When the rotating plate 21 rotates, the first rotating shaft 23 drives the second rotating shaft 25 to rotate through the connection of the belt mechanism 24, the second rotating shaft 25 drives the worm 211 to rotate so as to drive the worm wheel 36 to rotate, the worm wheel 36 drives the ratchet 310 to rotate so as to drive the third rotating shaft 34 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 34 drives the stirring rod 31 to further mix the raw materials, the raw materials are mixed again through the first connecting rod 32, the first connecting rod 32 drives the scraper 33 to rotate, the scraper 33 scrapes the raw materials adhered to the inner wall of the mixing box body 11, so that the raw materials are mixed more thoroughly, after the raw materials are poured, the power mechanism 2 and the dust removal mechanism 4 stop working, the motor 35 is controlled to work through the external power supply, the motor 35 drives the fourth rotating shaft 37 to rotate through the output shaft so as to drive the first bevel gear 38 to rotate, the first bevel gear 38 drives the second bevel gear 39 to rotate so as to drive the third rotating shaft 34 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 34 drives the stirring rod 31 and the first connecting rod 32 to continue working and mix raw materials, the third rotating shaft 34 rotates to drive the ratchet 310 to rotate inside the worm wheel 36, the worm wheel 36 is not driven to work, normal operation of the device is guaranteed, and the use cost of the device is greatly reduced.

The mortar after mixing is outwards discharged, scrapes away the mortar of adhesion on the mixing box 11 inner wall through scraper blade 33, avoids causing the raw materials extravagant, and after the mortar discharge was accomplished, the work of controling water pump 29 once more makes water discharge through the through-hole on commentaries on classics board 21 surface and washs the part of mixing box 11 inside, avoids the mortar to solidify the scab, has practiced thrift the water resource.
