm 4 and the shock absorber support, and the adjusting and fastening assembly is used for adjusting the camber angle of the wheel;

the shock absorber support comprises a clamping hoop 2 and a U-shaped inner lining frame 3, wherein the clamping hoop 2 is sleeved outside the shock absorber 1, and the clamping hoop 2 comprises an annular fixed seat 21 with an opening, and a first connecting plate 22 and a second connecting plate 23 which are arranged at two ends of the opening;

the U-shaped inner lining frame 3 is positioned between the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 23;

the U-shaped inner lining frame 3 comprises a base plate 31, and a third connecting plate 32 and a fourth connecting plate 33 which are arranged on two sides of the base plate 31, wherein the base plate 31 is positioned at the opening, and the third connecting plate 32 and the fourth connecting plate 33 both extend outwards to the outer sides of the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 23;

In the present embodiment, the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 23 are parallel, the third connecting plate 32 and the fourth connecting plate 33 are parallel, and the first connecting plate 22 and the third connecting plate 32 are parallel.

In this embodiment, one side of the substrate 31 close to the annular fixing seat 2 is an arc-shaped surface matched with the shock absorber 1, so as to better match with the annular fixing seat, thereby fixing the shock absorber 1.

In the present embodiment, the fixing fastening member includes a fixing bolt and a fixing nut;

a first mounting hole is formed in the first connecting plate 22, and a second mounting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first mounting hole, of the second connecting plate 23;

the front end of the fixing bolt sequentially penetrates through the first mounting hole, the third mounting hole, the fourth mounting hole, the third mounting hole and the second mounting hole and then is in threaded connection with the fixing nut.

In this embodiment, the adjustment fastening assembly includes a first adjustment bolt and a first adjustment nut;

a first angle adjusting hole is formed in the first connecting plate 22, and a second angle adjusting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first angle adjusting hole, of the second connecting plate 23;

third angle adjusting holes are respectively formed in the positions, corresponding to the first angle adjusting holes, of the two ends of the U-shaped lining frame 3, and fourth angle adjusting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the third angle adjusting holes, of the linkage arm 4;

one side of the front end of the first adjusting bolt penetrates through the first angle adjusting hole, the third angle adjusting hole, the fourth angle adjusting hole, the third angle adjusting hole and the second angle adjusting hole and then is in threaded connection with the first adjusting nut.

It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the first mounting hole, the second mounting hole, and the arrangement of the first adjusting hole and the second adjusting hole in the present embodiment are all in the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.

In one embodiment, the fixing assembly comprises a first spring, and two ends of the first spring are connected between the bending part 34 and the first end of the linkage arm 4 through spring seats. Therefore, the steering knuckle can be prompted to reset after the resistance on the wheel disappears, and the stability and the reliability of connection between the steering knuckle and the shock absorber 1 are guaranteed.

In another particular embodiment, the fixing assembly comprises a second spring 6, a second adjusting bolt 5 and a second adjusting nut;

a sixth adjusting hole is formed in the bending part 34, a fifth adjusting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the sixth adjusting hole, of the linkage arm 4, and the front end of the second adjusting bolt 5 sequentially penetrates through the sixth adjusting hole and the fifth adjusting hole and is in threaded connection with the second adjusting nut;

the second spring 6 is sleeved on the second adjusting bolt 5, and two ends of the second spring 6 respectively abut against the linkage arm 4 and the bending part 34.

Therefore, the distance between the bending part 34 and the linkage arm 4 can be changed by adjusting the position of the second adjusting nut, and the second spring 6 elastically supports the linkage arm 4 and the bending part 34 to absorb vibration.

Of course, in order to reinforce the connection, in the present embodiment, the fifth adjusting hole is an internally threaded through hole that matches the second adjusting bolt 5.

In another embodiment, the fixing assembly includes a third adjusting bolt, a third adjusting nut, and a fourth adjusting nut;

a seventh adjusting hole is formed in the bending part 34, a fifth adjusting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the seventh adjusting hole, of the linkage arm 4, and the front end of the second adjusting bolt 5 sequentially penetrates through the seventh adjusting hole, the third adjusting nut, the fifth adjusting hole and the fourth adjusting nut;

the third adjusting nut and the fourth adjusting nut are respectively in threaded connection with the second adjusting bolt 5, and the third adjusting nut and the fourth adjusting nut are both abutted against the linkage arm 4.

Therefore, the distance between the bending part 34 and the linkage arm 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the third adjusting nut and the fourth adjusting nut, the connection between the linkage arm 4 and the shock absorber 1 is enhanced, and the reliability is effectively improved.

In this embodiment, a wire harness support is arranged outside the annular fixed seat 21.

The invention also provides a front suspension system which comprises a steering knuckle, a shock absorber 1 and any one of the steering knuckle and shock absorber 1 connecting structure.

In this embodiment, since the front suspension system includes the connecting structure of the knuckle and the shock absorber 1 according to any one of the above embodiments, all the advantages of the connecting structure of the knuckle and the shock absorber 1 are achieved, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.

The invention also provides an automobile comprising the front suspension system.

In this embodiment, since the vehicle includes the front suspension system described in any one of the above embodiments, all beneficial effects of the front suspension system are achieved, and are not described in detail herein.
