In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Example one

Referring to fig. 1-9, a spinning thread winding mechanism with a self-lubricating function comprises a workbench 2 and four supporting legs 1 respectively arranged at four corners of the bottom of the workbench 2, wherein an installation part 3 is arranged at one side of the top of the workbench 2, a plurality of conveying parts 6 are arranged at the other side of the top, a winding roller 5 is arranged at the center of the top of the workbench 2, and a plurality of guide parts 4 are arranged at one side of the top of the installation part 3 and along the horizontal direction of the installation part 3;

the installation part 3 includes the mounting bracket 302 of being connected with 2 tops of workstation and sets up the installation pole 303 at the mounting bracket 302 top, the guide part 4 includes the deflector 404 that two symmetries set up, vertical setting is at the centre wheel 403 between two deflector 404 and a plurality of guide post 402 along centre wheel 403 circumferencial direction circumference array, the deflector 404 of one end is connected with the top of installation pole 303 through sill bar 401, the outer lane of centre wheel 403 and the vertical direction along centre wheel 403 have seted up a plurality of guide way, the both ends of centre wheel 403 are connected with the corresponding one side rotation of two deflector 404 respectively, the both ends of every guide post 402 are connected with the corresponding one side rotation of two deflector 404 respectively;

According to the above embodiments: before textile operation, a wire body needing to be bent or conveyed in a changed direction is wound on a guide groove on a central wheel 403 through a gap between guide posts 402, the wire body is limited through the central wheel 403, and the wire body is limited and blocked through the guide posts 402 according to the bending direction after the wire body is conveyed, so that the wire body can be limited through the central wheel 403 in the conveying process, and then blocked through the guide posts 402 at corresponding positions so as to change the conveying direction, the wire body conveyed through each guide part 4 and changed in direction can correspondingly wind around a roller rod 501 and then passes through a plurality of conveying rings 607 in a conveying frame 603 so as to be guided and conveyed in a divided manner again, the wire body can be accurately conveyed in a horizontal divided manner after being bent in the conveying direction, and the wire body is effectively prevented from being wound in the conveying process, the direction of the wire rod in the whole spinning process is convenient to control, and therefore the overall working efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-9, the bottom of the roller 501 is provided with a lubricating portion 8, the lubricating portion 8 comprises a liquid storage bin 801 connected with the top of the workbench 2, a mounting box 803 detachably connected with the bottom of an inner cavity of the liquid storage bin 801 and a sponge 804 detachably connected with the inside of the mounting box 803, both sides of the top of the liquid storage bin 801 are fixedly connected with vertical plates 802, a plurality of winding grooves are arranged on the tops of the two vertical plates 802 and along the horizontal direction of the vertical plates 802, each outer side wall of the mounting box 803 is provided with a plurality of through holes penetrating through the outer side wall of the mounting box 803, the height of the sponge 804 is higher than that of the liquid storage bin 801, the bottom of one side of the liquid storage bin 801 is fixedly connected with a horizontal transverse plate, the center of the top of the transverse plate is connected with a filter bin 806 through a bracket, both sides of the top of the transverse plate are connected with liquid distribution bins 805, a top opening of the filter bin 806 is detachably connected with a filter screen 808, the bottoms of both ends of the filter bin are communicated with the two liquid distribution bins 805 through connecting pipes 805, two liquid distribution bins 805 are communicated with a liquid storage bin 801 through communicating pipes, one end of each communicating pipe close to the liquid distribution bin 805 is provided with an electromagnetic valve, the inner cavity of a filter bin 806 is connected with a triangular plate 807, when a line needs to be lubricated, lubricating oil is poured into the filter bin 806 from a top filter screen 808 of the filter bin 806 through the arrangement of a lubricating part 8, the lubricating oil is uniformly dispersed to two sides through the position of the triangular plate 807, and then uniformly enters the two liquid distribution bins 805 through a connecting pipe, the sponge 804 is installed into the liquid storage bin 801 through an installation box 803, the electromagnetic valves are opened, the lubricating oil in the two liquid distribution bins 805 enters the liquid storage bin 801, the lubricating oil enters the sponge 804 in the installation box 803 through a through hole of the installation box 803, and then an electric motor 502 is controlled to lower a roller rod 501 bypassing the line onto the sponge 804, so that the line passing through the sponge 804 can be uniformly stained with the lubricating oil, be convenient for realize that the line body is pressed totally in the sponge 804 that the submergence has lubricating oil, sponge 804 is even to its lubrication, avoids the braided wire because of the drier rupture, improves the production quality, and lubricating oil is stored in stock solution storehouse 801 simultaneously, can outwards drip, reduces extravagantly.

The working method of the winding mechanism for the spinning thread with the self-lubricating function effectively prevents the thread bodies from being wound with each other in the conveying process, is convenient for controlling the direction of the thread materials in the whole spinning process, and has the advantages of reasonable structure, flexible use, convenience in height adjustment and improvement of the flexibility of spinning operation.
