As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the recycling device includes a sub-fan shaft 50 rotatably disposed on the right side of the feeding cavity 25, a sub-fan 49 is fixedly disposed on the upper side of the sub-fan shaft 50, a rotating magnet 51 is fixedly disposed on the lower side of the sub-fan shaft 50, a recycling rod 16 is slidably disposed on the lower side of the feeding cavity 25, a fixed magnet 53 is fixedly disposed on the right side of the recycling rod 16, and two extension springs 52 are disposed on the right side of the recycling rod 16 and the right side wall of the feeding cavity 25.
