The use principle and the use flow of the invention are as follows: the voucher is placed on a placing plate 4, the L-shaped support plate 8, the sliding hole A9, the sliding rod A10, the blocking block A11, the compression spring A12 and the pressing plate 13 are arranged to facilitate material pressing and sorting of the voucher and prevent the voucher from fluctuating in use, the threaded rod B14, the adjusting handle B15, the clamping plate 16 and the fixing block 17 are arranged, the threaded rod B14 is driven to rotate by rotating the adjusting handle B15, the clamping plate 16 is driven to move oppositely to prevent deviation and position two sides of the voucher through matching of the threaded rod B14 and the clamping plate 16, the adjusting handle A7 is driven to move through rotating the threaded rod A5, the threaded rod A5 is matched with the threaded moving block 6 to drive the threaded moving block 6 and the placing plate 4 to move, the voucher is moved to the lower part of a punching cutter head 28, then the motor A21 is started to drive the threaded shaft A22 to be matched, through the matching of a threaded shaft A22 and a threaded pressing plate A26, the threaded pressing plate A26, a lower pressing block 27, a punching cutter head 28, a sliding rod B30, a blocking block B31, a pressure stabilizing block 32 and a compression spring B33 are driven to move downwards, the voucher is punched through the punching cutter head 28, the lower pressing block 27, a sliding hole B29, a sliding rod B30, the blocking block B31, the pressure stabilizing block 32 and a compression spring B33 are arranged to prevent the edge of the punching position of the voucher from being raised, waste materials enter a waste material storage box 52 through a waste material falling hole 50, the waste material storage box 52 is moved out of a drawing groove 51 and cleaned through pulling a storage box handle 53, through the arrangement of a connecting plate 35, an anti-blocking rod 36 and a through hole 37, the waste materials inside the punching cutter head 28 are cleaned through the anti-blocking rod 36, then a riveting tube is placed in the punching hole of the voucher, then a positioning needle 45 is inserted into the inner wall of the riveting tube, and the heating block 41 and a heating ring 44 are required to be heated before riveting the riveting tube, and then, a motor B23 is started to drive a threaded shaft B24 to rotate, and the threaded shaft B24 is matched with a threaded pressing plate B39 to drive the mounting ring 40 and the heating block 41 to move downwards to rivet the riveting pipe.
