Technical Field

Background

At present, rail transit equipment is developing towards the direction of miniaturization, integration and convenience, and in recent years, multifunctional rail equipment such as routing inspection, rescue and transportation with a small-sized rail car as a carrier appears, so that the market prospect is huge. In the using process of the rail cars, the dispatching requirement of car body and rail insulation is required to be met, so the wheels used by the rail cars are mainly insulated in a rubber tread mode. Because of the structural particularity of a railway wheel, a wheel rim needs to be arranged on the inner side of the wheel, and therefore, a rubber tread needs to cover the periphery side of the wheel and the outer side of the wheel rim at the same time. In the use, rubber tread and rail friction, the operating mode is abominable, leads to tread life low, and the overhaul of the equipments frequency is higher, and the cladding is difficult to change at wheel week side and the outer rubber tread of rim, and is long consuming time to the maintenance of track wheel, and is inefficient, and then has further influenced railway construction.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the rail power wheel with the replaceable tread, and aims to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the rubber tread, reduce the maintenance time and ensure the reliability and the stability of the tread.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described in the following examples, which are intended to be illustrative only and not to be limiting as to the scope of the invention, which is to be given the full breadth of the appended claims and any and all equivalent modifications within the scope of the following claims.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the rail-powered wheel with a replaceable tread of this embodiment includes a rim 1, a spoke 2 and a hub motor 3, wherein a connection hole is formed in the center of the spoke 2, the spoke 2 is fixedly connected to a rotor of the hub motor 3 through the connection hole, the hub motor 3 drives the rail-powered wheel to rotate, and the rim 1 is sleeved on the spoke 2. Considering the requirement of rail power wheel insulation, and the wheel should have a flange for preventing derailment, the rim 1 is not made of a single rubber tread, but includes a support ring 101 and a rubber tread 102, wherein the support ring 101 is embedded in the rubber tread 102 similarly to a framework, on one hand, the strength of the rubber tread 102 can be improved by the support ring 101, and on the other hand, the rim 1, namely the rubber tread 102, can be replaced integrally. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of spoke 2 is a tapered surface gradually expanding from the outer side close to the wheel to the inner side, i.e., the outer diameter is small, the inner diameter is large, and a first flange 201 is provided at one end of the inner side of spoke 2. The support ring 101 of the rim 1 comprises a ring body, the inner circumferential surface of which is provided with a step surface 103 that engages with the first flange 201 at one end near the inside of the wheel. When the rim 1 is fitted over the disc 2, the step surface 103 abuts against the first flange 201 to restrict the rim 1 from moving toward the inside of the wheel. In order to facilitate separation of the rim 1 from the disc 2 during maintenance, the first flange 201 is provided with a plurality of axial removal screw holes 202, and the step surface 103 of the ring body is provided with a tapered surface or a curved surface inclined toward the wheel axle. When the rim 1 and the disc 2 are separated, after the bolts are screwed in the screw holes 202 for removal and the tail ends of the bolts touch the step surface 103, the bolt tightening force becomes an outward and upward force applied to the rim 1, thereby facilitating the separation of the rim 1 and the disc 2. The outer peripheral surface of the ring body is provided with a second flange 104 at one end close to the inner side of the wheel, the rubber tread 102 covers the outer peripheral surface of the ring body and the surface of the second flange 104, and the second flange 104 embedded in the rubber tread 102 plays the roles of preventing the rubber tread 102 from slipping and strengthening the strength of the wheel rim.

As shown in fig. 4, a detachable retainer ring 4 is disposed at one end of the spoke 2 close to the outer side of the wheel, an end surface 101a of the support ring 101 close to the outer side of the wheel is a conical surface inclined toward the wheel axle of the wheel, the cross section of the retainer ring 4 is wedge-shaped, and the outer peripheral surface of the retainer ring 4 is in fit with the end surface 101a of the support ring 101. When the rim 1 is sleeved on the spoke 2 and reaches the preset limit matching position, the check ring is mounted on the outer side end face of the spoke 2 through the bolts 5, the rim 1 is limited between the check ring 4 and the first flange 201 through the matching of the outer peripheral face of the check ring 4 and the end face 101a of the support ring 101, and the pretightening force of the 6 bolts 5 is adjusted to enable the runout tolerance of the rubber tread 102 along the central shaft to meet the requirement.

As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in order to further reduce the axial play of the rim 1, in the present embodiment, the spoke 2 is provided with four radial telescopic pins 6, the four spoke plates 203 of the spoke 2 are respectively provided with radial pin grooves 204, the spoke plates 203 are symmetrically distributed around the wheel axle, the pin grooves 204 form openings 205 on the outer circumferential surface of the spoke 2, the radial telescopic pins 6 are arranged in the pin grooves 204, and the spoke plates 203 are provided with symmetrical lightening holes 203a, so that the unsprung mass is lightened, and the running quality is improved. In this embodiment, the pin groove 204 is formed as a stepped hole, the diameter of the lower portion (the end close to the wheel axle) is larger, the diameter of the upper portion (the end close to the outer peripheral surface of the spoke) is smaller, the tail portion of the radial telescopic pin 6 is connected with a limit ring 7, the limit ring 7 is limited at the lower portion of the stepped hole, the head portion of the radial telescopic pin 6 is slightly thicker, a spring 8 is arranged between the head portion of the radial telescopic pin 6 and the bottom surface of the upper portion of the stepped hole, when the radial telescopic pin 6 moves down by external force, the spring 8 is compressed, and after the external force is removed, the radial telescopic pin 6 extends out from the opening 205 of the spoke 2 under the action of the spring 8. Simultaneously for the convenience of guaranteeing the installation, the one side in the outside of the head end orientation wheel of radial telescopic pin 6 is the slope, and the one side in the inboard of the head end orientation wheel of radial telescopic pin 6 is vertical face, and the inner peripheral surface of ring body is equipped with and radially telescopic pin 6 complex locking groove 105. When the rim 1 is sleeved on the spoke 2, the inner side end face of the rim 1 firstly acts on a slope face of the head end of the radial telescopic pin 6 to generate a downward acting force to press down the radial telescopic pin 6, and when the rim 1 further moves axially to a position where the locking groove 105 is located above the radial telescopic pin 6, the radial telescopic pin 6 is ejected out of the locking groove 105 under the action of the spring 8 to complete locking.

The end of the radially extendable pin 6, except for the connection with the retainer ring 7, should extend from the bottom of the pin groove 204 of the spoke plate 203 to the spoke 2, and the portion of the radially extendable pin 6 extending out of the pin groove 204 is threaded and provided with a nut 9 with an adjustable position, and the amount of extension of the radially extendable pin 6 from the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 2 can be controlled by screwing the nut 9. During the removal of the rim 1, the radially extending pins 6 are completely retracted into the pin grooves 204 by screwing the nuts 9, and the locking with the rim 1 is released. In addition, the position of the nut 9 can be used as an indicator for whether the radial expansion pin 6 enters the locking groove 105 of the rim 1, so that the locking is prevented from being not in place and causing danger.

As a further optimization of the above embodiment, the spoke plate 203 is provided with grease injection holes 206 in the side direction of the pin grooves 204 and communicating with the pin grooves 204, and grease is injected to prevent the radial expansion pin 6 and the spring 8 from being rusted. In addition, the spoke plate 203 is provided with auxiliary detaching holes 207 which are obliquely arranged towards the pin openings 205, when the rim 1 is detached, the outward movement of the rim 1 can be assisted in a mode of pressing screws into the auxiliary detaching holes 207 or injecting oil pressure, so that the rim 1 and the spoke 2 which are occluded after long-time use can be separated.
