The invention relates to the technical field of spraying equipment, in particular to a chain type roller coating device.

Background

It is well known that metallic materials, with the exception of a few noble metals, are subject to corrosion by chemical and electrochemical reactions with the surrounding medium. In order to prevent the copper surface from being corroded by air, people adopt the super-quartz-speed spraying technology to spray protective materials on the copper surface so as to achieve the purpose of corrosion prevention.

The part spraying is an important part in the part processing, not only influences the appearance and the aesthetic degree of the part, but also determines the service life of the part. Particularly, for surface spraying of cylindrical parts, the common surface spraying of cylindrical parts at present is to spray the spraying liquid on the surfaces of parts by using a spray gun, but because the sizes and shapes of the parts are different, uniform distribution of the spraying liquid is generally difficult to realize.

The prior art has the following technical problems: when the scheme is adopted to spray the cylindrical part, the surface of the part is mainly sprayed in a mode of rotating a spray gun, and the uniform distribution of the spraying liquid still cannot be ensured; in particular, it is not possible to spray the surfaces of a plurality of cylindrical parts of different sizes simultaneously.

Based on the disadvantages of the prior art, there is a need to develop a chain type roller coating apparatus to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a chain type roller coating apparatus, which includes a driving wheel 1, a chain 2, a drying assembly 3, a guiding assembly 4 and a plurality of roller coating assemblies 5;

the guide assembly 4 comprises at least two driven wheels 41 and at least one first guide wheel 42, wherein the first guide wheel 42 is arranged on one side of the driven wheels 41;

the chain 2 is provided with an installation assembly for arranging a piece to be roller-coated 6, the chain 2 is sleeved on the driving wheel 1, the driven wheel 41 and the first guide wheel 42, the driving wheel 1 can drive the chain 2 to move, and the piece to be roller-coated 6 moves along with the chain 2;

the drying assembly 3 and the first guide wheel 42 are arranged on the same side of the driven wheel 41; the first guide wheel 42 is arranged in the drying assembly 3, so that the chain 2 can move into the drying assembly 3, and the drying assembly 3 is used for drying the piece to be rolled and coated 6;
