Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of transportation, in particular to a lifting platform for installing a display.

Background

With the upgrading of the manufacturing technology of liquid crystal screens (liquid crystal displays), the size and the weight of the displays are continuously increased along with the continuous increase of the size requirements of the screens, in addition, the frame structure of the displays is light and thin, the stress of the frame structure depends on a handle at the back of the displays, and the displays are very easy to incline due to the fact that the local stress of the displays is uneven. Because the back mounting hole of the display is designed to be larger, the display can be mounted under the condition that the display is inclined, so that the mounted display is also in an inclined state and needs to be adjusted again.

Taking the installation of the display in the nuclear power plant master control room as an example, the nuclear power plant master control room has high requirements on the environment, and equipment needs to be disassembled and packaged outside the nuclear power plant master control room and then is carried indoors for installation. Because the size of the display is huge (the size can be 2220.4mm 1275.6mm 102.2mm, the net weight is about 130Kg), the carrying process needs more than four persons to assist in avoiding collision. And, after the transport gets into nuclear power station master control room, need three people to make a concerted effort to lift the display to corresponding height, lift the bottom frame of display hard, the back is equipped with bolted connection, needs the installation 4M 8 bolt fastening and can not have any because of relaxing leads to local single bolt atress to cause the harm to the product during lifting. After the display is manually lifted, due to the problems of unstable lifting and the machining precision of the mounting bracket of the display, the problems of inclination of the display, uneven height of the display on two sides and the like are easily caused, the display is required to be adjusted up and down and back and forth, all directions of the displays mounted in a combined cabinet are parallel and level, a complete large screen is formed, the process is required to be adjusted repeatedly, and the product quality cannot be guaranteed. Moreover, the frame of the display is light and thin, and if the frame is lifted to cause point stress during installation, the frame of the display is locally sunken, the bottom of the frame is deformed after installation, and the product quality and the appearance are affected.

Therefore, how to reduce labor intensity and improve installation quality is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a lifting platform for installing a display, which reduces the labor intensity and improves the installation quality.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a lifting platform for installing a display, including:

Optionally, in the above lifting platform for installing a display, the number of the suction cups is multiple and is uniformly distributed along the top edge of the supporting frame.

Detailed Description

The core of the invention is to provide the lifting platform for installing the display, which reduces the labor intensity and improves the installation quality.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display mounting lifting platform including a forklift 300 and a transporting flat car 400; the forklift 300 includes a forklift body 302 and a forklift arm 301 disposed on the forklift body 302 so as to be liftable; the carrying flat car 400 comprises a support frame 11, a bottom plate 4 arranged at the bottom of the support frame 11 and a fixing piece 5 arranged on the support frame 11; the fixing member 5 is detachably attached to the bezel of the display 6, and the base plate 4 has a supporting portion for supporting the bottom of the bezel of the display 6 and an attaching portion for detachable attachment to the forklift arm 301.

The lifting platform for installing the display provided by the embodiment of the invention is connected with the frame of the display 6 through the fixing piece 5, the supporting part of the bottom plate 4 supports the bottom of the frame of the display 6, so that the display 6 is arranged on the carrying flat car 400, the carrying flat car 400 is arranged on the forklift 300 through the connection of the forklift arm 301 and the connecting part, the display 6 on the carrying flat car 400 is moved to an installation position (such as the large-screen installation position 100 of the large-screen pallet 200) through the movement of the forklift 300 and the lifting adjustment of the forklift arm 301 relative to the forklift body 302, and the display 6 is conveniently installed after the fixing piece 5 and the frame of the display 6 are relatively detached. By the aid of the method, construction operation from carrying to mounting after the large-size display 6 is disassembled and packaged can be realized, the method has the characteristics of time and labor saving in operation, safety and convenience, and simple and reliable mounting process, risks of deformation and collision of the display 6 caused by repeated lifting of artificial carrying are avoided, and labor intensity is effectively reduced; moreover, the bottom of the frame of the display 6 is supported by the supporting part, and the connecting part is connected with the forklift arm 301, so that the inclination of the display 6 is avoided, and the height of the display 6 is conveniently adjusted by the forklift arm 301 relative to the lifting adjustment of the forklift body 302, so that the height of the mounted display 6 is aligned with the height of the display 6 (or the mounting position) already mounted on two sides of the mounting position, and the mounting quality is effectively improved.

It will be appreciated that the mounting structure of the rear surface of the display 6 is required to face the mounting position during mounting, and therefore, the front surface (the surface having the screen portion) of the display 6 is mounted on the carrying cart 400 facing the support frame 11.

The lifting platform for installing the display, provided by the embodiment of the invention, is particularly suitable for use environments with strict installation and maintenance requirements, such as a nuclear power station main control room and the like, which have high safety requirements, narrow space and complex building structure.

In this embodiment, the front surface of the supporting frame 11 has a suction cup 8 for contacting with the screen portion of the display 6 and a crash pad 9 for abutting against the frame of the display 6. The screen part of the display 6 is adsorbed by the sucker 8 to a certain extent, so that the positioning accuracy is improved, the force supporting effect is generated on the screen part, the shaking of the screen part is reduced in the process of carrying the display 6, and the installation stability is improved. Moreover, the anti-collision pad 9 abuts against the frame of the display 6, so that the trend that the display 6 moves towards the support frame 11 is effectively limited, and the display 6 is prevented from colliding with the support frame 11.

In this embodiment, the suction cup 8 is a frosted suction cup. The frosted sucker has small adsorption force, avoids the force of separating the screen part from the sucker 8 when the display 6 is installed, and further facilitates the installation operation. The suction cup 8 can be set to a vacuum suction cup or the like which needs to be inflated and deflated, the suction force needs to be controlled, and the damage to the screen part of the display 6 is avoided.

Preferably, the suction cups 8 are in a plurality and are evenly distributed along the top edge of the support frame 11. That is, the supporting frame 11 does not need to be the same as the display 6 in size, and only needs to make the top edge of the supporting frame 11 correspond to the screen portion of the display 6, so that the size of the supporting frame 11 is effectively reduced, and the material consumption of the supporting frame 11 is reduced. Through setting up 8 evenly distributed of a plurality of sucking discs in the topside of support frame 11, effectively improved adsorption effect.

In this embodiment, the supporting frame 11 is a frame structure, and includes a top supporting bar, two side supporting bars, and a bottom supporting bar at the bottom, and further includes a middle supporting bar connecting the top supporting bar and the bottom supporting bar for enhancing the strength. Wherein the sucker 8 is arranged on the top edge supporting strip.

Further, the number of the crash pads 9 is plural and is distributed along the side and the bottom of the supporting frame 11. Also, with the above arrangement, the supporting effect on the bezel of the display 6 is improved.

For convenience of transportation, the transporting flatbed 400 further includes rollers 1 detachably disposed under the floor 4. That is, if necessary, the transporting flat car 400 may be moved to the vicinity of the unpacked display 6, the display 6 may be fixed, moved to the vicinity of the forklift 300, and transported by the forklift 300.

The roller 1 is preferably a universal wheel.

In this embodiment, the fixing member 5 is a hinge hoop; the hinge hoop comprises a first hinge part, a second hinge part and a fastening bolt arranged on the second hinge part; the first hinge part is hinged with the second hinge part, the first hinge part is fixedly connected with the support frame 11, and the end part of the first hinge part is abutted against the frame of the display 6 by rotating the fastening bolt. The fastening bolt can be in a star-shaped bolt structure, and the end of the fastening bolt can be pressed against the frame of the display 6 by manually screwing, so that the display 6 is fixed.

The supporting part is positioned on the front surface of the supporting frame 11, and the connecting part is positioned on the back surface of the supporting frame 11; the carrying flat car 400 further comprises a linear slide rail 2 arranged on the support part and an upper flat plate 3 arranged on the linear slide rail 2 in a sliding manner; the top surface of the upper flat plate 3 is a supporting surface for supporting the bottom surface of the display 6. It can be understood that the linear slide rail 2 is disposed along the length direction of the support frame 11, and can finely adjust the left and right directions of the display 6 during the installation of the display 6. Through the arrangement, the mounting precision is further improved. Also, the attachment portion is prevented from being provided on the front surface of the support bracket 11, thereby facilitating the attachment of the attachment portion to the forklift arm 301.

In this embodiment, the forklift 300 is a manual forklift, and the lifting of the forklift arm 301 is realized by adjusting a chain on the forklift body 302.

In order to improve strength, the conveying flat car 400 further includes a triangular reinforcement plate 10; the triangular reinforcing plate 10 is provided with a first right-angle side, a second right-angle side and a third inclined side; the first right-angle side is connected with the back of the support frame 11, and the second right-angle side is connected with the top of the connecting part. Reinforcing ribs or other reinforcing structures may also be provided, and will not be described in detail herein.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, during the installation process, the large-sized display 6 is unpacked in the warehouse, placed on the handling flat car 400, fixed back and forth by using the hinge hoop 5, transported to the nuclear power plant main control room, combined with the forklift 300, and then connected to the forklift arm 301 of the forklift 300 by using the connecting portion of the upper base plate 4 of the handling flat car 400. At this time, the forklift arm 301 is lifted, the roller 1 for carrying the flat car 400 is removed, the forklift 300 is used for moving to the large screen tray table 200 (tray table structure for mounting the screen), when the large screen tray table 200 is approached, the hinge hoop 5 is removed, two operators hold the two sides of the display 6 to be close to the large screen mounting position 100, at this time, the display 6 is confirmed to be just embedded into the large screen mounting position 100 through the linear slide rail 2 and the upper flat plate 3, after the forklift 300 moves back and forth to confirm that the display 6 is in contact with the large screen mounting position 100, the display 6 is slowly lifted and lowered, and the installation of the display 6 is completed by the assembling person mounting bolts (such as 4 bolts) inside the large screen tray table 200.
