The cooling wall with hot inlaid bricks belongs to a special casting process, and is characterized by that in the cavity interior the refractory bricks are fixed by using special method, and then poured together with molten iron. In order to prevent the refractory bricks from floating upwards in high-temperature molten iron, the refractory bricks are generally fixed by adopting a method of externally fixing supporting heads, so that tens of supporting feet of the supporting heads are exposed outside the hot surface of the cooling wall, and because the hot surface is a working surface, the method for fixing the refractory bricks destroys the integrity of the cooling wall and increases the generation of casting stress and defects, so that the condition that the supporting feet are exposed is eliminated to improve the overall quality of the inlaid cooling wall.
