The carriage front plate assembly 8 is provided with a carriage front plate 81, the junction of the carriage front plate 81, the carriage left side plate 21 and the carriage right side plate 31 is respectively welded with a convex buckling plate 51 and a concave buckling plate 52, the carriage rear plate assembly 7 is provided with a door frame 71, a door plate 72 is hinged in the door frame, the door plate 72 is opened to load or unload cargos, the carriage front plate 81 and the carriage left side plate 21 or the carriage right side plate 31 are buckled and matched with the concave buckling plate 52 through the convex buckling plate 51, and then the installation is completed by fixing through the fixing mechanism 53, if the carriage front plate assembly 8 is composed of two or more carriage front plates, the connection and installation between the carriage front plates 81 is also the same.

The carriage top plate assembly 4 is provided with three carriage top plates 41, the two side ends of the three carriage top plates 41 are respectively provided with a flow guide batten 42, the flow guide battens 42 are battens bent downwards at the two side ends of the carriage top plate 3 and are arranged to be beneficial to flow guide and water prevention, the edge parts among the three carriage top plates 41 are partially overlapped into a whole and are also beneficial to flow guide and water prevention, and the main structures of the carriage left side plate 21, the carriage right side plate 31, the carriage front plate 81, the carriage top plate 41 and the carriage bottom plate 1 are corrugated plates, so that the function of increasing the section inertia moment is realized, and the torsion resistance of the joint is higher; and the two ends of the upward protruding part of the corrugation of the carriage top plate 41 are inclined downwards, so that quick drainage is facilitated, and water accumulation is prevented.

The sealing installation mechanism 6 is provided with a distance pull rod mechanism 61, the distance pull rod mechanism 61 is provided with a pull rod 611, two ends of the pull rod 611 are provided with hook heads 612, the hook heads 612 are cylindrical blocks with diameters larger than that of the pull rod 611, two ends of the pull rod 611 are provided with installation seats 613 in a matched mode, an installation groove 614 is formed in the installation seats 613, the hook heads 612 are installed in the installation groove 614, the side wall of the installation groove 614 is further provided with notches 615, the pull rod 611 is placed on the notches 615, and the installation seats 613 are welded to the tops of the carriage left side plate 21 and the carriage right side plate 31 which are oppositely arranged in the carriage left side plate assembly 2 and the carriage right side plate assembly 3 respectively.

By installing the hooks 612 at the two ends of the pull rod 611 in the installation grooves 614 of the installation seat 613, the left board assembly 2 and the right board assembly 3 of the car can be pushed forward by the pull rod 611 if the left board assembly 2 and the right board assembly 3 of the car collapse inward, and can be pulled back to the original state by the hooks 612 if the left board assembly 2 and the right board assembly 3 of the car roll over outward, and meanwhile, the torsional strength of the left board assembly 2 and the right board assembly 3 of the car are enhanced.

Sealing installation mechanism 6 is provided with including sealed fixing device 62, sealed fixing device 62 evenly is provided with two sets of bolts 621 and nut 622, this nut 622 fixed connection is at lock joint mounting panel 22 lower surface, the through-hole of coincide each other all evenly has been seted up on lock joint mounting panel 22 and the carriage roof 41, this through-hole is just to nut 622 setting, bolt 621's screw rod passes this through-hole and nut 622 cooperation, still the cover is equipped with rubber sealing strip 623 and rubber packing ring 624 on bolt 621's screw rod, rubber sealing strip 623 sets up between lock joint mounting panel 22 and carriage roof 41, rubber packing ring 624 sets up between bolt 621's head and carriage roof 41.

Through the above-mentioned bolt 621 and nut 622 cooperation connection fixed for the car roof 41 is fixed on the lock joint mounting panel 22 and must not slide after lock joint on the lock joint mounting panel 22, and through compressing tightly the sealing strip 623 on the middle gap, has improved the waterproof performance in car.

The mounting grooves 11 are uniformly formed in the carriage bottom plate 1, the mounting lugs 12 are uniformly arranged at the lower ends of the carriage front plate 81, the carriage left side plate 21 and the carriage right side plate 31, the mounting grooves 11 are matched with the mounting lugs 12, nuts a13 are welded inside the mounting lugs 12, mutually overlapped slotted holes are formed in the mounting grooves 11 and the mounting lugs 12, the slotted holes are opposite to the nuts a13, bolts a14 are further installed in the slotted holes, the bolts a14 penetrate through the slotted holes to be matched and fixed with the nuts a13, the mounting lugs 12 are further provided with buckle plates 15, and the buckle plates 15 are buckled on the side face of the carriage bottom plate 1.

Through the above-mentioned installation lug 12 and the cooperation of installation recess 11 on the carriage bottom plate 1 lock joint, rethread bolt a14 passes the slotted hole of coincide each other and is connected fixedly with the cooperation of the inside welded nut a13 of installation lug 12 for carriage front bezel 81, carriage left side board 21 and carriage right side board 31 can be installed on carriage bottom plate 1 fast, and the cooperation distance between carriage front bezel 81, carriage left side board 21 and the carriage right side board 31 is injectd, be favorable to carriage left side board subassembly 2, each inside sub-group spare of carriage right side board subassembly 3 and carriage front bezel subassembly 8 and the cooperation installation between them.

The fixing mechanism 53 is further provided with a fixing buckle plate 54, two sets of nut mechanisms a55 are welded on the inner side walls of the convex buckling plate 51 and the concave buckling plate 52 respectively, the fixing buckle plate 54 is buckled on the outer side walls of the convex buckling plate 51 and the concave buckling plate 52, and two sets of bolt mechanisms a56 are arranged to penetrate through the fixing buckle plate 54 and the convex buckling plate 51 or the concave buckling plate 52 to be connected with the nut mechanisms a55 in a matching mode.

Through the matching of the nut mechanism a55 and the bolt mechanism a56 on the convex buckling plate 51 and the concave buckling plate 52, the fixed buckle plate 54 is respectively fixed on the convex buckling plate 51 and the concave buckling plate 52, so that the convex buckling plate 51 and the concave buckling plate 52 are further tensioned and fixed by the fixed buckle plate 54 after concave-convex matching, and the joint is more beautiful.
