1. An axial flow type slow-closing check valve comprises a valve body (1) which provides a backflow preventing channel for media;

characterized in that the valve body (1) comprises a valve housing (11) and a flow guide sleeve (12) arranged in the valve housing (11);

the check valve further includes:

a first assembly body (2) provided in the valve body (1);

the first assembly body (2) comprises a cylinder body (21) and a cylinder cover (22) fixedly installed at the top position of the cylinder body (21) through a bolt (23);

a slow closing structure (3) provided in the first assembly body (2) and configured to lubricate and buffer an opening/closing process of the check valve;

the slow closing structure (3) comprises a piston (31) movably arranged in the cylinder body (21), a one-way valve (32) fixedly arranged in the piston (31) and an orifice (33) arranged in the piston (31);

a second assembly body (4) disposed within the valve body (1) and above the first assembly body (2);

the second assembly body (4) comprises a valve clack (41), a spring (42) fixedly arranged at the position of the valve clack (41) facing the cylinder cover (22), and a valve rod (43) fixedly arranged on the spring (42); and

a nut (5) disposed within the pod (12) for limiting movement of the valve stem (43).

2. The axial slow-closing check valve of claim 1, characterized in that the air guide sleeve (12) is fixedly connected to the valve housing (11) by means of a set screw.

3. The axial flow slow-closing check valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the piston (31) is vertically movably installed through between a bottom center position of the cylinder block (21) and a top center position of the cylinder head (22).

4. The axial flow slow-closing check valve as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the orifice (33) is provided at a position on one side of the check valve (32);

wherein lubricating oil is filled between the cylinder (21) and the piston (31).

5. The axial flow slow-closing check valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the valve stem (43) is slidingly fitted inside the piston (31) and the longitudinal axes of the valve stem (43) and the piston (31) are centered on the same vertical line.

6. The axial flow slow-closing check valve of claim 1, characterized in that the nut (5) is spot-welded at the end position of the valve stem (43) and the nut (5) is arranged below the piston (31).

7. The axial slow-closing check valve of claim 1, characterized in that the valve body (1) further comprises a third assembly body (6) arranged inside the valve body (1) for assembly fixation between the first assembly body (2) and the pod (12).

The axial flow slow-closing check valve as recited in claim 7, characterized in that the third fitting body (6) comprises two sets of hexagon head eyebolts (61) screwed between the first fitting body (2) and the guide shell (12), and spring washers (62) corresponding to the hexagon head eyebolts (61);

the first assembly body (2) is fixedly connected with the air guide sleeve (12) through a third assembly body (6); the spring washer (62) is filled between the first assembly body (2) and the air guide sleeve (12).

9. The axial flow slow-closing check valve of claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises three sets of seals (7) for sealing the assembly area;

three groups of sealing elements (7) are respectively filled between the piston (31) and the cylinder body (21), between the cylinder body (21) and the cylinder cover (22) and between the cylinder body (21) and the air guide sleeve (12); wherein the sealing element (7) adopts an O-shaped rubber ring.

10. The axial flow slow-closing check valve of claim 1, further comprising four sets of lifting lugs (8) welded to the valve housing (11) to provide mounting location of the check valve;

the four groups of lifting lugs (8) are uniformly distributed at the positions around the valve body (1).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of valves, in particular to an axial-flow slow-closing check valve.

Background

The check valve is a valve whose opening and closing member is a circular valve clack and can produce action by self weight and medium pressure to block medium from flowing back, the medium can be flowed in from inlet end (lower side) and flowed out from outlet end (upper side), when the inlet pressure is greater than the sum of weight of valve clack and its flow resistance, the valve can be opened. Otherwise, the valve is closed when the medium flows backwards.

The check valve is installed in the water pump export, through the pressure differential of valve entrance point and exit end, decide opening and close of valve clack, when inlet end pressure is greater than outlet end pressure and spring force total, the valve clack opens, as long as pressure differential exists, the valve clack just is in the open mode always, when outlet end pressure and spring force total are greater than inlet end pressure, the valve clack is closed, and be in the closed mode always, the opening and closing of valve is in dynamic force balanced state, consequently, the valve operates steadily, the noise is little, the water hammer pressure rise value reduces, however, do not have the slow-closure function in the axial flow check valve down, lead to the axial flow check valve in the use, easily cause sealed vice damage because of the quick closure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem that a sealing pair is easy to damage due to quick closing in the use process of an axial flow type check valve due to the fact that the axial flow type check valve has no slow closing function in the prior art, and provides the axial flow type slow closing check valve.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an axial flow type slow-closing check valve comprises a valve body, a valve body and a valve body, wherein the valve body is used for providing a backflow preventing channel for media;

the valve body comprises a valve shell and a flow guide cover arranged in the valve shell;

the check valve further includes:

a first fitting body disposed within the valve body;

the first assembly body comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder cover fixedly arranged at the top of the cylinder body through a bolt;

a slow closing structure provided in the first assembly body, for lubricating and buffering an opening and closing process of the check valve;

the slow closing structure comprises a piston movably arranged in the cylinder body, a one-way valve fixedly arranged in the piston and a throttling hole arranged in the piston;

a second fitting body disposed within the valve body and above the first fitting body;

the second assembly body comprises a valve clack, a spring fixedly arranged at the position, facing the cylinder cover, of the valve clack, and a valve rod fixedly arranged on the spring; and

and the nut is arranged in the air guide sleeve and is used for limiting the movement of the valve rod.

As a further improvement of the above solution, the air guide sleeve is fixedly connected with the valve housing through a set screw.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the piston is vertically and movably arranged between the center of the bottom of the cylinder body and the center of the top of the cylinder cover in a penetrating mode.

As a further improvement of the above aspect, the orifice is provided at a position on one side of the check valve;

and lubricating oil is filled between the cylinder body and the piston.

As a further improvement of the above scheme, the check valve further comprises four groups of lifting lugs welded on the valve shell, and the four groups of lifting lugs provide mounting and positioning of the check valve;

the four groups of lifting lugs are uniformly distributed at the positions around the valve body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, the slow-closing structure is used for lubricating and buffering the opening and closing process, so that the impact of water pressure on the valve sealing pair is reduced.

2. After the valve is opened, the step of the valve rod is contacted with the lower end of the piston, water pressure continues to push the piston, and lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover from the check valve and the throttling hole to play a role of slowly opening the valve, so that the impact force of the valve clack on the cylinder cover is reduced. After the valve is closed, the water pressure continues to push the piston through the contact of the nut and the lower end of the piston, lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover from the throttling hole, at the moment, the valve closing process is slowed down, so that the impact of the valve clack on a sealing surface is reduced, and the service life of a valve sealing pair is longer.

3. According to the invention, through the interaction between the nut and the piston, when the valve rod moves upwards until the nut mounted on the valve rod contacts with the piston, at the moment, water pressure continues to push the piston, lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover from the throttling hole, the effect of slowing down the valve closing process is achieved, meanwhile, the vertical movement of the valve rod is limited, and the stability of the valve closing process is ensured.

In summary, the axial flow type slow-closing check valve of the present invention has a function of opening and closing the valve in stages by adding the slow-closing structure, so that the impact on the sealing pair can be reduced, the probability of water hammer occurrence can be reduced, and the durability of the check valve can be improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.

The lower check valve has no slow-closing function, so that the axial flow type check valve is easy to damage a sealing pair due to quick closing in the use process. Therefore, the present inventors provide the following embodiments to solve the above problems.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides an axial flow slow-closing check valve. The axial-flow type slow-closing check valve comprises a valve body 1, a first assembly body 2 arranged in the valve body 1, a slow-closing structure 3 arranged in the first assembly body 2, a second assembly body 4 arranged in the valve body 1 and positioned above the first assembly body 2, a nut 5 arranged in a flow guide cover 12, a third assembly body 6 arranged in the valve body 1, three groups of sealing elements 7 and four groups of lifting lugs 8 welded on a valve shell 11.

The valve body 1 provides a backflow prevention passage for the medium. The valve body 1 comprises a valve housing 11 and an air guide sleeve 12 arranged in the valve housing 11. The air guide sleeve 12 is fixedly connected with the valve housing 11 through a set screw.

The first assembly body 2 includes a cylinder block 21 and a cylinder head 22 fixedly mounted at a top position of the cylinder block 21 by bolts 23.

The slow closing structure 3 lubricates and buffers the opening and closing process of the check valve. The slow closing mechanism 3 includes a piston 31 movably installed in the cylinder 21, a check valve 32 fixedly installed in the piston 31, and an orifice 33 opened in the piston 31. In the embodiment, the buffer is lubricated to the valve opening and closing process through slowly closing structure 3, and the impact of water pressure on the valve sealing pair is reduced.

The piston 31 is vertically movably installed between the bottom center position of the cylinder block 21 and the top center position of the cylinder head 22. The orifice 33 is provided at a position on one side of the check valve 32. Lubricating oil is filled between the cylinder 21 and the piston 31. In the embodiment, the 46# antiwear lubricating oil is adopted as the lubricating oil to lubricate and buffer the valve opening/closing process of the check valve, and in other embodiments, the corresponding lubricating oil can be selected according to actual requirements to lubricate and buffer the valve opening/closing process of the check valve.

The second assembly body 4 includes a valve flap 41, a spring 42 fixedly mounted at a position where the valve flap 41 faces the cylinder head 22, and a valve rod 43 fixedly mounted on the spring 42. The flap 41 is intended to withstand the pressure of the medium. The valve rod 43 is slidably fitted inside the piston 31, and the longitudinal axes of the valve rod 43 and the piston 31 are disposed on the same vertical line.

In this embodiment, after the valve is opened, the step of the valve rod 43 contacts with the lower end of the piston 31, the water pressure continues to push the piston 31, and the lubricating oil flows from the check valve 32 and the orifice 33 to the cylinder cover 22, so as to play a role of slowly opening the valve, thereby reducing the impact force of the valve flap 41 on the cylinder cover 22. After the valve is closed, the nut 5 is in contact with the lower end of the piston 31, water pressure continues to push the piston 31, lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover 22 from the throttling hole 33, at the moment, the valve closing process is slowed down, so that impact of the valve clack 41 on a sealing surface is reduced, and the service life of a valve sealing pair is longer.

The nut 5 is used to limit the movement of the valve rod 43. The nut 5 is spot-welded at the end position of the valve rod 43, and the nut 5 is disposed below the piston 31. In the embodiment, through the interaction between the nut 5 and the piston 31, when the valve rod 43 moves up to the nut 5 mounted on the valve rod and the piston 31 are contacted, at the moment, the water pressure continues to push the piston 31, the lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover 22 from the throttling hole 33, the effect of slowing down the valve closing process is played, and meanwhile, the vertical movement of the valve rod 43 is limited, and the stability of the valve closing process is guaranteed.

The third assembly body 6 is used for assembly fixation between the first assembly body 2 and the pod 12. The first assembly body 2 and the air guide sleeve 12 are fixedly connected through a third assembly body 6. The third assembly body 6 includes two sets of hex head eyebolts 61 threaded between the first assembly body 2 and the pod 12 and spring washers 62 corresponding to the hex head eyebolts 61. A spring washer 62 is filled between the first fitting body 2 and the pod 12. Through the third assembly body 6, assemble each subassembly of check valve fixedly to form a check valve overall structure, make the check valve can carry out local dismouting, conveniently maintain the use.

Three sets of seals 7 are used to seal the assembly area. Three sets of seals 7 are respectively filled between the piston 31 and the cylinder 21, between the cylinder 21 and the cylinder head 22, and between the cylinder 21 and the pod 12. The sealing element 7 adopts an O-shaped rubber ring. The sealing element 7 fills the assembly gap and enhances the overall sealing effect of the check valve, thereby preventing liquid leakage

The lifting lug 8 provides the mounting location of the check valve. Four groups of lifting lugs 8 are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the valve body 1. In other embodiments, the lifting lug 8 may not be provided, and the installation and positioning of the check valve are directly realized by installing an auxiliary structure such as a bracket.

The axial flow type slow-closing check valve of the present embodiment is used for preventing a reverse flow of a medium, and has a function of a stepwise opening and closing valve. The axial flow type slow-closing check valve comprises the following processes in work:

s1 quick opening valve: when the pressure at the inlet end is greater than the sum of the pressure at the outlet end and the spring force, the medium pushes the valve flap 41 to open from the inlet end;

s2 slow-opening valve: after the quick valve opening is finished, the step position of the valve rod 43 is contacted with the lower end of the piston 31, the water pressure continues to push the piston 31, the lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover 22 from the one-way valve 32 and the throttling hole 33, and at the moment, the valve is opened slowly;

s3 quick close valve: when the sum of the pressure at the outlet end and the spring force is greater than the pressure at the inlet end, water flows in from the periphery of the valve clack 41 to push the valve clack 41 to move upwards quickly;

s4 slow shut valve: after the rapid valve closing is finished, the nut 5 is contacted with the lower end of the piston 31, the water pressure continues to push the piston 31, and the lubricating oil flows to the cylinder cover 22 from the throttling hole 33, at the moment, the valve closing process is slowed down.

Compared with the lower check valve, the axial flow type slow-closing check valve provided by the embodiment has the following advantages: through installing slowly closed structure 3 additional, make the axial-flow type slowly close the check valve have the function of segmentation ooff valve to can reduce the impact to sealed vice, and reduce the probability that the water hammer takes place, improve the durability of check valve.
