9. Cofferdam device with debris collecting function in nuclear power plant according to claim 1, characterized in that said coaming support (8) supports the flow channel (3), and that the cofferdam frame (6), the coaming support (8) and the flow channel (3) are of triangular design.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power station safety systems, in particular to a cofferdam device with a debris collection function in a nuclear power station.

Background

The pressurized water reactor is the most extensive nuclear power plant reactor type in the world at present, after a loss coolant accident (LOCA) and a main steam pipeline rupture (MSLB) accident occur, a large amount of high-temperature and high-pressure gas is injected into a containment vessel due to rupture of a high-energy pipeline, a large amount of fragments are possibly generated due to impact of the high-pressure gas on various devices and materials in the containment vessel, the fragments can block a reactor core in a passive reactor core cooling system in the containment vessel, the flow resistance of the coolant is increased, the heat discharge capacity of the reactor core is reduced, the overheating of the reactor and the leakage risk of radioactive substances are increased, and in order to reduce the amount of the fragments entering the reactor core and a filter screen under the accident condition, a cofferdam steel for blocking the fragment materials is arranged in front of a pit filter screen of the nuclear power plant;

experimental study discovers, because current steel cofferdam is at the in-process that blocks the piece material, rivers can cross the steel cofferdam and get into the containment pit, along with the increase of velocity of water flow, the piece material receives the impact of smuggleing secretly of rivers, the piece can cross the cofferdam along with rivers and get into filter screen and pit, make blocking function failure of cofferdam, under this situation, just need design one kind and can satisfy the piece and block the requirement, can carry out the cofferdam device of collecting to the piece simultaneously, can promote equipment's security greatly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cofferdam device with a debris collecting function in a nuclear power station, which aims to solve the problems that the velocity of water flow is increased, debris materials are carried and impacted by the water flow, and debris can enter a filter screen and a pit along with the water flow when the debris materials turn over a cofferdam, so that the blocking function of the cofferdam is invalid.

Preferably, the inside of flow channel all is provided with the passageway filter screen, flow channel's one end, both sides and top all evenly are provided with the filtration pore.

Preferably, the filtering holes are designed on the flow channel at equal intervals, and the filtering holes are round holes with the diameter of 1.6 mm.

Preferably, the side view of the upper enclosing plate and the hole spacing frame is in an L-shaped design, and the flow channel is supported.

1. the flow channels are uniformly arranged at the lower part of the cofferdam frame and are in a trapezoidal design, the design utilizes the fluid mechanics principle, and is obtained by an analysis method combining numerical analysis and experimental research, a channel filter screen is arranged in each flow channel, the diameter of each filter hole is 1.6mm, water flows out through the filter holes, but fragments in water flow are retained in the flow channels under the filtration of the channel filter screen, the fragments are collected through the flow channels, the fragments can block a reactor core in a passive reactor core cooling system in a containment, the flow resistance of the coolant is increased, the heat discharge capacity of the reactor core is reduced, the risk of overheating of the reactor and leakage of radioactive substances is increased, serious safety accidents are caused, and the fragments can be effectively removed to reduce the occurrence rate of safety accidents;

2. through the top fixedly connected with upper portion bounding wall at cofferdam frame, upper portion bounding wall is the entity structure, under the effect of upper portion bounding wall, makes the incoming flow produce the flow of vertical direction, makes the piece that is located the containment bottom receive the suppression of rivers, can not climb over cofferdam frame, avoids the piece to get into filter screen and pit.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, arranging a cofferdam frame 6 in front of a pit and a filter screen in a containment, fixing the cofferdam frame 6 through a fixing hole 5 by using bolts, if an accident occurs in the nuclear power station, starting a safety injection system to inject water into a reactor core and the pit, then, starting the circulation, submerging a cofferdam device by the water, and enabling fragments falling off from the containment to flow to the cofferdam frame 6 along with the circulation water flow;

secondly, the recycled water flow carries fragments to flow to the cofferdam frame 6, the water flow meets the blocking of the upper enclosing plate 1, the incoming flow direction is changed, a part of incoming flow flows downwards, the fragments at the bottom of the water flow have a vertical downward force, the possibility that the fragments cross the cofferdam is reduced, the fragments at the lower part of the water flow enter the flow channel 3 along with the water flow, the water flow flows out into a pit through the gap of the filtering hole 4, the fragments are filtered by the channel filter screen 7 and are retained in the flow channel 3, and the fragments are filtered and collected;

finally, if the water flow speed is reduced, after the work is finished, the fragments filtered by the channel filter screen 7 in the flow channel 3 can be cleaned, and the flow speed of the water flow can be recovered by the cleaned cofferdam frame 6, so that the working performance is recovered.
