1. An integral ball valve, comprising:

a ball valve body;

a valve stem;

a valve ball;

the valve ball is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the valve rod;

An integral ball valve, see fig. 1-2, comprising a ball valve body 10, a valve stem 20, a valve ball 30;

a valve ball 30 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the valve rod 20;

the two sides of the ball valve body 10 are respectively provided with a side convex connector 11, a pipeline 12 is arranged in the side convex connector 11 at each side and communicated to a valve cavity 13 of the ball valve body 10, a conical installation cavity 14 is arranged in the ball valve body 10, and the conical installation cavity 14 is of a cavity structure which is closed towards the center from top to bottom;

the valve rod 20 and the valve ball 30 are inserted into the conical mounting cavity 14 from top to bottom, a linear flow passage 31 is arranged at a position of the valve ball 30 corresponding to the valve cavity 13, the whole ball valve is in a closed state when the linear flow passage 31 is communicated with the valve cavity 13, and the whole ball valve is in an open state when the linear flow passage 31 is not communicated with the valve cavity 13;

The assembly structure of the integrated ball valve is shown in figures 3-5: the pipeline locking device comprises an integrated ball valve and a corresponding connecting plate 200, wherein a through positioning hole is formed in the connecting plate 200, an upper convex sleeve 15 of a ball valve body 10 penetrates through the through positioning hole, the upper surface of the ball valve body 10 is arranged in a manner of being attached to the corresponding surface of the connecting plate 200, a locking nut 90 is fixedly sleeved on the upper convex sleeve 15 and is pressed on the other surface of the connecting plate 200, external thread interfaces 111 are arranged on the peripheries of two side convex connectors 11, each side convex connector 11 is provided with a pipeline locking nut 300, the pipeline locking nut 300 is sleeved on the periphery of a corresponding pipeline 400, and after the inner end of the corresponding pipeline 400 is inserted into an inner cavity of the side convex connector 11, the pipeline locking nut 300 is in threaded fastening connection with the external thread interfaces 111; the connection plate 200 facilitates the entire integrated ball valve to be fixedly mounted to the mounting base.

In specific implementation, the surface area of the connecting plate 200 is provided with corresponding positioning holes (not shown in the figures, and designed and manufactured according to requirements), so that the connecting plate is convenient to fixedly install; and a sealing O-shaped ring is arranged at the pressure attachment joint of the pipeline locking nut 300 and the external thread interface 111, and the sealing O-shaped ring is sleeved on the outer circumference of the pipeline 400, so that the reliable sealing of the joint is ensured.

The working principle is as follows: the valve ball and the valve rod are mounted in the conical mounting cavity from top to bottom, the valve ball and the valve rod are mounted in the conical mounting cavity, the valve core can be pre-tightened or replaced on line due to the fact that the conical degree is matched, the two end connectors and the valve body are designed to be integrated, the pipeline is convenient to mount and dismount, the field operation difficulty is reduced, and leakage caused by construction is effectively avoided.
