4. adapter box 5 is installed to the bottom of motor sweeper automobile body 1, and adapter box 5 is located the side rear of cleaning disc brush 2, and the top of adapter box 5 extends into the inside of compression box 6, and the front of adapter box 5 is equipped with the feed inlet 501 of rectangle, and the top of adapter box 5 is equipped with the discharge gate 502 of rectangle, and the top of discharge gate 502 is equal to the interior diapire of compression box 6.

Specifically, after dust and solid waste on the ground enter the adapter box 5 through the feeding hole 501, the dust and the solid waste can enter the compression box 6 through the discharging hole 502 under the action of wind suction, the dust and the solid waste entering the compression box 6 are in contact with the cutting rod 601 driven by the rotating motor 602 under the action of wind suction, so that large-size solid waste is cut and broken to form small-size blocky substances, then the small-size blocky substances enter the aggregate box 604 through the adapter channel 603 under the action of wind suction, then the lifting of the pressing plate 606 can be realized under the drive of the lifting cylinder 605, then the dust entering the aggregate box 604 and the broken solid waste are compressed, and further the effective accommodating space inside the aggregate box 604 is increased;

in addition, otter board 607 is the swash plate design, can ensure that the dust of its interception and the solid waste after the compression processing can realize the ejection of compact smoothly after sliding door plant 103 opens, and the design of the inside mesh of otter board 607 in addition can make things convenient for suction hose 303 to convey suction wind-force, and then forms unobstructed suction channel between suction box body 3 and compression box 6 and collection box 604 and adapter box 5.

Referring to fig. 1, a new energy sweeper with a garbage collection structure and capable of reducing the volume of garbage comprises a cleaning and energy supplying mechanism 4, a suction box body 3 and the cleaning and energy supplying mechanism 4 are mounted on the top of a sweeper body 1, the cleaning and energy supplying mechanism 4 is located in front of the suction box body 3, the cleaning and energy supplying mechanism 4 comprises a first electric telescopic rod 401, a second electric telescopic rod 402, a first photovoltaic cell panel 403, a second photovoltaic cell panel 404, a third photovoltaic cell panel 405 and fixing columns 406, the third photovoltaic cell panel 405 is mounted at the central position of the top of the sweeper body 1, two groups of fixing columns 406 are mounted on the top of the sweeper body 1, the first electric telescopic rod 401 and the second electric telescopic rod 402 are mounted on the surfaces of the two groups of fixing columns 406, and the distance between the two groups of second electric telescopic rods 402 is larger than the distance between the two groups of first electric telescopic rods 401, slider 407 is all installed to the tail end of electric telescopic handle 401 and No. two electric telescopic handle 402, slider 407's top is fixed with photovoltaic cell board 403 and No. two photovoltaic cell boards 404 respectively, and photovoltaic cell board 403 and No. two photovoltaic cell boards 404 are located the both sides of No. three photovoltaic cell boards 405 respectively, the vertical height of an electric telescopic handle 401 is less than the vertical height of No. two electric telescopic handle 402, No. three photovoltaic cell boards 405, the area of a photovoltaic cell board 403 and No. two photovoltaic cell boards 404 increases in proper order.

EXAMPLE III

Please refer to fig. 1 and 6, a new energy sweeper with a garbage collection structure and capable of reducing the volume of garbage comprises a cleaning disc brush 2, turntables 202 are mounted on two sides of the bottom of a sweeper body 1, an L-shaped telescopic rod 201 is mounted at the bottom of the turntables 202, a connecting block is mounted at the tail end of the telescopic rod 201, a driving motor 203 is mounted at the top of the connecting block, a threaded rotating rod is mounted at the output end of the driving motor 203, and the bottom of the threaded rotating rod is connected with the cleaning disc brush 2 in a threaded manner below the threaded rotating rod.

Specifically, the working directions of the cleaning disc brush 2 and the telescopic rod 201 can be adjusted through the turntable 202, so that the sweeper body 1 can conveniently realize cleaning work at different angles, and in addition, the cleaning disc brush 2 can be adjusted and stored below the sweeper body 1 through the turntable 202, so that the storage space of the sweeper body 1 when the sweeper body 1 is idle is reduced;

before the sweeper body 1 works, the sweeping range of the cleaning disc brush 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the telescopic rod 201 so as to adapt to sweeping work at different distances;

when the sweeper body 1 works, the driving motor 203 is started, the cleaning disc brush 2 can be driven to rotate, the cleaning purpose is achieved, in addition, the cleaning disc brush 2 is in threaded connection with the driving motor 203, and convenient replacement of the cleaning disc brush 2 and the driving motor 203 can be achieved.

Example four

Referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, a new energy sweeper with a garbage collection structure and capable of reducing garbage volume includes a cleaning disc brush 2, air pipes 7 are mounted on outer walls of two sides of a suction box body 3, a nozzle 701 is mounted at a tail end of the air pipe 7, fixing rings 703 arranged longitudinally are mounted on outer walls of two sides of a sweeper body 1, the fixing rings 703 are located outside the air pipes 7, and a dust concentration tester 702 is mounted on surfaces of the two fixing rings 703.

Three groups of suction fans 301 which are arranged equidistantly are mounted on the inner bottom wall of the suction box body 3, an activated carbon net 302 is mounted on the inner wall of the suction box body 3, the joint of the suction box body 3 and the air pipe 7 is located above the activated carbon net 302, three groups of suction hoses 303 which are arranged equidistantly are connected to the bottom of the suction box body 3 in a penetrating manner, the tail ends of the suction hoses 303 extend into cavities of the screen plates 607 inside the aggregate box body 604, and one-way valves 304 are mounted inside the suction hoses 303.

Specifically, the suction wind power generated by the rotation of the suction fan 301 can realize the pipeline transmission of the suction acting force between the collection box body 604 and the suction box body 3 through the suction hose 303, then the pipeline connection of the suction action between the collection box body 604 and the compression box body 6 can be realized through the switching channel 603, a smooth suction channel is provided for the device, so that the clean waste on the ground can enter the collection box body 604 through switching, the gas which is unidirectionally sucked through the suction hose 303 enters the suction box body 3, and then the corresponding purification treatment can be realized through the filtration and adsorption treatment of the activated carbon net 302, and the odor is prevented from being discharged into the air through the air pipe 7 to influence the city environment;

the gas pipe 7 after the spacing processing through solid fixed ring 703 can form the gas scouring effect when discharging the gas after the suction to the bottom surface after cleaning, then makes the floating dust on ground after cleaning move up, passes through the test of dust concentration tester 702 immediately, can detect the effect of cleaning of motor sweeper automobile body 1, carries out the secondary for the device and cleans and provides reference, promotes the cleaning quality of device.

s3, after dust and solid waste enter the compression box body 6, the solid waste can be cut and crushed through the rotating cutting rod 601, so that the volume of the solid waste is reduced, then the cut small-size solid waste fragments enter the collection box body 604 through the switching channel 603 under the suction effect, then the lifting cylinder 605 is started to drive the pressing plate 606 to move up and down along the inner wall of the collection box body 604, the entering small-size solid waste fragments are compressed, and the effective collection space of the collection box body 604 is enlarged;

s4, the extruded garbage blocks can be air-dried through the suction wind power provided by the suction hose 303, the possibility of peculiar smell generated by garbage fermentation is reduced, and in addition, the filtering and intercepting of the screen plate 607 can prevent dust, fragments and the like from entering the suction hose 303;

s5, after entering the interior of the suction box body 3 through the suction hose 303, the suction gas is discharged through the nozzle 701 through the interior of the air pipe 7, the cleaned ground is subjected to gas scouring, the gas on the ground can be raised under the scouring action, the gas passes through the dust concentration tester 702, and the dust concentration tester 702 can detect the concentration of dust doped in the passing gas, so that the dust concentration tester can be used as a detection basis for the cleaning effect of the sweeper body 1;

s6, after cleaning, the telescopic rod 201 can be folded and stored, the suction fan 301, the driving motor 203, the rotating motor 602 and the lifting cylinder 605 are closed immediately, the cleaning disc brush 2 is adjusted to be right below the cleaning vehicle body 1 through the rotary disc 202 in a rotating mode, the storage space is reduced, in addition, the sliding vehicle door 101 is pulled open, and meanwhile the sliding door plate 103 is driven to move, so that the rear portion of the collecting box body 604 is in an open design, and the discharging operation is convenient.

before the sweeper is started, the length of the telescopic rod 201 is adjusted according to the range size to be swept, the distance between the cleaning disc brush 2 and the sweeper body 1 is changed, when the sweeper moves forward to carry out sweeping work, the suction fan 301, the driving motor 203 and the rotating motor 602 are started, the driving motor 203 can drive the cleaning disc brush 2 to rotate after being started, then the ground is swept through friction, then the suction wind power generated by the suction fan 301 is utilized to drive the swept road dust and the solid waste to be transferred into the compression box body 6 through the feeding port 501 and the discharging port 502, after the dust and the solid waste enter the compression box body 6, the solid waste can be cut and crushed through the rotating cutting rod 601, further the volume of the solid waste is reduced, and then the small-size solid waste fragments after cutting enter the collection box body 604 through the switching channel 603 under the suction effect, then, the lifting cylinder 605 is started to drive the pressing plate 606 to move up and down along the inner wall of the material collecting box body 604, and the entering small-size solid waste fragments are compressed, so that the effective material collecting space of the material collecting box body 604 is enlarged, then the extruded garbage fragments can be air-dried through the suction wind power provided by the suction hose 303, the possibility of peculiar smell generated by garbage fermentation is reduced, and in addition, the filter interception of the screen plate 607 can prevent dust fragments and the like from entering the suction hose 303;

the suction gas enters the suction box body 3 through the suction hose 303 and then is discharged through the nozzle 701 through the air pipe 7, the cleaned ground is subjected to gas scouring, the gas on the ground can be raised under the scouring action, and the dust concentration can be detected through the dust concentration tester 702 by the dust concentration tester 702, so that the dust concentration doped in the passing gas can be detected as the detection basis of the cleaning effect of the sweeper body 1;

after cleaning, can fold the processing of accomodating with telescopic link 201, close suction fan 301, driving motor 203 and rotating electrical machines 602 and lift cylinder 605 immediately, rotate cleaning disc brush 2 through carousel 202 and adjust to the cleaning vehicle automobile body 1 under, reduce the accommodation space, pull open sliding door 101 in addition, drive the removal of sliding door panel 103 simultaneously for the rear of the box 604 of gathering materials presents open design, so that unloads the operation.
