a frame beam disposed on the cutter frame;

the frame driving device is connected with the frame beam and drives the frame beam to reciprocate on the cutting frame;

the first moving seat is arranged on the frame cross beam, and the first driving device drives the first moving seat to reciprocate on the frame cross beam.

Background
