1. A method for installing a steel pipe truss through pipe fitting by using a sleeve is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, processing a circular tube sleeve which is made of the same material and has the inner diameter equal to that of the through tube to be installed, wherein the length is not less than the sum of the designed overlap length L1 and the through tube opening cutoff length L2;

s2, forming a through opening matched with the outer wall of the penetrated main pipe at one end of the circular pipe sleeve;

s3, cutting the whole end of the through pipe along the shortest point of the through opening;

s4, connecting the circular tube sleeve with the main tube to be connected along the through opening, welding the circular tube sleeve and the main tube to be connected, adjusting the position of the through tube, and when the other end of the through tube is a chord tube directly connected with the through tube, adjusting the through tube to connect one end of the through tube, which is far away from the circular tube sleeve, with the overlapped chord tube, and then welding the through tube with the chord tube; when the other end of the through pipe is also a circular pipe sleeve, the length of the through pipe entering the two circular pipe sleeves is not less than the designed overlap length L1; and finally, welding and connecting the circular tube sleeve and the through tube.

2. The method for installing the steel pipe truss through-hole pipe fitting through the sleeve according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the wall thickness of the circular pipe sleeve is not less than that of the through pipe.

The method for installing the steel pipe truss through-hole pipe fitting through the sleeve according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, a welding groove is formed at the through-hole of the circular pipe sleeve, and in the step S4, when the circular pipe sleeve and the penetrated main pipe are welded, the welding is performed along the welding groove formed at the through-hole.

4. The method for installing the steel pipe truss through-hole pipe fitting through the sleeve according to the claim 3, wherein in the step S4, the fillet welding is performed between the end of the round pipe sleeve far away from the main pipe to the outer wall of the through pipe.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of steel structure assembly of civil construction engineering, in particular to a method for installing a steel pipe truss through pipe fitting by a sleeve.

Background

The steel pipe truss structure is widely applied to structures such as large-span stadiums, station houses, airports, coal shed plants and the like, and has the excellent characteristics of simple force transmission path, uniform stress of pipe fittings, free selection of pipe fittings, light self weight of the structure and the like. In order to maximize the structural advantages of the steel pipe truss, the cross section of the pipe fitting is determined by accurate calculation, the bearing capacity is not large, a plurality of intersecting abdominal pipes are intersected at the node of the center line of the chord pipe, the force transmission is simple and clear, and the eccentric stress of the pipe fitting is avoided. The acting force of the tensile load and the pressure load borne by the pipe fittings in all directions at the intersection of the pipe fittings is different, and the cross sections of the pipe fittings are different. When the pipe with the thin pipe wall is used as a lapped pipe, the bending resistance bearing capacity of the pipe wall of the lapping area needs to be calculated, strength reinforcement measures need to be considered when the requirements are not met, the pipe with the large pipe diameter and the large wall thickness is taken as a penetrated main pipe, and the pipe with the small pipe diameter and the small wall thickness is taken as a penetrated pipe. When the connection construction of the penetrated main pipe and the penetrated pipe is carried out according to the designed lapping sequence, the length of the penetrated pipe is difficult to be ensured to completely meet the requirement of the construction length, and at the moment, compensation measures such as the truncation of the penetrated pipe, the compensation welding and the like need to be carried out. Therefore, how to realize the rapid and nondestructive installation of the through pipe fitting without changing the design overlapping sequence and ensure the installation strength of the pipe fitting in the node area becomes a key problem.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a method for installing a steel pipe truss through hole pipe fitting by using a sleeve, which solves the problems that the through hole pipe fitting cannot be directly installed in place and pipes are damaged and the like, so that the installation is inconvenient under the condition of limitation of the installation sequence while the stress requirements of the whole structure and the installation nodes of the steel pipe truss are met.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

a method for installing a steel pipe truss through-hole pipe fitting by a sleeve comprises the following steps:

s1, processing a circular tube sleeve which is made of the same material and has the inner diameter equal to that of the through tube to be installed, wherein the length is not less than the sum of the designed overlap length L1 and the through tube opening cutoff length L2;

s2, forming a through opening matched with the outer wall of the penetrated main pipe at one end of the circular pipe sleeve;

s3, cutting the whole end of the through pipe along the shortest point of the through opening;

s4, connecting the circular tube sleeve with the main tube to be connected along the through opening, welding the circular tube sleeve and the main tube to be connected, adjusting the position of the through tube, and when the other end of the through tube is a chord tube directly connected with the through tube, adjusting the through tube to connect one end of the through tube, which is far away from the circular tube sleeve, with the overlapped chord tube, and then welding the through tube with the chord tube; when the other end of the through pipe is also a circular pipe sleeve, the length of the through pipe entering the two circular pipe sleeves is not less than the designed overlap length L1; and finally, welding and connecting the circular tube sleeve and the through tube.

In step S1, the wall thickness of the circular tube sleeve is not less than the wall thickness of the through tube.

In the step S2, a welding groove is formed at the penetration of the circular tube sleeve, and in the step S4, when the circular tube sleeve and the penetrated main tube are welded, the welding is performed along the welding groove formed at the penetration.

In the step S4, fillet welding is performed between one end of the circular tube sleeve, which is far away from the penetrated main tube, and the outer wall of the penetrated tube.

In the step S2, four weld-adding notches are uniformly formed in the circular tube sleeve along the circumferential direction thereof, and in the step S4, the circular tube sleeve and the through tube are welded together in a reinforcing manner at the weld-adding notches.

In step S3, when a circular pipe sleeve is added to only one end of the through pipe, the end portion is cut only at the end, and when circular pipe sleeves are added to both ends of the through pipe, the end portion is cut at both ends.

The construction speed and flexibility are greatly improved by additionally arranging the circular tube sleeve, the length of the through tube can be adjusted in a telescopic mode by additionally arranging the circular tube sleeve, the installation can be completed, the through tube can be quickly subjected to spot welding and unhooking, and the pipe fitting can be conveniently placed in place. 4. The pipe sleeve pipe with pass through can freely rotate between the pipe, further improved pipe fitting installation accuracy and adaptability, avoid leading to unable installation or too big problem in welding seam clearance because of processing running-through angle.

Detailed Description

Example 1

In this embodiment, both ends of the through pipe 3 are respectively connected with a main pipe 1 to be connected through a circular pipe sleeve 2, as shown in fig. 1. The embodiment provides a method for installing a steel pipe truss through-hole pipe fitting by using a sleeve, which comprises the following steps of:

s1, processing materials are the same, the inner diameter of the circular tube sleeve 2 is equal to that of the through tube 3 to be installed, the length of the circular tube sleeve 2 is not less than the sum of the designed overlap length L1 and the cut length L2 of the through opening of the through tube 3, and meanwhile, in order to guarantee the connection strength, the wall thickness of the circular tube sleeve 2 is not less than that of the through tube 3. The structure of the designed overlap length L1 and the through-pipe 3 through-cut length L2 is shown in fig. 4. In the step, the length L of the circular tube sleeve 2 is determined according to the penetration length L2 of the through tube 3 and the design overlap length L1, namely L is more than or equal to L1+ L2. The value of L can be properly increased by an enlarged value L3 of the installation accuracy to meet the deviation of the installation accuracy of the pipe fittings. The L2 length of the two circular tube sleeves 2 is the length of a through opening of the through tube 3 at each end, the L1 length is determined by calculating the requirement of the lap length according to specifications and design, and generally the L1 is not less than 600 mm.

S2, as shown in fig. 3, a through hole matching the outer wall of the main pipe 1 is formed at one end of the circular pipe sleeve 2, a welding groove is formed at the through hole of the circular pipe sleeve 2, and four welding notches 201 are uniformly formed in the circular pipe sleeve 2 along the circumferential direction thereof.

And S3, cutting the whole end parts of the two ends of the through pipe 3 along the shortest point of the through opening.

And S4, connecting the circular tube sleeve 2 with the penetrated main tube 1 along the through opening of the circular tube sleeve, and welding the circular tube sleeve 2 and the penetrated main tube along a welding groove formed in the through opening of the circular tube sleeve 2. After two pipe sleeve pipes 2 are all welded and fixed, the position of the pipe 3 is adjusted to enable the length of the pipe 3 entering the two pipe sleeve pipes 2 to be not less than the designed overlap length L1, then the pipe sleeve pipes 2 are far away from one end of the main pipe 1 and the outer wall of the pipe 3 to be subjected to angle girth welding, and finally the pipe sleeve pipes 2 and the pipe 3 are subjected to reinforcement welding at the positions of the welding notches 201.

Example 2

In the embodiment, one end of the through pipe 3 is connected with one main pipe 1 through a circular pipe sleeve 2, and the other end of the through pipe 3 is directly connected with the chord pipe 4 by welding, as shown in fig. 2. The embodiment provides a method for installing a steel pipe truss through-hole pipe fitting by using a sleeve, which comprises the following steps of:

s1, processing materials are the same, the inner diameter of the circular tube sleeve 2 is equal to that of the through tube 3 to be installed, the length of the circular tube sleeve 2 is not less than the sum of the designed overlap length L1 and the cut length L2 of the through opening of the through tube 3, and meanwhile, in order to guarantee the connection strength, the wall thickness of the circular tube sleeve 2 is not less than that of the through tube 3. The structure of the designed overlap length L1 and the through-pipe 3 through-cut length L2 is shown in fig. 4. In the step, the length L of the circular tube sleeve 2 is determined according to the penetration length L2 of the through tube 3 and the design overlap length L1, namely L is more than or equal to L1+ L2. The value of L can be properly increased by an enlarged value L3 of the installation accuracy to meet the deviation of the installation accuracy of the pipe fittings. In the embodiment, the circular tube sleeve 2 is only arranged at one end of the through tube 3, the length L2 of the circular tube sleeve 2 is the sum of the lengths of the through openings at the two ends of the sleeved through tube 3, the length L1 is determined according to the requirement of overlapping length calculated by specification and design, and generally, the length L1 is not less than 600 mm.

S2, as shown in fig. 3, a through hole matching the outer wall of the main pipe 1 is formed at one end of the circular pipe sleeve 2, a welding groove is formed at the through hole of the circular pipe sleeve 2, and four welding notches 201 are uniformly formed in the circular pipe sleeve 2 along the circumferential direction thereof.

And S3, cutting the whole end part at the shortest point of the through opening of the through pipe 3 at the end of the through pipe 3 connected with the circular pipe sleeve 2.

And S4, connecting the circular tube sleeve 2 with the penetrated main tube 1 along the through opening of the circular tube sleeve, and welding the circular tube sleeve 2 and the penetrated main tube along a welding groove formed in the through opening of the circular tube sleeve 2. And adjusting the position of the through pipe 3, adjusting the through pipe 3 until one end of the through pipe 3, which is far away from the circular pipe sleeve 2, is connected with the lapped chord pipe 4, and then welding the through pipe 3 and the chord pipe 4. Then angle circumferential welding is carried out between one end of the circular tube sleeve 2, which is far away from the penetrated main tube 1, and the outer wall of the penetrated tube 3, and finally the circular tube sleeve 2 and the penetrated tube 3 are subjected to reinforcement welding at the position of the welding notch 201.

The installation of the steel pipe truss through pipe by the invention has the following advantages:

firstly, the circular tube sleeve 2 and the through tube 3 are connected together through a welding seam of the welding notch 201 and a welding seam at the tail part, and the bearing capacity is not less than that of the original tube. When the pipe 3 is not directly installed through the circular pipe sleeve 2, hand hole opening operation or welding of a concealed welding seam is needed, node stress is weakened, and the circular pipe sleeve 2 is additionally arranged, so that the node stress is not influenced by installation and construction factors.

Secondly, the construction speed and the flexibility are greatly improved by additionally arranging the circular pipe sleeve 2, the length of the through pipe 3 can be adjusted in a telescopic mode by additionally arranging the circular pipe sleeve 2, the installation can be completed, the unhooking can be achieved through rapid spot welding, and the pipe fitting can be conveniently placed in place.

And thirdly, the circular tube sleeve 2 and the through tube 3 can rotate freely, so that the installation precision and the adaptability of the pipe fitting are further improved, and the problem that the installation cannot be carried out or the gap of a welding line is too large due to the fact that the angle of a through hole is processed is avoided.

In conclusion, the stress requirements of the whole steel pipe truss structure and the installation nodes are met, and meanwhile, the problems that the open pipe cannot be directly installed in place under the condition that the installation sequence of the open pipe is limited, pipes are damaged, and the like, and the installation is inconvenient are solved.
