Need twine the cable into the lapping after cable processing is accomplished to lay, processing etc. of later stage cable. The cable needs to be wound into different diameters and different specifications according to different customer requirements or requirements of cable materials in the process of winding into a coil. The existing cable winding machine mostly adopts a winding drum with a fixed diameter, cannot adjust the diameter and specification of a cable, can only wind one cable at a time, is poor in flexibility, and cannot meet the requirements.

The implementation process of the invention is as follows: conveying a plurality of groups of cables to a wire feeder 2; the cable to be rolled up may be a cable that is squeezed or not curled in between; the two blocking rods 22 at the wire feeder 2 are used for limiting, so that the cable is conveyed to the middle of the blocking rods 22 during conveying;

Further, a plurality of wire blocking plates 46 are arranged for winding a plurality of groups of wires at the same time; separating the different cables; and the winding shaft 43 is also provided with an anti-deviation device 6; used for stopping and limiting the take-up reel 41; preventing 41 the offset from affecting the winding.

An electric control assembly 5 is further arranged, and the whole winding machine device is controlled and adjusted through a plurality of sensors; the gap and the rotating speed of the roller motor 34 and the adjusting motor 35 during leveling are respectively controlled, and the winding motor 42 can be simultaneously controlled to enable the rotating speed of the take-up reel 41 to be the same as that of the roller 33, so that the winding effect is good.

Furthermore, the main controller is connected with a touch screen 51 through an electric wire arranged in the hollow rod 52, so that the main control processing can be performed on the touch screen, and the operation is simple and convenient.
