Background

At present, the heat supply pipeline compensation mode can be mainly divided into two modes, namely a natural compensation mode and an artificial compensation mode. Natural compensation is a natural bend in a heat supply pipeline, and has the disadvantages that the pipeline generates transverse displacement when deformed, and the compensated pipeline section cannot be large. The manual compensation is to adopt a compensator for compensation, namely, the expansion of the compensator is utilized to adjust the axial expansion of the heat supply pipeline caused by the temperature difference change of the working medium.

Types of compensators are ripple compensators, sleeve compensators, spherical compensators, rotational compensators, etc.

The existing corrugated compensator is influenced by the content of chloride ions in a working medium, and the corrosion of the chloride ions to the corrugated pipe in the use process causes the occurrence of serious accidents such as leakage of the corrugated compensator and even pipe explosion;

the existing rotary compensator occupies a large space in pipeline arrangement and cannot be used in a direct-buried environment;

the existing spherical compensators must be arranged in pairs, are mainly used for overhead pipelines and cannot be used in a direct-buried environment;

the sealing mode of the existing sleeve compensator adopts a single sealing mode, and the existing sleeve compensator can not be used for steam pipelines and hot water pipelines simultaneously or can not be applied to buried pipelines, overhead pipelines or pipe gallery engineering simultaneously.

Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of providing a sleeve compensator with higher sealing performance and wider applicability.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a composite seal sleeve compensator that solves, at least in part, the above problems of the prior art.

Specifically, the inner sleeve body 1 is made of a spiral welded pipe or is formed by rolling a steel plate; the reinforcing ring plate 11 is welded and fixed on the outer side of the inner sleeve body 1, so that the roundness of the inner sleeve body is guaranteed, the rigidity of the inner sleeve body 1 is improved, and the coaxiality of the inner sleeve body and a pipeline during welding is guaranteed.

In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the inner wall of the outer sleeve body 2 is provided with an anticorrosive coating 27.

Specifically, the thickness of the anti-corrosion coating 27 is 30 microns, namely hard chromium is plated on the displacement stroke of the limiting component 10 by adopting a CR-2000 hard chromium electroplating process, the hardness of the coating can reach HV900-1150, and the coating has the characteristics of high hardness, smoothness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life and the like.
