Technical Field

Background

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a fan, so as to further alleviate the technical problem of high noise at the fan in the operation process of the range hood in the prior art.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a range hood, so as to further relieve the technical problem of high noise at a fan in the operation process of the range hood in the prior art.

Based on the first objective, the present invention provides a volute, which includes a first air duct plate, a second air duct plate, and a side plate disposed therebetween, wherein an inner cavity is formed between the first air duct plate, the second air duct plate, and the side plate, and a noise reduction assembly capable of absorbing noise is disposed on a side of the side plate close to the inner cavity.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a volute 100, wherein the volute 100 includes a first air duct plate 110, a second air duct plate 120 and a side plate 130 disposed therebetween, an inner cavity is formed between the first air duct plate 110, the second air duct plate 120 and the side plate 130, and a noise reduction assembly 200 capable of absorbing noise is disposed on a side of the side plate 130 close to the inner cavity.

With such an arrangement, the volute 100 has an inner cavity for accommodating the impeller 300, and the impeller 300 generates noise during operation, so that the inner cavity is filled with noise. It should be noted that, the silencing assembly 200 is disposed in the inner cavity, the volute 100 protects the silencing assembly 200, and prevents the silencing assembly 200 from being scratched or damaged accidentally to cause failure, and moreover, the volute 100 also protects the silencing assembly 200 from oil contamination, and prevents the silencing assembly 200 from being contaminated by oil contamination. The multiple groups of silencing assemblies 200 are disposed at intervals along the profile direction of the side plate 130, or the multiple groups of silencing assemblies 200 are connected into a whole along the profile direction of the side plate 130, so that the silencing assemblies 200 extend along the profile direction of the side plate 130.

Due to the arrangement, the area of the silencing assembly 200 is increased, so that the noise elimination efficiency of the silencing assembly 200 is improved, and the noise of the inner cavity is further reduced.

Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the silencing assembly 200 includes a fixing plate 210 disposed on one side of the side plate 130 close to the inner cavity, a silencing cavity is disposed between the side plate 130 and the fixing plate 210, and a silencing member 220 is disposed in the silencing cavity; the fixing plate 210 is provided with a silencing hole 211, and the silencing hole 211 is communicated with the inner cavity.

With such an arrangement, noise in the inner cavity can enter the sound-deadening cavity through the sound-deadening hole 211, and can contact with the sound-deadening member 220, and the noise can be absorbed by the sound-deadening member 220, thereby reducing the noise in the inner cavity.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the silencing piece 220 is communicated with the inner cavity through the silencing hole 211 on the fixing plate 210, that is, the silencing hole 211 is opened on the fixing plate 210, instead of the prior art in which the silencing piece is disposed outside the inner cavity and needs to open a hole on the side plate, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the volute 100, preventing the volute 100 from leaking pressure to a certain extent, and being beneficial to ensuring the pressure of the fan.

The sound-absorbing material 220 is a sound-absorbing material capable of absorbing noise, and for example, the sound-absorbing material 220 is sound-absorbing cotton in which a porous structure inside the sound-absorbing cotton can absorb energy of sound waves. Preferably, in this embodiment, the fixing plate 210 is detachably connected to the side plate 130, so as to replace the sound attenuating assembly 200 timely and quickly.

Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, a plurality of muffling holes 211 are formed in the fixing plate 210, and the plurality of muffling holes 211 are arranged in an array on the fixing plate 210.

That is, the plurality of muffling holes 211 are arranged in a linear array of rows and columns, or a circumferential array, on the fixing plate 210.

Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, an electrical box 140 for accommodating a power supply board (prior art) is disposed on the side plate 130, and the electrical box 140 and the side plate 130 are integrally formed.

Alternatively, the electrical box 140 and the side plate 130 are integrally formed by injection molding of plastic. Due to the arrangement, the structure of the volute casing 100 is more compact, the assembly of the volute casing 100 is more convenient, the cost of the volute casing 100 is reduced, and in addition, compared with the case that the electrical box 140 is connected with the side plate 130 in a welding mode, in the embodiment, the connection between the electrical box 140 and the side plate 130 has no welding point, so that the function of preventing welding is achieved, the volute casing 100 is more durable, and the electrical box 140 is more firmly connected with the side plate 130.

Preferably, referring to fig. 4, the electrical box 140 is disposed at the volute tongue of the volute 100.

Example two

The second embodiment provides a fan, which includes the volute 100 of the first embodiment, the technical features of the volute 100 disclosed in the first embodiment are also applicable to this embodiment, and the technical features of the volute 100 disclosed in the first embodiment are not described repeatedly. The following describes embodiments of the fan in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the blower provided in this embodiment includes an impeller 300, a motor 400, and the volute 100; wherein, the impeller 300 is disposed in the inner cavity of the volute 100, the motor 400 is connected to the volute 100 through the bracket 700, and the motor 400 is drivingly connected to the impeller 300.

It should be added that, referring to fig. 3, the side plate 130 is provided with an air outlet 131, the first air duct plate 110 is provided with a first air inlet 111, and/or the second air duct plate 120 is provided with a second air inlet 121, and the first air inlet 111, the second air inlet 121 and the air outlet 131 are all communicated with the inner cavity.

For example, the first air inlet 111 is disposed on the first air duct plate 110, or the second air inlet 121 is disposed on the second air duct plate 120, or the first air inlet 111 is disposed on the first air duct plate 110, and the second air inlet 121 is disposed on the second air duct plate 120.

Preferably, the first air inlet 111 is provided with an air inlet ring 500, and the motor 400 is arranged near the second air inlet 121. Preferably, referring to fig. 5, the motor 400 is connected to the second duct board 120 of the scroll 100 through a bracket 700.

Preferably, referring to fig. 3-5, in the present embodiment, the air outlet 131 is connected to a check valve 600.

The fan of the present embodiment has the advantages of the volute 100 of the first embodiment, which are described in detail in the first embodiment and will not be repeated here.

EXAMPLE III

The third embodiment provides a range hood, the range hood comprises the fan of the second embodiment, the technical characteristics of the fan disclosed in the second embodiment are also applicable to the second embodiment, and the technical characteristics of the fan disclosed in the second embodiment are not described repeatedly.

The lampblack absorber that this embodiment provided includes above-mentioned fan, and this lampblack absorber has further alleviated the great technical problem of noise of lampblack absorber operation in-process fan department that exists among the prior art.

The range hood of the embodiment has the advantage of the second fan, which is described in detail in the second embodiment and is not repeated here.
