Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to an ink jet technology, in particular to a bidirectional ink jet printing method and ink jet printing equipment.

Background

Inkjet printing devices are commonly used to print large areas of posters, advertisements, PCB panels, etc. in contrast to these large area workpieces, the size of the nozzles is much smaller. Therefore, a large-area workpiece is divided into a plurality of strips, and large-area ink-jet printing is realized by adopting a scanning and stepping (X, Y axes) synchronous motion mode.

Because the physical gradient rate of the spray head is low and is influenced by the surface tension of the material, the ink drop printed in a single time can not reach the preset ink dot density when dropping on the surface of the material, and the preset ink dot density can be realized by multiple interpolation printing.

In the case of the multi-pass interpolation printing, there are generally single-pass printing and double-pass printing. The single-pass printing refers to printing the material for multiple times along the same direction, the double-pass printing refers to printing the material for multiple times along different going and returning directions, the printing precision can be effectively improved through the conventional single-pass printing, and the production capacity is only half of that of the double-pass printing. During the two-pass printing, the initial position and the descending speed of the ejected ink drop during the flying process that the ejected ink drop leaves the spray head and does not reach the surface of the material directly influence the two-pass back-and-forth printing by combining with factors such as air disturbance and the like, so that the deviation occurs between the ink drop ejected in the going pass and the ink drop ejected in the return pass when the ink drop is dropped on the surface of the material.

Therefore, the existing one-way printing is generally applied to the conditions of high-precision printing, such as lines, characters and the like, but the productivity cannot be improved; the double-pass printing is generally applied to some common color printing applications, and the printing precision is reduced for improving the productivity.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.

Example one

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a bidirectional inkjet printing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment is applicable to a situation of printing a PCB, and the method can be executed by an inkjet printing apparatus, where the inkjet printing apparatus includes a nozzle assembly; the method specifically comprises the following steps:

and S110, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area.

When the nozzle assembly moves from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area, the first printing area is swept by the nozzle assembly, and the ink drops sprayed by the nozzle assembly fall into the first printing area of the article to be printed, so that the ink-jet printing is carried out on the first printing area. The first side and the second side are opposite sides of the first print area, e.g., in one particular embodiment, the first side is the left side and the second side is the right side; alternatively, the first side is the right side and the second side is the left side.

And S120, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the first printing area to the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed.

The second side of the first printing area and the second side of the second printing area are the same side of the article to be printed, so that the spray head assembly can be conveniently moved from the position above the second side of the first printing area to the position above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed. In a specific embodiment, the first printing region and the second printing region are adjacent printing regions, while the first printing region and the second printing region may be the same size. Of course, according to different printing requirements, the first printing area and the second printing area may also be two non-adjacent areas, and the sizes of the first printing area and the second printing area may also be different, which is not specifically limited herein, but is merely illustrated.

S130, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area.

When the nozzle assembly moves from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area, the nozzle assembly can sweep the second printing area, and at the moment, ink drops sprayed by the nozzle assembly can fall into the second printing area of the article to be printed, so that ink jet printing is carried out on the second printing area.

S140, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the second printing area to the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed.

Wherein, the first side in first printing region and the first side in second printing region are the same one side of waiting to print the article, and after the shower nozzle subassembly had accomplished the inkjet to second printing region and printed, the inkjet can be in the first side top in second printing region, then control shower nozzle subassembly and move to the first side top in first printing region, and the motion of shower nozzle subassembly is comparatively convenient.

S150, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area again so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area again.

And when the nozzle assembly moves from the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the second side of the first printing area again, the nozzle assembly performs ink jet printing on the first printing area again in the first direction. Therefore, the nozzle assembly prints the first printing area twice along the first direction, and since the nozzle assembly has a certain height from the article to be printed, when the nozzle assembly moves along the first direction, ink drops sprayed by the nozzle assembly move along the first direction for a certain distance and then fall onto the first printing area, and since the nozzle assembly prints the first printing area twice along the first direction, the positions of the falling points of the ink drops are consistent during the two-time printing, and the printing precision is high.

And S160, controlling the spray head assembly to move to the position above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed again.

Wherein, through making the shower nozzle subassembly move again to the second side top of waiting to print the second printing area of article, the shower nozzle subassembly of being convenient for prints the second printing area again.

S170, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area again so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area again.

The first direction is assumed to be moving from the first side to the second side, and the second direction opposite to the first direction is assumed to be moving from the second side to the first side. When the spray head assembly moves from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area, the second printing area is subjected to ink-jet printing along the second direction, and when the spray head assembly moves from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area again, the spray head assembly is subjected to ink-jet printing along the second direction again. So the shower nozzle subassembly is twice to the second print region print all along the second direction print the region to print the second, because the shower nozzle subassembly has certain height from waiting to print article, when the shower nozzle subassembly moved along the second direction, shower nozzle subassembly spun ink droplet can move certain distance along the second direction and fall to the second again print the region, because print twice to the second print region and all be along the second direction motion to print the region to the second, so the landing position of ink droplet is comparatively unanimous when printing twice, print the precision height.

Optionally, according to different use requirements, the bidirectional inkjet printing method may also be applied to printing situations of other articles, for example, poster and advertisement printing situations, as long as the article needs to be subjected to inkjet printing, and the type of the article to be printed is not specifically limited herein.

In addition, when the article is large, there may be multiple print zones, such as first print zone, second print zone, third print zone, fourth print zone … … Nth print zone, where the printhead assembly may move over a first side of the third print zone after printing of the first and second print zones in the manner described above, then, printing a third printing area and a fourth printing area according to a method for printing the first printing area and the second printing area, after the third printing area and the fourth printing area are printed, then moves from the upper part of the first side of the fourth printing area to the upper part of the first side of the fifth printing area, and then printing a fifth printing area and a sixth printing area according to a method for printing the first printing area and the second printing area, and so on until all the printing areas are printed.

Optionally, this embodiment specifically indicates a case where each printing area needs to be printed twice, and each printing area may also be printed multiple times according to different usage requirements. For example, in another specific embodiment, each printing region needs to be printed three times, and after the first printing region and the second printing region are respectively printed twice through the above steps S110 to S170, the steps S150 to S170 may be performed again to perform third printing on the first printing region and the second printing region. By performing steps S150 to S170 a plurality of times, printing can be performed more than twice for the first printing region and the second printing region, respectively.

The differences between single pass printing, dual pass printing and the bi-directional ink jet printing method described above are described below in one specific embodiment, assuming that the print zone includes a first print zone and a second print zone, and the initial position of the nozzle assembly is above the first side of the first print zone.

In single pass printing, the nozzle assembly is moved from above the first side of the first print region to above the second side of the first print region to print the first print region, then back over the first side of the first print region, then moved from above the first side of the first print region to above the second side of the first print region again to print the first print region a second time, and then back over the first side of the first print region again. Then from above the first side of the first print region to above the first side of the second print region, then from above the first side of the second print region to above the second side of the second print region to print the second print region, then back again to above the first side of the second print region, then again from above the first side of the second print region to above the second side of the second print region to print the second print region a second time, then back again to above the first side of the second print region. In the process, when the nozzle assembly returns to the position above the first side of the first printing area after printing on the first printing area and returns to the position above the first side of the second printing area after printing on the second printing area, the nozzle assembly does not perform printing operation, so that more time is consumed, and the printing efficiency is lower.

During double-pass printing, the spray head assembly moves from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area to print the first printing area, then moves from the upper part of the second side of the first printing area to the upper part of the first side of the first printing area again to print the first printing area again, then moves from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area to the upper part of the first side of the second printing area, then moves from the upper part of the first side of the second printing area to the upper part of the second side of the second printing area to print the second printing area, and then moves from the upper part of the second side of the second printing area to the upper part of the first side of the second printing area again to print the second printing area again. In the process, because the movement directions of the spray head assembly moving from the first side to the second side and the movement direction of the spray head assembly moving from the second side to the first side are different, when the first printing area and the second printing area are printed twice, the printing directions for printing twice on the same printing area are different, so that deviation occurs when ink drops drop on the surface of a product to be printed during printing, and the printing precision of double-pass printing is low.

According to the scheme, the spray head assembly is controlled to move from the position above the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the position above the second side of the first printing area so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area; then controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side of the first printing area to the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed; then controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side of the second printing area so as to perform ink-jet printing on the second printing area; then controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the second printing area to the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed; the spray head assembly is further controlled to move from the position above the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the position above the second side of the first printing area again so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area again; the nozzle assembly is further controlled to move to the position above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed again; and finally, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area again so as to perform ink-jet printing on the second printing area again. Therefore, the first printing area is printed twice by moving along the same direction, and the second printing area is printed twice by moving along the same direction, so that the drop positions of ink drops are consistent during printing twice, the printing precision is high, the printing operation is not executed without scanning the first printing area and the second printing area, the printing efficiency is high, the productivity is improved, and the printing precision and the productivity are good.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a bidirectional inkjet printing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the first embodiment. Optionally, before controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the first side of the first printing region of the article to be printed to above the second side of the first printing region to perform inkjet printing on the first printing region, the method further includes: acquiring printing data; performing block processing on the printing data, wherein the data width of each block is not more than the printing width of the spray head assembly; the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from over a first side of a first print region of an article to be printed to over a second side of the first print region to inkjet print the first print region includes: controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above a first side of a first printing area of an article to be printed to above a second side of the first printing area based on the print data of the blocking process to perform inkjet printing on the first printing area; correspondingly, the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to above the first side of the second printing area to perform inkjet printing on the second printing area includes: controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to above the first side of the second printing area based on the print data processed in a blocking mode so as to perform inkjet printing on the second printing area. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:

s210, acquiring printing data.

The print data is data indicating the print content, such as data representing a poster screen when a poster is printed, and data representing the layout of the print layer of the PCB when the PCB is printed.

S220, block processing is carried out on the printing data, and the data width of each block is not larger than the printing width of the spray head assembly.

The block processing is to divide the whole print data into print data of different blocks according to the blocks, for example, a whole poster, divide the whole data of the poster into ten blocks, associate each print area with the print data of one block, and print the posters of different blocks to finish printing the whole poster. By making the data width of each block not greater than the print width of the nozzle assembly, the nozzle assembly can print each block conveniently.

And S230, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area based on the printing data of the blocking processing so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area.

The printing data related to different printing areas are different, the printing data are processed in a blocking mode, when the spray head assembly is used for printing the first printing area, the spray head assembly prints the first printing area based on the printing data after the blocks related to the first printing area, and printing is accurate.

And S240, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the first printing area to the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed.

And S250, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area based on the printing data processed in the blocking mode so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area.

When the nozzle assembly prints the second printing area, the nozzle assembly prints the second printing area based on the printing data after the blocks related to the second printing area, and the printing is accurate.

And S260, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the second printing area to the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed.

S270, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area again based on the printing data subjected to blocking processing so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area again.

And S280, controlling the spray head assembly to move to the position above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed again.

S290, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area again based on the printing data processed in the blocking mode so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area again.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the data width of each tile is equal to the print width of the nozzle assembly.

When the data width of each block is smaller than the printing width of the nozzle assembly, part of the nozzles can be unused, and the data width of each block is equal to the printing width of the nozzle assembly, so that the nozzles of the nozzle assembly can be fully applied during printing, the utilization rate is improved, and consumption caused by idle nozzles is reduced.

On the basis of the above embodiment, after the block processing is performed on the print data, the method includes: obtaining at least first block data and second block data; and carrying out inverse processing on the second block data.

The controlling the nozzle assembly to move from over a first side of a first print region of an article to be printed to over a second side of the first print region based on the print data of the blocking process to inkjet print the first print region includes: controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above a first side of a first printing area of an article to be printed to above a second side of the first printing area based on the first block data to perform inkjet printing on the first printing area. Correspondingly, the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to above the first side of the second printing area based on the print data processed in the blocking mode to perform inkjet printing on the second printing area comprises: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area based on the inverted second block data so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area.

When the first printing area and the second printing area are printed, the printing directions of the spray head assemblies are different, and the data needing to be printed in the first printing area and the second printing area are different, so that at least first block data and second block data are obtained through blocking processing of the printing data, and the second block data are reversed. When the nozzle assembly prints the first printing area, the first printing area is printed based on the first block data, and when the nozzle assembly prints the second printing area, the second printing area is printed based on the second block data subjected to reverse processing, so that the printing directions in printing different printing areas can be met, and the printing is accurate.

EXAMPLE III

Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a bidirectional inkjet printing method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the second embodiment. Optionally, before controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the first side of the first printing region of the article to be printed to above the second side of the first printing region to perform inkjet printing on the first printing region, the method further includes: determining a displacement control instruction; the controlling the showerhead assembly to move from over a second side of the first print zone to over a second side of a second print zone of the article to be printed includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side of the first printing area to the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed by preset feedback displacement based on a displacement control instruction. Optionally, before determining the displacement control command, the method further includes: determining a displacement calibration relation between a displacement control instruction and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly; the determining a displacement control command comprises: and determining a displacement control instruction based on the displacement calibration relation between the displacement control instruction and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly and the preset feedback displacement. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:

s310, acquiring printing data.

And S320, carrying out block processing on the printing data, wherein the data width of each block is not more than the printing width of the spray head assembly.

S330, determining a displacement calibration relation between the displacement control command and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly.

Wherein the displacement of the nozzle assembly is primarily to move the nozzle assembly to a position designated for printing a different print zone, for example from above the second side of the first print zone to above the second side of the second print zone after printing the first print zone, to print the second print zone. In this process, it is necessary to ensure the positioning accuracy of the head assembly. And in the process of driving the spray head assembly to displace, the spray head assembly is displaced according to the displacement control instruction by sending the displacement control instruction to the spray head assembly, however, due to some mechanical errors, when the displacement control instruction for enabling the spray head assembly to move A is sent to the spray head assembly, the spray head assembly may possibly move feedback displacement of A0 displacement, and A is not equal to A0, so that the displacement calibration relation between the displacement control instruction and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly is determined in advance in order to enable the spray head assembly to move to a specified position accurately.

In addition, the displacement calibration relationship may be determined in various manners, for example, a manufacturer may obtain the displacement calibration relationship through a plurality of tests and then provide the displacement calibration relationship to a user, or a user may obtain the displacement calibration relationship through a plurality of tests, where the specific determination manner of the displacement calibration relationship is not specifically limited.

S340, determining a displacement control instruction based on the displacement calibration relation between the displacement control instruction and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly and the preset feedback displacement.

The preset feedback displacement refers to the actual displacement of the preset spray head assembly, and the displacement calibration relation between the displacement control instruction and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly is known, so that the displacement control instruction can be determined through the preset feedback displacement, the spray head assembly can move to the specified position accurately, and the movement precision of the spray head assembly is improved.

S350, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area based on the printing data of the blocking processing so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area.

And S360, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the first printing area to the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed by preset feedback displacement based on a displacement control instruction.

The displacement control instruction is obtained from the displacement calibration relation between the displacement control instruction and the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly based on the preset feedback displacement, so that the spray head assembly can be accurately controlled to move from the second side upper part of the first printing area to the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed based on the displacement control instruction by the preset feedback displacement.

S370, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area based on the printing data processed in the blocking mode so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area.

And S380, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the second printing area to the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed.

In a specific embodiment, in order to ensure the displacement accuracy of the nozzle assembly moving from the first side of the second printing area to the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed, the step S380 of controlling the nozzle assembly to move from the first side of the second printing area to the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the first side upper part of the second printing area to the first side upper part of the first printing area of the article to be printed by preset feedback displacement based on a displacement control instruction.

And S390, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area again based on the printing data subjected to the blocking processing so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area again.

S400, controlling the spray head assembly to move to the position above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed again.

S410, controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area again based on the printing data processed in the blocking mode so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area again.

In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the inkjet printing apparatus includes a raster position detection device for detecting position information of the head assembly; as shown in fig. 4, the step S330 of determining a displacement calibration relationship between the displacement control command and the feedback displacement of the showerhead assembly includes:

and S331, acquiring a displacement control instruction.

And S332, determining the feedback displacement of the spray head assembly based on the position information of the spray head assembly.

S333, adjusting the displacement control instruction based on the feedback displacement until the ratio of the displacement control instruction to the feedback displacement meets a preset calibration condition.

And S334, determining a displacement calibration relation based on the feedback displacement and the adjusted displacement control command.

The preset calibration condition refers to a condition met by the ratio of the displacement control instruction to the feedback displacement when the mechanical error is within a specific range. When a displacement control instruction for enabling the spray head assembly to move A for displacement is sent to the spray head assembly, the feedback displacement of the movement A0 for the spray head assembly can determine the actual movement error of the machine according to the ratio of A to A0, and then a displacement calibration relation is established.

In a specific embodiment, the preset calibration condition includes that a ratio of the displacement control command to the feedback displacement is 1, the nozzle assembly needs to move to a section L, when a/Ao is greater than 1 or less than 1 during actual movement, a value of the displacement control command a is adjusted to establish an equation, and the value a is recorded in a calibration table, that is, when the nozzle moves to the section L, the displacement control command a is sent. The displacement interval of the spray head assembly is divided into a plurality of sections, and the calibration modes of other sections are the same. Because the spray head component moves intermittently and belongs to the movement mode of the arrival type when moving, the value A can be adjusted in real time through a constant ratio when moving at the joint of different areas, so that the automatic adjustment can be realized. The Ao value is a feedback value, is a feedback index of actual movement, is data obtained during each displacement movement, and is not adjustable. The adjustment method can ensure the moving and positioning precision when the spray head component moves back and forth at different sections or different data strip positions.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: acquiring a printing height, wherein the printing height is the distance between the nozzle assembly and the printing surface of the article to be printed; and adjusting the moving speed of the spray head assembly based on the printing height so as to adjust the landing position of the ink drop.

The relationship between the printing height, the moving speed of the nozzle assembly and the landing position of the ink drop can be known in advance through tests. The printhead assembly typically operates on a rail based beam and the print surface moves on a rail based base. Assuming that the X-axis direction is the printing direction and the Y-axis direction is the displacement direction of the nozzle assembly, therefore, the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction have a plurality of interactive points in the Z direction, and the interactive points take a plurality of points where the X and the Y intersect as reference points, and by acquiring the distance difference of the printing height, the distance difference and the ink drop ejection speed are determined. Thereby calculating the real-time movement speed of the X axis and adjusting the difference caused in the flying process of the ink drops. Since the ink is ejected as the nozzle assembly moves in the X-axis, the ink drops will have an initial velocity, and a downward drop velocity, as they are ejected. When the ink drops are ejected from the nozzle assembly, a parabolic descending track is formed, and the descending speed and the descending distance (the distance between the nozzle surface and the printing surface) influence the dripping time in the vertical direction; similarly, the flying distance of the ink drop in the X direction is also in certain relation with the height, and the ink drop flies for a longer distance along with the change of the height at a certain flying speed and a certain descending speed. In summary, the actual landing position of the ink drop is greatly influenced by the printing height, the landing position of the ink drop can be changed by adjusting the moving speed of the nozzle assembly moving along the printing direction under the condition that the landing speed is constant and the printing height is changed, and the time for the ink drop to descend to the printing surface is equal under the condition of different heights by changing the moving speed, so that the landing positions of the ink drop can be ensured to be the same.

Therefore, the printing height is obtained, the moving speed of the nozzle assembly is adjusted based on the printing height, the accuracy of the dropping position of the ink drop can be guaranteed, and the printing precision is improved.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above a first side of a first printing region of an article to be printed to above a second side of the first printing region to perform inkjet printing on the first printing region includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the second side of the first printing area at the adjusted moving speed so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area.

Therefore, the moving speed is adjusted, and then the spray head assembly is controlled to move from the upper part of the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the upper part of the second side of the first printing area at the adjusted moving speed so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area, so that the accuracy of the dropping position of ink drops can be ensured, and the printing accuracy of the first printing area is higher.

Optionally, at this time, controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the first side of the first printing region of the article to be printed to above the second side of the first printing region again so as to perform inkjet printing on the first printing region again includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the first side of the first printing area of the article to be printed to the second side of the first printing area again at the adjusted moving speed so as to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area again.

The first printing area is subjected to ink jet printing again at the adjusted speed, so that the drop precision of ink drops can be better ensured when the first printing area is printed twice, and the printing precision of the first printing area is improved.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to above the first side of the second printing area to perform inkjet printing on the second printing area includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area at the adjusted moving speed so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area.

By last, through adjusting translation rate, then control the shower nozzle subassembly by with the translation rate after the adjustment the article are waited to print the second side top of second printing area moves extremely the first side top of second printing area is in order to right the second printing area carries out inkjet printing, can guarantee the accuracy of ink droplet landing position, so the printing precision of second printing area is higher.

Optionally, at this time, controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to above the first side of the second printing area again so as to perform inkjet printing on the second printing area again includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second side upper part of the second printing area of the article to be printed to the first side upper part of the second printing area again at the adjusted moving speed so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area again.

The second printing area is subjected to ink jet printing again at the adjusted speed, so that the drop precision of ink drops can be better ensured when the second printing area is printed twice, and the printing precision of the second printing area is improved.

In an optional embodiment of the invention, after the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above a first side of a first printing region of an article to be printed to above a second side of the first printing region to inkjet print the first printing region, the method comprises: determining a first print stop bit; determining a second print zero dot location based on the first print stop bit.

Wherein, it is assumed that the first direction is from the first side to the second side, the second direction is from the second side to the first side, the first direction and the second direction are opposite, and the first direction and the second direction are both printing directions. The printing direction is a long-distance continuous movement relative to the displacement direction, and the movement speed is generally faster, and the highest speed is faster than the highest speed of the displacement of the spray head assembly. Therefore, there will be a zero point, an acceleration section, a continuous motion area, and a deceleration section, and when moving in the first direction, the length of the printing direction is zero point + acceleration section + continuous uniform motion section + deceleration section. When the printer is moved along the second direction for printing, the deceleration stop bit is the reverse zero point bit and is called as a negative zero point bit, the deceleration stop bit is the first printing stop bit, the negative zero point bit is the second printing zero point bit, and the phases of other moving sections are opposite. The length in the printing direction is equal to a negative zero point position + an acceleration section (an original deceleration section) + a continuous uniform motion section + a deceleration section (an original acceleration section). During both movements, the print lengths in the first and second directions are equal. After the printing machine moves along the first direction, zero point may deviate when the printing machine moves along the second direction, the second printing zero point position is determined based on the first printing stop position by adjusting the zero point deviation, the actual position of the whole working stroke can be adjusted, so that the initial position and the end position are kept consistent during printing, and the printing precision is improved.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the controlling the nozzle assembly to move from above the second side of the second printing area of the article to be printed to above the first side of the second printing area to perform inkjet printing on the second printing area includes: and controlling the spray head assembly to move from the second printing zero point position to the position above the first side of the second printing area so as to perform ink jet printing on the second printing area.

The method comprises the steps of determining a first printing stop position on the basis of a first printing stop position, controlling the spray head assembly to move to the upper side of a first printing area from the first printing stop position to perform ink jet printing on the first printing area, and adjusting the actual position of the whole working stroke.
