2. The environment-friendly aqueous DTY oiling agent as defined in claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is selected from one or more of soybean oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil and sunflower seed oil.

3. The environment-friendly aqueous DTY oiling agent as defined in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is fatty acid polyoxyethylene methyl ether.

4. The environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent as defined in claim 1, 2 or 3, further comprising an antistatic agent and a film-forming agent, wherein the weight portions of the antistatic agent and the film-forming agent are 0-4 parts and 0-3 parts respectively.

5. The environment-friendly aqueous DTY oiling agent as defined in claim 4, wherein the antistatic agent is ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine.

6. The environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent as defined in claim 4, wherein the film-forming agent is one or more of 1-butoxy-2-propanol or chitosan or sodium silicate.

7. The use of the environment-friendly aqueous DTY oiling agent as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the oil is applied to polyester DTY yarns, polyester plus nylon plus elastic yarns, polyester plus spandex plus elastic yarns, nylon plus elastic yarns or cation plus elastic yarns.

8. The use method of the environment-friendly aqueous DTY oil according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the oil is added into an oil tank of a elasticizer and is oiled by a tanker, and the oil loading amount is more than or equal to 1%.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent and an application and a using method thereof, belonging to the technical field of DTY oiling agents.

Background

DTY (draw Texturing yarn) is a finished yarn which is drawn continuously or simultaneously on a Texturing machine and textured by a twister. The DTY oiling agent is an indispensable auxiliary material in the production process of DTY fibers, and care must be taken when selecting the oiling agent because the quality and the use effect of the oiling agent directly influence the quality and the post-processing of the DTY.

The prior DTY oil agent has the following defects: firstly, the method is not environment-friendly, the raw material resources are not renewable and recyclable, and the waste materials cannot be degraded under natural conditions or cause new pollution to the environment; secondly, the antistatic property of the oil agent is not comprehensive, because the domestic oil agent adopts phosphate ester as the antistatic agent at present, the oil agent can only be ensured to have good antistatic property under higher humidity, and under the condition of lower humidity, the antistatic effect is greatly reduced, so that the phenomenon of winding and breaking of the end due to poor antistatic property often occurs in dry seasons or northern areas.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent, an application and a use method thereof, and the environment-friendly DTY oiling agent is environment-friendly and environment-friendly.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of vegetable oil, 10-20 parts of alcohol ether, 4-9 parts of surfactant and 65-80 parts of water.

The environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent is characterized in that the vegetable oil is selected from one or more of soybean oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil or sunflower seed oil.

The surfactant is fatty acid polyoxyethylene methyl ether.

The environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent further comprises an antistatic agent and a film forming agent, wherein the weight parts of the antistatic agent and the film forming agent are 0-4 parts and 0-3 parts respectively.

The antistatic agent is ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine.

The film-forming agent is one or more of 1-butoxy-2-propanol or chitosan or sodium silicate.

The application of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent is applied to polyester DTY yarns, polyester plus nylon plus elastic yarns, polyester plus spandex plus elastic yarns, nylon plus elastic yarns or cation plus elastic yarns.

The use method of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oil agent comprises the steps of adding the oil agent into an oil groove of a texturing machine, and oiling through an oil tanker, wherein the oil feeding amount is more than or equal to 1%.

The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:

the DTY oil agent adopts vegetable oil, alcohol ether surfactant and water as main components, is aqueous liquid in appearance and has no oil droplets; the raw material source is extensive, and is degradable, adopts biological oil and fat class raw materials, does not use mineral oil as emollient, and green when using, can fully cooperate with the DTY silk for DTY silk processing is convenient, promotes textile user's work efficiency and product grade, changes the emission of weaving, printing and dyeing enterprise, reduces enterprise water treatment cost and dynamics, satisfies the emission requirement.

The DTY oil agent has low concentration and low oiling amount, and the low concentration enables low emission, and the emission is degradable bio-based.

The DTY oil agent has good antistatic property.

The environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of vegetable oil and fat, 20 parts of alcohol ether, 4 parts of surfactant and 80 parts of water.

The application of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent is applied to polyester DTY yarns, polyester plus nylon plus elastic yarns, polyester plus spandex plus elastic yarns, nylon plus elastic yarns or cation plus elastic yarns.

The use method of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oil agent adds the oil agent into an oil groove of an elasticizer, and the oil is applied through an oil tanker with the oil application rate: the polyester DTY is more than or equal to 1 percent; the polyester and the polyurethane plus the elastic yarn, the polyamide plus the elastic yarn or the cation plus the elastic yarn are more than or equal to 1.5 percent.

Example 2

The environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of soybean oil, 12 parts of alcohol ether, 3 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene methyl ether and 70 parts of water.

The application of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent is applied to polyester DTY yarns, polyester plus nylon plus elastic yarns, polyester plus spandex plus elastic yarns, nylon plus elastic yarns or cation plus elastic yarns.

The use method of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oil agent adds the oil agent into an oil groove of an elasticizer, and the oil is applied through an oil tanker with the oil application rate: the polyester DTY is more than or equal to 1 percent; the polyester and the polyurethane plus the elastic yarn, the polyamide plus the elastic yarn or the cation plus the elastic yarn are more than or equal to 1.5 percent.

The application of the environment-friendly water-based DTY oiling agent is applied to polyester DTY yarns, polyester plus nylon plus elastic yarns, polyester plus spandex plus elastic yarns, nylon plus elastic yarns or cation plus elastic yarns.

Comparative example 1

The traditional DTY oiling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of mineral oil, 12 parts of alcohol ether, 3 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene methyl ether and 70 parts of water.

Comparative example 2

The traditional DTY oiling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of mineral oil, 12 parts of alcohol ether, 5 parts of fatty acid polyoxyethylene methyl ether, 68 parts of water and 2 parts of ethoxylated fatty alkylamine.

The performance of the oil agent in each example and each proportion is tested, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, examples 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 used vegetable fats and oils, compared to comparative example 1. The antistatic performance is better, the antistatic performance is better in examples 4 and 5 due to the addition of the antistatic agent, and meanwhile, the residual oil rate is lower in examples 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; compared with the comparative example 2, the antistatic performance of the examples 4 and 5 is better due to the addition of the antistatic agent.

As shown in fig. 1, the oil solutions of the example 2 and the comparative example 1 are added into an oil groove of an elasticizer, the polyester DTY yarn is oiled by an oil tanker, after the processing is finished, the oil solutions on the polyester DTY yarn are cleaned by clear water, and after the oil solution of the example 2 is cleaned, the cleaning solution is clear and transparent as shown in a cup on the left side of fig. 1 and can be directly discharged; the cleaning solution after finish cleaning with the oil agent of comparative example 1 is turbid and opaque as shown in a cup on the right side of fig. 1, and can be discharged after being treated.
