Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries, should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the prior art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.

Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of a control method of a dishwasher in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, a method for controlling a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:

s10, in the washing process of the dishwasher, if the condition that the door state of the dishwasher is changed from the open state to the close state is detected, detecting and judging whether the washing process of the dishwasher is in a heating washing stage or not;

specifically, the washing process of the dishwasher includes a plurality of washing stages, each washing stage is provided with a corresponding washing program, and when each washing program is executed, the working states of components such as a washing pump, a heater and the like of the dishwasher can be controlled, so that processes such as cold water rinsing, hot water rinsing, flushing and the like can be realized.

For example, a dishwasher includes A, B, C, D, E for five wash programs, wherein A, B, C, E for four wash programs is a heated wash phase and D wash program is a rinse phase, which may not be heated.

In the washing process of the dishwasher, the door state of the dishwasher can be detected through elements such as a pressure sensor, a proximity switch and the like arranged on the door body. In the washing process, if the user adds tableware and the like midway, the door body needs to be opened. In the process of opening and closing the door body, if the washing process of the dish washing machine is in a heating and washing stage, when the door body is closed, the pressure in the washing cavity of the dish washing machine is increased, and the problems of high-pressure jacking opening of the door body, inner container overflow, abnormal noise of door body airflow and the like are easily caused.

And S20, if the washing process of the dishwasher is detected to be in the heating washing stage, executing a preset pressure balance washing process, and after the pressure balance washing process is executed, controlling the dishwasher to continue to execute the unfinished washing process.

The pressure balance washing process of the embodiment is correspondingly provided with a pressure balance washing program, the pressure balance washing program is pre-implanted into the heating washing program and is pre-configured in the controller along with the heating washing program.

For example, in the five washing programs of the dishwasher, wherein A, B, C, E includes a heating stage, and D washing program has no heating stage, the four washing programs are implanted with a pressure balance washing program A, B, C, E, and the D washing program is not implanted with a pressure balance washing program.

Specifically, for example, the a program has 3 washing stages, P1, P2, and P3, respectively, where P2 is cold water washing without heating, P1, and P3 are hot water washing with heating, a pressure equalization washing program is implanted in P1 and P3, and P2 is not implanted.

According to the control method of the dish washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, through presetting a pressure balance washing process in a heating washing stage, when the condition that the door state is changed from an opening state to a closing state and the dish washing machine is in the heating washing stage is detected, and external cold air enters the washing cavity of the dish washing machine, a pressure balance washing program is executed to balance the pressure in the washing cavity, so that the user experience degree is improved, the phenomenon that the door body of the dish washing machine is abnormally opened due to the rapid expansion of the cold air is avoided, the use safety and reliability of the dish washing machine are improved, and the user experience degree is improved.

As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises:

s30, if the washing process of the dishwasher is not detected to be in the heating washing stage, judging whether the last washing stage of the dishwasher is in the heating washing stage;

and S40, if the previous washing stage of the dishwasher is in the heating washing stage, controlling the dishwasher to execute a preset pressure balance washing process, and after the pressure balance washing process is executed, controlling the dishwasher to continue to execute an unfinished washing process.

Depending on the nature of the dishwasher program, a typical washing program reaches the maximum temperature only in the last hot water rinse stage. In all cold water washing stages before this stage, the temperature in the washing chamber is not too high, for example, although the P2 stage of the a procedure is cold water washing, since the P1 stage is heated and the temperature of the inner container and cold water in the P2 stage is increased by the residual heat in the P1 stage, it is necessary to evaluate whether the temperature in the P2 cold water washing stage reaches a value that allows the dishwasher to overflow, and this value is considered as "may cause a problem, an abnormality such as overflow occurs" at 40 ℃ or more, and therefore, even if the P2 stage is not heated, the pressure balance washing procedure should be performed when the temperature reaches 40 ℃ or more.

On the other hand, however, assuming that the temperature of the P2 cold water washing stage is higher than 40 ℃ due to the residual heat of the P1 stage, the temperature of the P1 stage is inevitably very high, and this design is very few for all dishwashers on the market at present, because the design concept of the dishwasher program is that the high temperature washing stage is placed at the end, which is to enhance the drying effect and sterilization (such as 72 ℃, 75 ℃, 80 ℃, etc.), and the temperature of the previous stage is not too high, so as not to waste heat and save energy.

Whether the pressure balance washing program is implanted in the cold water washing stage or not can be evaluated through a plurality of experiments, and the influence of the last hot water washing stage on the temperature of the cold water washing stage can be determined according to actual conditions.

In the control method of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment, when the previous washing stage is in the heating washing stage and the washing stage is not in the heating washing stage, a pressure balance washing program is also implanted to solve the problem of water overflow after the door is opened and closed in the cold water washing stage.

In this embodiment, the method further includes:

and if the previous washing stage and the current washing stage of the dishwasher are not in the heating washing stage, controlling the dishwasher to continuously execute the unfinished washing process.

In this embodiment, the preset pressure balance washing process specifically includes:

and controlling a washing pump and a heater of the dishwasher to stop working for a preset pause time.

In the pressure balance washing process of the embodiment, after the door is opened and closed, the washing pump and the heater are controlled to stop for the preset pause time, so that the air pressure generated by the gas entering the washing chamber is reduced within the pause time after the door body is changed from the door opening state to the door closing state, and the normal preset pause time can be selected from 10s to 20 s.

In this embodiment, the preset pressure balance washing process specifically includes:

and controlling a washing pump of the dish washing machine to be started periodically, starting the washing pump for a first time period, stopping the washing pump for a second time period, and completing the preset times of circulation.

Specifically, after the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed, the washing pump is controlled to start T1s, pause T2s, complete the cycle of one period, then start T1s again, pause T2s, complete the cycle of the second period until the cycle of N periods is completed, and the mode has obvious effect and high speed on pressure balance.

In addition, the principle of the pressure balance washing process comprises that the running time is short so as to ensure that the pressure balance washing process does not occupy excessive washing time; the air pressure balancing effect is effective, and the air pressure balancing device only operates when the door body is changed from the door opening state to the door closing state.

According to the control method of the dish washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pressure balance washing program is implanted in the heating washing stage program in advance, and the constant pressure principle is utilized, so that the door is opened in the washing process, and when external cold air enters the washing cavity of the dish washing machine, the pressure balance washing program is executed to balance the pressure in the washing cavity, the user experience degree is improved, the phenomenon that the door body of the dish washing machine is excessively pushed due to the rapid expansion of the cold air is avoided, the door body of the dish washing machine is prevented from being opened abnormally, the use safety and reliability of the dish washing machine are improved, and the user experience degree is improved.
