According to different requirements of WPI and WPII, different functions can be realized by combining several different components.

<1>, WPII top cover

WPII requires that the motor needs to be added on the basis of IP23 motor: at least three air flow directions of the air inlet duct should be changed, each change is at least 90 degrees, and the suspended particles are prevented from entering the motor 9.

According to the design on the motor overhead guard have the connection seat (couple 10) of simple and easy installation, through the installation and dismantle the U type bolt on four angles of overhead guard, can realize the quick installation and the dismantlement work of overhead guard, a plurality of bolts in the past have been saved greatly, the mounting means of nut combination, the design of this connecting seat can prevent that the overhead guard that causes because of machining error and frame bolt hole are not to the phenomenon production of overhead guard installation difficulty, and error occasionally, also can adjust through the position of adjusting U type bolt in the big waist type hole on the connection seat.

The whole top cover is formed by welding steel plates, the bottom of the top cover is a base 11 with three ventilation holes, the front side and the rear side of the top cover are provided with air inlet holes, and the middle of the top cover is provided with an air outlet hole.

Use base 11 as the basis, the curb plate has been enclosed into casing 8 to welding all around, leaves the ventilation hole and install the shutter that has the downward slope on the curb plate, can effectually prevent the entering of rainwater.

In the top cover, the top cover is divided into three chambers by two partition plates 14 according to the positions of the vent holes on the base 11, air is fed from two sides, and air is discharged from the middle.

Compared with the traditional ventilation type top cover, the ventilation type top cover has the advantages that the advantages are obvious, and the ventilation type top cover mainly has the following characteristics:

the inner folding plate 12 is additionally arranged at the air inlet, the air path is guided to move upwards for a period and then downwards enter the motor 9, so that large-particle impurities can be effectively blocked to enter the motor 9, meanwhile, water drops splashed from the lower part can be prevented from entering the motor 9, and the motor 9 has a large protection effect on internal components.

The U-shaped plate is additionally arranged on the outer side of the WPII (IP24) structure, so that test wind can enter from the upper part and the lower part, the wind speed can be reduced while rainwater is blocked, and large-particle impurities are prevented from being brought in.

Meanwhile, the area of the air inlet and the air outlet is properly increased, the ventilation volume is larger, the heat dissipation of the motor 9 is faster, and the power achieved by the motor 9 is also obviously improved.
