As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the quick clamping device is further provided with a tooth-shaped connection 2-11, the tooth-shaped connection 2-11 is used for adjusting the angle between the screw rod 2-7 and the wrench 2-8, the length of the screw rod 2-7 extending out of the screw hole 2-6 is adjusted, the wrench is allowed to stay at a proper position, the wrench is not touched when grinding the knife, the tooth-shaped connection 2-11 is provided with male teeth, the male teeth 2-12 are arranged at one end of the screw rod 2-7, the tooth-shaped connection 2-11 is provided with female teeth, the female teeth 2-13 are arranged at one end of the wrench 2-8, and the female teeth 2-13 are sleeved outside the male teeth 2-12.

As shown in figures 1, 5, 10, 13 and 14, the adjusting backer 1-2 is replaced by a quick clamping device 2 which can quickly move and clamp the grindstone to one side of the backer, the quick clamping device is provided with a body 2-1 which is provided with a fixing hole 1-4 for fixing the quick clamping device on a main body 1, the body 2-1 is provided with an assembling hole 2-2 for assembling a top pin 2-4, the top pin 2-4 is movably connected with a supporting sheet 2-16, the other end of the supporting sheet 2-16 is movably connected with a wrench 2-8, the wrench 2-8 is movably connected with the body 2-1, the wrench 2-8 is pulled to change the angle between the supporting sheet 2-16 and the wrench 2-8, the top pin 2-4 is extended forwards to push and clamp the grindstone to the backer 1-1 to prevent the grindstone from moving, loosening the grinding stones when the ejector pins 2-4 are retracted backwards; the body 2-1 is provided with a limit 2-17 for preventing the wrench 2-8 from moving to the other direction to loosen the quick clamping device; the operation method for disassembling and assembling the grindstone comprises the following steps: the grinding stone is placed between the backer 1-1 and the quick clamping device 2, and the wrench 2-8 pulls the knock pin 2-4 backwards to clamp the grinding stone, so that the grinding stone can be used; the grinding stone can be dismounted by pushing the ejector pin 2-4 forwards and retracting the spanner 2-8 backwards.

As shown in fig. 1, 5, 10, 15 and 16, the adjusting backer 1-2 is replaced by a quick clamping device 2, the quick clamping device can quickly move and clamp the grinding stone to the side of the backer, the quick clamping device is provided with a body, the body is provided with fixing holes 1-4 for fixing the quick clamping device on the main body 1, the body is provided with assembling holes 2-2 for assembling ejector pins 2-4, the ejector pins 2-4 are movably connected with a wrench 2-8, the wrench 2-8 is movably connected with the body 2-1 by support sheets 2-16, the wrench 2-8 is pushed to change the angle of the support sheets 2-16 and the wrench 2-8, the ejector pins 2-4 are extended forwards to push the grinding stone to the backer 1-1 and clamp the grinding stone so as to prevent the grinding stone from moving, and the ejector pins 2-4 are retracted backwards to loosen the grinding stone; the body is provided with a limit 2-17 for preventing the wrench from moving to the other direction to loosen the quick clamping device; the operation method for disassembling and assembling the grindstone comprises the following steps: the grinding stone is placed between the backer 1-1 and the quick clamping device 2, and the wrench 2-8 pulls the knock pin 2-4 backwards to clamp the grinding stone, so that the grinding stone can be used; the grinding stone can be dismounted by pushing the ejector pin 2-4 forwards and retracting the spanner 2-8 backwards.
